Kyo Akamatsu vs Daisuke Kamiya

Simple, but effective. That's one way to describe what a figure four leg lock can do to a person, which would be an observational thought complete with worry from Lina's point of view...that is if it wasn't for the fact Kyo knocked her down just moment ago. She was shaken up and taken out of the picture for now, which she wouldn't have been able to stop Kyo anyway from applying the submission move on Daisuke.

Not that Dai wanted was trying to ignore what Kyo was saying, which was more because of Lina's actions than her own, her mind was more so on the pain Kyo was dishing out. At one point she held her head and let out an "Oh my fucking god!" which if the ref was up there was a chance her shoulders could have been counted down, but Kyo was wearing her down. She didn't know if the ref was still down or not, but regardless she had to make it the pain stop. It didn't look like Kyo would let go willingly, the only way she thought she could get out it was to reverse it. Her first attempt to reverse it was halted quickly as she couldn't give herself enough momentum to turn herself over. She attempted a second time, did a little better but found herself re-grounded. She went for it a third time, this time yelling out as she did so, as if she was trying to give herself an extra mental boost in her attempt to turn them over.

Nothing was going on through Kyo's mind right now-- not a consciousness of how the audience was reacting, or the illegality of the move, or the absence of the referee, or anything like that. The only thing he was aware of was his anger-- his raw, unthinking anger-- at what he saw as a blatant attempt at cheating and a disparagement upon his honour. He could not let either stand, which was why he was going to keep this hold locked on this so-called champion until she formally apologized. Sweat rolled down his forehead and chest as he worked Dai over, and he heard her scream in pain...

...before she suddenly twisted in a blatant attempt to roll the two of them over. Kyo stopped the first attempt, and was able to waylay the second...but then, despite his best efforts as he strained against Dai, slowly but surely the two of them were rolled over. This time, it was Kyo's turn to scream as his own legs were twisted painfully. He lay facedown against the mat, eyes shut as his figure four was reversed on him.

It looked like it was over for Kyo: that, whether by tapout or by serious injury, Dai was going to get the better of him. That was, until a short, dark-haired young woman burst into the ring from out of nowhere to stomp down hard on Dai's back! The crowd jumped to the edge of their seats. Just as though things couldn't get any more crazy, Makie Akamatsu was now in the ring!

If it wasn't for the fact of her getting knocked on her butt, Lina would have been one to in this situation attempt to revive the ref, seeing the tables in the ring turned as the figure four was flipped over. However, only one thing was flowing through Lina's mind...revenge. It has been well documented in this match that she and Kyo weren't seeing eye to eye on a number of issues, but him laying his hands on her, even if just to get her out of the way, she wouldn't let him get away with that, and with the referee not able to pay attention there would be nobody to stop her.

Lina picked herself up and told the timekeeper/bell ringer to move it, and grabbed the chair he was using. Lina has been working on keeping her anger in check, but Kyo really got to her on this night. With Dai holding him in place, Lina felt Kyo would be an easy target. Dai did not see what Lina was up to, though it wouldn't matter as before Lina could get in the ring, Kyo's sister ran past her and entered the ring, taking aim and Daisuke.

"What the fuck?!" Lina exclaimed as she didn't make out what passed her right away. Daisuke found out before Lina could, and she found out the hard way as Makie's foot tagged in the back. With how her and Kyo's legs were tied up, Makie could have done it more than once if she felt like it. Regardless of what Makie wanted to do, Dai was out numbered two-to-one. "HEY! I see cheating runs in the family" Lina called out as she took a rush at Makie with the chair.

Makie had only barely been following what was going on in this match. She had no idea who had started what, or who was at fault. All she knew was that the referee was out, and that Dai now had Kyo in a figure four. Without even thinking, she had rushed into the ring and stomped down hard on the blonde wrestler: to her relief, it was enough to make the tag team champion release her brother, who gave a grown and rolled to his side, clutching his leg. Makie wasn't done yet, though, hammering a kick into Dai's back as she tried to roll away...

