AZUMI vs. Lucy Stone

Azumi was pumped backstage for her first match in AFW as she wore her white attire, prepping herself with psyching herself up. This was the biggest platform to perform in women's wrestling in Japan being watched by millions across the globe as she heard her theme song beginning to play on the speakers. With a confident smile she was given the go ahead to step through the curtain and on to stage as she was greeted with the roar of the crowds. Her excitement was put in control, not wanting to let it explode out of her just yet as she posed on stage before jogging down to the ring waving at the crowds before picking up speed to jump and slide underneath the bottom rope.

Racing up to the turnbuckle she jumped up to the second rope, gripping on to the top rope before throwing her arms out and straightening herself to the cheers of her fans who watched her compete in H.E.At. and was now ready to see how she fair in the sea of talent that AFW had accumulated and continued to do so as she jumped off of the second rope, turning towards the entrance. Out of the many she kept eyes on in AFW, she wondered who would be the first to step up and take on H.E.At's former Number 1 Wrestler!

Not long after the so called number one wrestler of H.E.A.T came down towards the ring and made her AFW debut here and now...did the music start to turn more towards a different type of music. Lucy Stone's theme started to blast out of the speakers and with it soon enough the biker clad wrestling girl from Chicago stepped out onto the ramp. Wearing her usual attire with her mismatched eyes due to hetrochromia...she stepped down the ramp and made her way towards the ring, shrugging her shoulders.

The crowd was mostly behind Azumi here though, even if she was a newcomer she was more well liked than the cocky redheaded heel that soon enough climbed up into the ring, stepping up towards Azumi she went in as if she was going to offer the woman a handshake. If Azumi went forward to try and accept it...then Lucy would instantly pull her hand back and flip Azumi off before walking back towards her corner to wait for the bell.

Azumi watched as her opponent arrived in the arena, she looked like a tough one which was perfect for Azumi to really set the standard of what kind of matches she should except here in AFW. The depth of talent that was the other wrestlers here in the league, she was eager to find out how she matched up against them and find the best of the best to hone herself and place herself at the top of them. When the street thug looking woman got into the ring, Azumi noticed the mismatching eye colors as she raised an eyebrow, it wasn't often she saw that.

Seeing Lucy walking towards her, Azumi met her in the center and stuck her hand out to show a sign of respect to her opponent. But right as she went into grab the hand, Azumi watched as Lucy pulled back and showed her the bird. Azumi's eyes widened, she wasn't expecting that but she should've known what was going to happen just watching the swagger that surrounded Lucy as she pulled her hand back, a smile curling on her lips this girl in front of her reminded her of another red head she knew who had a similar attitude. "Hehe, so you're going to be like that? That's fair." she responded, a lot more reasonable than a normal person would've acted as she headed back to her corner.

She didn't mind the brashness, it was fine if Lucy didn't respect her it wasn't like Azumi was demanding it. She was going to do what she did best, be herself in a ring. Waiting in the corner, Azumi would wait for the bell, stepping out of the corner as she walked to the center of the ring. Azumi had a level of confidence swelling around her as she reached up with her hand, trying to goad a test of strength from Lucy, waiting for the red head to lift her hand before immediately springing up to try and smash her knee into Lucy's chin.

Azumi wasn't expecting the knee to hit, thinking that her opponent would be quick enough to avoid the knee as Azumi would show off her ego just a bit as she lifted her hand to almost pinch her thumb and index finger together. "This close to losing the match." she said with a smile before going back into her wrestling stance.

When the bell finally rang it would be both of the young women going up towards one another, looking ready for the match...though when Azumi offered that test of strength the redhead would cock her head to the side and let out a loud and long. " Tchhhh!" stepping up towards her opponent Lucy would start to raise her hands towards Azumi. She was so going to enjoy humiliating this newcomer to AFW....

Though to the Chicago girl's surprise she saw that knee coming at her, the redhead would quickly try and jump back to avoid the knee...it was slightly telegraphed...though the words that Azumi then let out was something that the Lucy just wasn't going to stand for. The redhead would try and rush at Azumi, attempting to go in with a hard right punch straight to Azumi's pretty cheek!

Her Forced Accord knee whizzed up and missed, just like she thought as she taunted the red head. Seeing Lucy flare up with irritation, she let out a small laugh she was just like her old friend who got riled up at all of the little things. Seeing Lucy rush at her, Azumi was a little surprised at how fast the red head came at her as she reacted, knowing that if the fist connected she was going to take a trip to Starsville and have a difficult time coming back from that trip.

