AZUMI vs Atalante

Hands around her stomach, Azumi needed a moment to catch her breath but a moment was not what she was going to get as Atalante quickly sprang up from the mat and raced at her, leaping into the air. But rather than drop kicking her and burying her feet into her chest, Atalante instead wrapped her legs around her head and neck, wrapping them tightly as she spun around, pulling Azumi off of her feet and flipping over onto her back from a hurricarana!

Running at Azumi, Atalante soon jumped up and wrapped her legs around that head before swinging down, using the momentum to throw Azumi off of her feet and down onto the canvas with that Hurricarana. She'd roll up onto one knee on her landing and look over at the downed HEAT ace.

Atalante knew that she needed to act quickly, so she'd rely on her speed. Turning and running at full speed towards the ropes and then come bouncing off of them, running back towards Azumi with added momentum as she'd try and go in for a low drop kick! Trying to drive her boots into the back of Azumi as she was starting to rise up.

Azumi groaned out as she had a hand on the back of her head, rising up to her knee to try and recollect herself. She didn’t have much time to do so as Atalante had ran out of view, Azumi having little idea where she was before she took a sharp blow from behind, snapping Azumi’s head back as she went flying forward, landing on the mat as she moaned out in pain!

Driving her boots into the back of Azumi and sending her crashing down onto her front like that got a pop from the crowd, as Atalante would land on her side with her arm absorbing the impact. She would quickly get up to her knees and try and grab onto the back of Azumi's head, trying to yank her up to a seated position. Facing the back of the HEAT ace.

Atalante would then try and slip her legs up and snake them up in under Azumi's armpits and back up around her head, crossing her ankles against the back of Azumi's skull, as the Grecian would try and lock her foe into a Lotus Lock submission hold. Looking to show off some of her own submission prowess.

Azumi’s eyes tightened in pain as the sharp blow left it’s mark right between her shoulder blades and her neck as she was pulled off of the mat, rolled onto a seated position as Atalante’s legs quickly wrapping around her arms and locking at the back of her head. Growling out again as her shoulder blades were pinched together and her neck was being forced forward and all of it reaching down to her lower back, she was in a tough position.

Growling out she tried to twist and turn, trying to get her feet planted underneath her as she tried to think of a way out of the hold.

Atalante let out a light huff as she locked in the hold and with it would tighten it, as she sought to have those shoulder blades grind against one another. Her strong legs coming to use as she sought to bring about a great deal of pain upon the shoulders and neck of Azumi.

Feeling her opponent struggle in her hold, Atalante would try and press her elbows down against the canvas to keep herself upright and firmly placed. " Not gonna make this easy for you..." Atalante retorted Azumi's works back to her with a slight smirk on her lips.

Azumi tried to get a balance settled underneath her but the strain of Atalante’s legs pushing down on her neck and cramping around her arms was preventing her from building any moment as pain consistently shot through her body as she was forced to bend forward, more and more pressure being exerted on her upper body!

Atalante would continue her hold as she tried to exert a bit of dominance over the skilled combatant she now had trapped. The green-blonde woman would keep her hold locked in tight for a few more moments before she'd try and unwrap her legs from Azumi's arms. Figuring she wouldn't get a submission out of her this early.

The Grecian would however bend her knees, pressing legs against her body as she would then try and shoot them out in a mule kick towards the upperback of Azumi, trying to nail her in those weakened shoulder blades.

Azumi continued to twist and turn, trying her best to wiggle out as much as she could out of the hold despite having little success. Eventually it was Atalante who had released the hold, Azumi letting out a sharp gasp of air before taking another kick right ot her back, sending another sharp pain through out it as she rolled on the mat, towards the corner!

Atalante would push up towards her feet after she had nailed Azumi in the back with that double foot mule kick, shaking her head a bit as she watched her roll off towards the corner like that. Looking to move after the downed raven haired wrestler, Atalante would try and grab a hold of her head and start to guide her up towards her feet.

All before she'd try and wrap her arms around those thighs and start to lift Azumi up, looking to push her up onto the corner post and seat the HEAT ace down on the top turnbuckle, all before she'd try and climb up, looking to start setting Azumi up for something big.
