'Revival' in C sharp

Seraphim wondered what she did wrong, but as she saw that grin, she wasnâ€t too worried. She knew Karina wasnâ€t used to smiling so much, but seeing it now, she knew that everything in the end was going to be okay. It felt… relieving to have her around, like Seraphim knew things between them were going to be good now, great later, and who knows what else in the future.

A soft laugh came from her lips as Karina explained herself, and she rolled her eye a little, finding it amusing how Karina listed off all of those foods. Seraphim was secretly glad it wasnâ€t pizza though, since she would have had to cut it to pieces anyway because of her jaw and tooth right now, and that took the fun out of eating a pizza pie anyway. Letting Karina get up as the girl walked away to get changed, Seraphim decided to get herself more relaxed, leaning across the couch now like it was some sort of bed, unbuttoning the first few buttons of her gray dress shirt to show off the white, plain t-shirt underneath and a better glance at her cleavage, and she even closed her eye just a little. But it didnâ€t change the fact that she smiled while she laid back, a look of serene peace across her face. She looked at the menu for a second, glad to find something she could actually eat and healthy on the menu, glancing through it all. For some reason, she questioned herself just what Karina had in mind to what she would wear, but those thoughts sank away quickly as she found the proper meal. “Um, just order a number 8!” She called out, hoping she heard her from upstairs when she found a chicken ceaser salad platter with herbs, lemon, and a fancy dressing. Again, Seraphim displayed her desire for eating healthy, even as they were ordering out. With the expectation of food, being able to lie down like this, and having a new friend around who she already felt really close to, Seraphim felt like she was in a bliss all of the sudden, able to forget about everything else for now that troubled her.

" Okay! " Karina had yelled back at Seraphim while she was getting dressed. A few minutes later Karina came back downstairs and walked past Karina and to the phone. Karina was now dressed in another short kimono but it was now white with black thorned roses all over the kimono and a tribal phoenix on the back of it, a large black ribbon was wrapped around her waist to keep the kimono tighter around her, she also wore long knee length black boots with laces on the back of it, it, it seemed to match the kimono just perfectly. Karina observed the order Seraphim had chosen and recognized the place, grinning as she knew what to pick and took a seat on the table while facing Seraphim, picking up the phone and pressing her fingers against a few numbers, waiting for someone to pick it up.

" Yeah, hello? This is Karina. I'd like to ord-- Ah yes that one, yes. Make it twice as big just in case, heh.. Oh and I also want a number 8.. Yes.. .. .. No I 'm not sick... Yes I know what it is! Just make it and deliver it, please? Thanks.. .. Yes I said please! " Karina hung back up with a low sigh, shaking her head and mumbled. " Sheesh, be kind for one day and they rub it in! " Karina got back off the table and watches Seraphim, smirking and taking a seat on the side of the couch, letting Seraphim lay comfortable on it. " Well, food should arrive within twenty minutes! "

Lost among her thoughts, Seraphim almost felt like she could fall back asleep right now. Even though it was still the early afternoon, and she had a very comfortable nights rest thanks to Sindel, she still felt like she could sleep for ages, making up for all of the lost time from the past months of training herself so hard with almost no sleep at all. Her mind drifted from place to person to thing, thinking about her friends, the Era of Hell, what her next move should be, all of the AFW in general, and Karina…

But then, as her friend came back down, she sat up just a but, eyeing the girl as she looked her up and down. Silently, Seraphim just curved her lips again in a smile, finding the white, short skirted kimono with the giant ribbon in the back of it to be absolutely beautiful. And the boots and her hair style just really kicked it off perfectly, she could only wish of pulling off a look like that so flawlessly. Not to mention Seraphim had a secret love for short skirts like that, and since she could never be the type to wear one herself, she always got a little sidetracked seeing another cute girl in one. Not that she thought Karina was!! No of course not!

Getting a small laugh out of Karinaâ€s words, she could tell that the girl really has ordered out all of the time. But more importantly, that she really was making a change thanks to Seraphim. Honestly, she still wanted that flare to stay in her. The beast-like strength and ferocity, the wild side of her in the ring, her incredible endurance and will not to stop, Karina fit as being a Heel, and Seraphim didnâ€t want that to fade. But it was just.. nice to see her so cheerful right now, even if that was gone when they entered the ring. None the less, Seraphim couldnâ€t resist from what she had to say. “Heh, you know, with those cute bigtails, and adorable short kimono, acting so soft like this now, and that little spunk of attitude; …are you sure you donâ€t belong in the kawaii league?” Seraphim then laughed towards the girl, half joking towards her, but just getting a kick out of her own words.