Ducking underneath the punch that was aimed at her face, Azumi would spin around her opponent by wrapping an arm around Lucy's waist as leverage to spin around faster and pivoting on her knee, she would spring up and stand behind Lucy and tried to lock in a rear waist lock. She knew that she had little time before Lucy would catch on and the window was getting ever smaller. Pushing into Lucy's back, her modest chest pressing into it as she stepped forward trying to force Lucy to step forward in a quicken pace, she tried to force the red head into the ropes and use the springing momentum to roll backward, looking to O'Connor roll them backwards and get Lucy's shoulders on to the mat for a quick pin!

Lucy's anger had gotten the better of her...which usually wasn't a problem for Lucy since she wasn't a dumb fighter, anger just made her punch harder and be a bit more reckless....though it seemed to be a problem against the number one wrestler of some other organization that Lucy couldn't even bother remembering the name of, MEAT something....

The redhead swung her fist hard and it whiffed right past the slippery Azumi who quickly moved up and around the redhead. The Chicago girl snarled out angrily as the raven haired Jap wrapped her arms around Lucy and then started to push into her. Forcing Lucy to be pushed towards the ropes by Azumi at a rather great speed and when she came up against the ropes, bouncing off of the ropes she was forced to roll backwards landing on her shoulders with Azumi placing her in a pin ?!

" One!"...the ref-girl was fast in moving down and going for the one count, but Lucy was even faster at kicking out! Shooting up her body right after the ref-girl shouted out that word!

Springing off of the ropes with Lucy and rolling back, Azumi caught Lucy in a pin as she sat on the butt of the red head while she was folded up. She didn't expect to stay for long as not even after the one count, Azumi was kicked off as she got launched off of Lucy, managing to catch herself before turning around with her back to the ropes. A smile was on her lips as she raised her hand and held out two fingers. "Just two more seconds and I would've beaten you." she continued to tease Lucy.

It wasn't out of spite or arrogance (mostly) that she did this, Azumi had no problem trying to get underneath her opponent's skin with good nature jabs during a match. She also found it rather amusing watching her opponents get so riled up with the simplest of things. Even if to the outside eyes that it could be seen as insulting and ridiculing, Azumi thought none of it.

Lucy growled out a bit as she rolled backwards up to her feet and glared to Azumi, hearing those words from the raven haired woman was something that just caused the redhead's right eye to twitch. " Oh yeah ?! You talking a whole lot of shit for someone who just got a fucking one count!" Lucy let out as she would raise her hands.

Moving towards Azumi as she'd start to try and circle the white clad wrestler....taking a moment before she would try and go in, offering a lock up to Azumi! Looking to clash with the woman for real this time instead of having Azumi be as slippery as she was proving to be, though of course Lucy had a plan of her own. If Azumi accepted the lock up, the Chicago girl would instantly try and shoot her knee up into the woman's gut!

Lucy was pissed and Azumi saw that, her plan to tease had worked. Well plan would've been too much of praise for Azumi as all she did was do what came naturally for her personality. Now she knew that Lucy was going to be coming at her a lot harder. Seeing the red head circle her, Azumi began circling as well to get away from the ropes and not trap herself.

The two eventually got to the center of the ring as Lucy came into lock up. The smart choice would be not to lock up and continue frustrating Lucy, but now Azumi wanted to get into the lock up. Despite her better judgment as she lunged in. Lucy was strong, that was no question but it was something Azumi thought she could handle, that was until she took a knee to the gut. "Gaaah!" she gasped out, the knee coming too quick for her to react to. Hands breaking from the lock up they went down to her stomach as she bent over slightly, coughing for air. "So, you do hit hard.... Should've saw that coming..." she gasped out between her coughs.

Lucy narrowed her eyes after she hit Azumi in the abs with that painful knee strike. Azumi doubled over and coughed out, and while the woman was speaking then the Chicago girl would attempt to step up to the side of Azumi, grabbing a handful of her head as she would yank her up into a stand and slip her leg around Azumi's, and Azumi's arm around the redhead's shoulder.

With a quick sweep, the redhead would attempt to throw the Japanese woman down face first with a forward Russian leg sweep! Trying to drive Azumi down into the mat, only so that the Chicago girl could try and get up on top of Azumi's back and start to use some of her specialities...submission holds! Looking to try and underhook both of those arms to try and lock her opponent into a double chicken wing while being seated on Azumi's lower back!