...and then turned to see someone rushing at her with a steel folding chair. "Wha--" she cried, bringing an arm up just before Lina swung at her. The impact caused a sharp pain to lance up her arm, and she screamed as she dropped to her butt, clutching her hurting arm. Snarling, she leaned back, kicking both legs hard into Lina, hoping to hammer her hard in retaliation for this assault!

It wasn’t a knockout blow, but the chair got Makie enough to get her to leave Daisuke alone for the time being. Given how things were getting out of hand, Lina wanted to finish what she started and take Makie out of the picture completely. As she took aim to take another swing with the chair, Makie rammed both of her feet into Lina’s knees, causing her to fall forward and drop the chair in the process.

It happened so suddenly that she landed on her face. “Fucking bitch” Lina exclaimed as she held on to her face before trying to get back up to at least a knee.

Makie's arm was smarting, but her quick reflexes, at least, had saved her from the brutal chair blow. Glaring down at Lina, she stode over towards her. "Takes one to know one!" she snarled, stomping down once, twice, on Lina, hoping to keep her nice and stunned to prevent her from interfering further.

Then, she turned to Dai. As Kyo was still recovering on the mat, Makie knelt over Dai, rolled her over onto her back, and straddled her, before starting to rain punch after punch down into the blonde's face. At this point, she just wanted to punish Dai for hurting her brother, and teach her a lesson she wouldn't soon forget...

That was as far as Lina would get before being sent back down, and getting stomped on didn’t help matters either. It rattled her, but not to the point where it would take her out of the equation completely, just for the time being. With Lina unable to react at the present moment, nothing was stopping Makie from wailing away at Daisuke. Dai tried to cover up, but she could only do so for so long.

If this was an actual tag match, things would be different, but given that it wasn’t and Makie’s run in as well as Lina’s involvement, Sion was reaching his limit on how much he could stand to watch. As Kyo continued to strike Dai, he noticed Kyo was still here. Kyo hasn’t done anything just yet, but Sion didn’t want to stand back to wait to find out if he would help out his sister or not. Not wanting to risk it he left the locker room area, though it would take some time before he would reach the ring area.

Dai was covering up, shielding her face as Makie rained down blow after blow. Snarling, Makie kept at it, knowing that sooner or later this little shield of Dai's would go down. Lina was out of the picture, as was the ref: all that was left was for her to punish the girl who had hurt her brother.

Nearby, Kyo was finally stirring again. Rolling onto his side, he saw Makie attacking Dai. "Unh...Makie, no..." he groaned wearily. "That's enough..."

Sion hurries as fast as he could.  By the time he got to the curtain Dai’s efforts to block Makie’s barrage faded to the point where her arms remained on her face but could be moved away easily if Makie swiped at them or swung again.

Racing down towards the ring, Sion slid in and went straight for Makie.  Part of him thought of doing the same that she did to Dai, but Sion just wanted this to end, and for Dai to be alright.  Once inside he quickly moved towards Makie.  He’d reach out to grab and simply, but swiftly, toss her towards a corner.  If he managed to do that he would try to keep his emotions in check, seeing someone wrongfully wail on one’s wife/tag partner can get to a person, and would bend down close to Dai and check to see if she’s alright.

Slowly, Kyo got to his hands and knees. Makie was here, defending him, and he was grateful...but this whole situation had gotten out of hand. When he fought, he fought cleanly, and had always prided himself on avoiding the kind of chaos that heels seemed to thrive on. He had managed to keep his hands clean of it...up until now, that was.

"Makie, that's enough!" he snapped as he got to his feet. When Makie refused to listen, he would step up and shove her off of Dai. "I said THAT'S ENOUGH!"

Surprised at being shove onto her butt, Makie stared up angrily at Kyo. "What's your PROBLEM?" she yelled, standing back up. "I was saving your ass!"

"I don't need saving!" Kyo snapped back. "Not anymore! And this is getting out of hand!"

"That's easy for you to say!" Makie shot back angrily. "You're the one who started this!"

The comment struck Kyo like a slap. It was then and there that he realized that he had lost control earlier. This entire mess was because he had attacked Dai while the referee was down. He had just behaved dishonourably in the ring, and this entire situation was the result...