" E-Eh?! " Karina glared down daggers at Seraphim though she was suddenly blushing dark red from Seraphim's commentary about her looks and attitude. " I-I'm not a cute kawaii! " She tried to hide the blush on her face, whining at Seraphim and giving her a few pats on the top of her heads just to annoy her and tease her before she grumbled and sat down besides her, placing her feet upon the table and closing her eyes completely. " Meh.. I can already taste those chicken noodles in my mouth.. Mmmmmmmm.. " Karina would rest against the couch though her side pressed against Seraphim's side, resting against her while mumbling softly to her. " Once we're both feeling better, your ass will be kicked by my boot. "

Karina would brought the arm that was sandwhiched between their bodies around Seraphim's shoulder just to let it rest that much comfortable. " Cant use my arm if it's being squished between us.. Which reminds me to ask you... Why'd you tell me to look out, back in the ring? " Just thinking about it made Karina confused as she only though about it because this is where they ended up, well maybe not end but it was a rather nice continue after their frst match.

After a while the bell rung and she immidiatly got up, wnking down at seraphim before she headed to the door to open it, taking a few notes from her wallet and handing it over to the delivery boy and took the large wrapped up bowl and Serphim's order ontop of it with both hands and kicked the door closed, walking back to Seraphim to place their food on the table infront of them and placed Seraphim's food besides hers. Karina unwrapped the bowl and immidiatly the addicting, deliciosu scent of her noodles filled the room, Karina starting to purr loudly taking the chopsticks that came with it and glared at it. " ..Oh hell no. " Karina dropped them and ran into the kitchen to grab a fork instead, taking her seat next to Seraphim and pulling the table carefully closer to them so they didn't have to move off the couch.

Pffftt ahahaha~!!! Now that look was priceless~ Oh how she wished she had a camera to cherish the embarrassed look on Karina forever there, it was just too good! Unable to contain herself, Seraphim clutched her stomach and leaned back into the couch more, tilting her head back against the arm of the couch, laughing hysterically for a good ten seconds, a tear of mirth in her eye from how hilarious it all was. The last time she laughed this hard was with Tracy when Alison drew all over her face, and that was months ago by now! Ah.. but it felt good to get a laugh like that, and Seraphim really felt like the day was going to be good now just from that moment.

Calming herself, Seraphimâ€s big grin remained, jutting up her thumb for a second, as she completely agreed to Karinaâ€s offer, wanting to get a match in as soon as possible. Even if it was just a spar, anything between them would be great. A week or two and sheâ€d be back on her feet no problem, sheâ€d just have to make the rule of no attacking her face really, the cracked jaw and stitches needed more time than that.

When Karina asked though about why she said those words in the ring before, Seraphim really didnâ€t know how to answer. In fact, she didnâ€t think it needed one. She was human after all, and even if the goal in a match was to hurt and defeat your opponent, there was a difference between hurting someone, and unleashing a blow like that which could pose to being lethal. Before Seraphim could answer though, the food had arrived, and Seraphim could feel her stomach growl with anticipation. She watched with a sparkle in her crimson eye, sitting up finally, as she felt Karinaâ€s arm snake around her shoulder. It certainly was nice to be this close to her, even if at times she did still feel a little awkward about it. She kept her thoughts about it to herself for now though, ready to dig into her food, before noticing Karinaâ€s odd little gesture. “Er.. wait a sec. Not to make assumptions but, arenâ€t you Japanese?” Seraphim asked with a confused curiosity, noticing what she did with the chopsticks. “I mean… you were a kimono and all, n-not that Iâ€m complaining about that! I like it.. a lot. But really…? You donâ€t use chopsticks?” Looking at the girl like she grew a second head, Seraphim couldnâ€t help but wonder. Heck, she even took them away from Karina, holding them properly as she managed to go at her chicken ceaser salad with no trouble using the chopsticks.

The chopsticks were something Karina never had the patience for, looking at Seraphim was holding them and mumbled. " Never been thaught how to use them.. And I kept trying myself but I simply got tired when my food kept slipping from between them! " She jabbed the fork gently within the huge bowl of noodles and meat and started to twirl the fork around to start wrapping the noodles around it. " It's just japanese spaghetti for me now but with a much better taste. " She brought te fork out of the bowl and brought it to her lips, parting them so she could chomp down on her fork and take the noodles into her mouth, pulling the fork back out and bringing it back into the bowl while she munched on the noodles and soon swallowed it. " Mmmm... You can have a bit if you want, doubt I can eat this entire bowl alone. "

Karina gently stabbed a piece of meat from the bowl with her fork and munched on that aswell, enjoying it's taste with a soft purr. This was her first dinner with pretty much anyone. She never shared dinner with her mother and little sister since she never had time.. So this was pretty much new to her but she didn't want to tell Seraphim that or she might really think that she was a monster, a twirling the fork idly into the bowl while she looked at the TV, as if waching it even her eyes weren't focussing on anything.. Still she just couldn't ignore how much fun she was having with Seraphim, that girl really knew how to press Karina's buttons in a good but teasing way and for once, Karina did not mind that one bit because it was actually distracted her from everything else in her life, her problems. " Enjoying your salad? " Karina spoke out softly while her eyes kept watching straight ahead.

