Champion Against Champion - Akiha Kosha vs. Valley Doll

So. Akiha was getting off to a good start. No getting around that. While it was hardly the first time Valley had been in the corner, she couldn’t remember the last time it had happened so early in a match, particularly because she’d been outkicked. The crowd seemed to know it, too, giving the princess a soft round of applause.

Valley wasn’t clapping, though. She was a bit busy being stunned, knocked out of the moment. And it wasn’t about to get much better, from the looks of it.

Akiha came in, sure and swift, moving before Valley had a chance to get out of her position and recoup. Up she came, and the next thing the Slamazon knew, she was getting pulled face-first into the redhead’s knees, with devastating results.

Valley let out a sharp cry as her body arched away from the blow, nearly hitting her head as she went down from the hard blow. She landed on her back and that was where she stayed for the moment, taking a second to caress her aching face.

Akiha would run forward before grabbing her opponent head and bringing her knees up, she would then fall and take her opponent with her, performing a facebuster. Her opponent let out a cry as she landed on the ground. A smile would appear on Akiha face, hearing the champion cry was like music to her ears. Now she could focus on the match and not hear her opponent silly remarks and taunts.

The crimson hair wrestler would then get to her feet and make her way towards her opponent. She would then bring her leg back and attempt to deliver a harsh kick to her opponent side, trying to send Valley to the ropes before repeating the process. The crimson hair wrestler wanted to send her opponent out of the ring, where she could then start to perform more brutal moves.

So much for Valley’s taunting and teasing strategy. She could pretty much confirm that wasn’t working too well, and if she had any doubts on the matter, Akiha’ surprisingly stiff kicks would make it all too clear.

Valley had just started to sit up when she felt the first one crash into her ribs, a direct hit that made her bones rattle. She let out a sharp cry and started to roll away, but she couldn’t get too far before another hit home against her spine, followed by another to the set of ribs on the opposite side. Akiha wanted her rolling and that was precisely what she got.

The Slamazon tumbled away, slipping off the apron and coming to a stand around on the outside of the ring. She stumbled towards the barricade and placed one hand against it, while the other caressed her aching sides.

The whole time, she looked away from the ring - or appeared to. All the while, she kept an eye on her opponent in the corner of her vision, looking through to the loose strands of her hair to get an idea of what her foe had planned.

Quickly rushing towards her opponent, Akiha would send a kick right into her opponent rib just as her opponent started to sit up.  The crimson hair wrestler would hear her opponent let out a cry, confirming that the attack was a devastating one.  Yet the Japanese crusader would not stop there, she would deliver additional kicks until she got her opponent out of the ring, being relentless in her pursuit, not giving the Entropy Champion an inch.

When her opponent exited the ring, Akiha would take a few steps back before then charging forward and leaping through the ropes, going straight for her opponent with a suicide dive, attempting to knock her right into the barricade.  It was a risky move but that is how the Japanese crusader fought.  Most other wrestlers were not willing to perform such risky maneuvers and tended to play it safe but Akiha was different, she was going to prove that Japan was the best and using such moves was one way to do so.

Even if Valley hadn’t been sneaking a peek, she probably could’ve hazarded a guess on what Akiha was going to do next. Despite their opposition, the two women thought alike, and no high-flyer worth her salt would let an opportunity like this go to waste. Valley was on the floor, she was vulnerable, ripe for an aerial assault. The Slamazon would’ve gone for an Arabian Press Moonsault if the roles had been reversed, but to each their own.

However, just because she would’ve done a similar thing, didn’t mean it was the right move. They ran a high-risk/high-reward style, and as Akiha came flying towards her, Valley was intent on reminding her exactly why that was.

As she dove out of the ring, Valley turned towards her and jumped straight up. She raised her legs, both of them, so her knees would be pressing against Akiha’s chest as she flew, and her hands went up to grasp the redhead by the back of her neck, using her weight to redirect the flight path and bring her down to the ground.

If it all worked out the way Valley wanted, Akiha would wind up taking a powerful Codebreaker straight to the chest. It wouldn’t be the most pleasant landing for her, either, but she was willing to deal with that if it meant that her opponent took the worst of it.

Going to the center of the ring backward, the crimson hair wrestler would run right towards Valley before taking a leap into the air while going through the ropes. Yet just as she jumped, her opponent also seemed to jump and put her knees forward. Akiha head was grabbed as she then fell down right into Valley knees, chest first.

Upon her opponent hitting the ground, the crimson hair wrestler would be released and sent up for a second due to the recoil before she then fell to her opponent side, now clutching her chest, feeling a massive burning feeling. The referee would now start to count the two wrestlers out, raising her hand up in the air with a single finger and yelling out one.

The crowd was, needless to say, pretty impressed with Valley’s counter, gasping the moment she hit and clapping the moment after that. Whatever their opinions of the Slamazon at the moment, there was no denying her skill, and that she and Akiha would bring them a match worthy of champions.

Valley was glad they didn’t know how much she lucked up, there. As she laid on the floor, caressing her aching back, she realized just how bad that spur-of-the-moment move could’ve ended up. About a dozen possibilities, and she picked the one that hurt Akiha the most and hurt her the least. Not bad.

But she couldn’t rest on her laurels, with the referee already starting the counter. After a long groan, Valley popped to her feet, grabbed Akiha by her crimson strands, forced her to stand and started marching her towards the ring, tossing her back inside when she was close enough. ”Come on, back inside with you.”

Akiha chest felt like it was on fire after the attack she had taken. At the moment she was clutching her chest and gasping for air, not really paying any attention to the referee counting the two of them out. Though she would not need to worry about the count out for long, as her hair was pulled, causing her to get back on her feet and was forced to walk towards the ring before being thrown in. The Japanese wrestler would then roll on the canvas before then stopping on her stomach. She would then start to push herself up, attempting to get back in the fight, though her chest still feeling the burn.

Akiha was, thankfully, not all that heavy, and getting her back into the ring was simple enough. Valley wasn’t a big fan of using the hair to make that happen - she’d had her own golden strands yanked far too often, especially before she went down to a shorter style - but she couldn’t afford to waste anytime with Akiha, not when this was already proving to be a tight advantage. Any advantage she could get, she was taken.

In her opponent went, and Valley hopped on the apron right after her. She didn’t enter the ring just yet, though, and stood outside with her hands gripping the rope, waiting for Akiha to start pushing herself up. Up. Just a little more…

When the time was right, Valley yanked the top rope and flipped her way into the ring, spinning through the air with a full rotation, so the back of her calves would come down right on Akiha’s head, going for a wild Somersault Leg Drop.

Gathering her energy, the crimson hair wrestler would start to push herself up, getting on her hands and knees, about to get back into the match. Yet just as she would try to get onto her feet, she would be hit in the head by a somersault leg drop, sending her back to the ground. Akiha would cry out in pain as she clutched her head and rolled side to side, trying her best to deal with the pain in any way she could. The audience, on the other hand, was happy to see what was developing or at least the majority was. There were a few members who of course were booing at the sight but they were easily drowned out by the rest of the crowd.