Never been taught? Now Seraphim was getting more curious. Did she just wear the kimono for fun? She certainly looked like she could have been Japanese, but now, Seraphim wasnâ€t even sure. Hoping to find out, Seraphim just decided to ask, leaning back in the couch as she was casually eating, certainly enjoying her stay so far. “Oh sure, itâ€s great, thanks~” She said with a soft smile, amused by Karinaâ€s more gentle nature as she finally asked. “So, where are you from anyway? I mean, you wear a kimono, which I… heh, certainly like on ya. But you donâ€t know how to use chopsticks. And… you know red eyes certainly isnâ€t a normal trait. So if you donâ€t mind me asking, where ya from?”

Sure, it was a little personal, but Seraphim wanted to know. Of course, the irony in her words were unnoticed by Seraphim, but she certainly wasnâ€t very normal either, commenting about Karinaâ€s eyes when she had a similar hue in her glassy orbs, and she had feathery white hair no less! But for now, she hoped to learn some more about Karina while the two were enjoying eachothers company.

Karina froze up when she heard Seraphim's questions, now looking down inside the bowl, going completely silent for a few good sconds, her fingers gently releasing her for and let it rest against the inne side of the bowl, speaking out coldly. " I am from Japan, I never have been thaught how to use chopsticks, so I never bothered, and my red eyes... Let's just say they came with my guitar. " And as if her answers were common, Karina picked up her fork once more and started to twirl the noodles around it and munched it off, swallowing the noodles with a content sigh. Even as Karina thought back of what she said, she wasn't really shocked from her own words cause she knew they were true after all... Well not most of it. She had never seen her eyes changed nor if red was her original color or not. She simply shrugged the thoughts off and went back to satisfying her stomach with this delicious food. She forgot a spoon this time..

She noticed that they had boiling hot water keep the noodles warm and moist, also due to this the water had gained the flavor of the delicious noodles, which was certainly something Karina wanted to taste, inhaling the scent of her food, it was certainly something that made her purr softly in satisfaction. She hadn't eaten noodles in a while now an she wondered if this big bowl was gonna keep her stomach in control. " What else do you need to know? How long I've been here, What my favorite drink is, if I'm still a virgin, breast size, how many kimono's I have, what kinda video games I like? "

It sounded like Karina really didnâ€t want to talk about it, and Seraphim backed down from the topic, knowing not to pry. She was glad to get an answer though, knowing now what kind of jokes she could say and what to avoid when it came to a country of origin, and even feeling a little connection, since Seraphim was half Japanese and grew up in the streets of it. But when the topic of her guitar got brought up, Seraphim new to drop it. It seemed like whenever that instrument was brought up, nothing happy seemed to follow it, so… for now, she let it pass. Though in the future, when she was more willing to talk, Seraphim wanted to know the whole history about the guitar, knowing for a fact that it had a very deep root to her history.

Taking another large bite of her salad, being careful as she chewed since she had some ‘recent dentalworkâ€, Seraphim blinked a few times as she saw Karinaâ€s expectations for the food. But it seemed even between eating, Karina was open to talking. And when she gave a list, Seraphim nearly choked at the word ‘virginâ€, pounding her chest a moment to get the food down. Coughing a moment, she washed it down with some of the soda that came with their order, not even going for a cup as she took the whole thing just to chug some and catch a breath. After sighing in relief with a deep breath, she fell back into the couch, forcing a nervous smile, before finding a way to answer that. “W-Well… you can answer all of those to start. That all interests me. You, interest me.”

Karina couldn't help but blush when she heard Seraphim was interested in her, it was very strange to hear that, Karina didn't find herself that interesting but seeng at it was Seraphim, she might aswell believe it, a smirk appearing upon her lips and nodded at her. " I've been in this house for a year now.. My favorite drink would be vodka mixed with an energy drink, non alcoholic it would definitely be hot chocolate. ..Yes I still am a virgin, hehe.. " Karina blushed a bit darker from saying that, not even believing that she simply say that, she did once have a rather close and intimate encounter with someone.. But it never went far, Karina wasn't one to be close to others, she had a long time fear of being close to others and ended up with her mother dieing and her sister betraying her.. Heck she even put faith in Cerbera and she betrayed her aswell. Now she only had Lute and now Seraphim.. Knowing that she could count on the girl, even if they had met not even a day ago, it was quite strange but she knew Seraphim wouldn't betray her, somehow she knew.

" Breast size.. well.. I COULD tell you but I guess you'll find it out yourself whenever you'd grope them, haha. " Karina decided to joke about it, just to tease the girl. " I go alot of kimono's.. I prefer these short ones though, my little sis.. Well.. likes the larger ones. And as for video games.. Well, I prefer fighting games and shooting games though I barely have time to play them but seeing the mess we are in, who could always play a game or two. Anything else? "
