"Oh, haha! Yeah, you're right! Thanks, Lita!" Shido would pat her on the back in appreciation of her talent and for helping save him from injury. "Heh, if only we could swap places or something. I'm sure you'd kick butt in that contest." He would offer in jest. It would be the easy way out if she accepted, but it wouldn't be something Shido would easily agree to. He had more honor than that.

"Why would you want to do that?" she asked him, not sure why he would want to do that, if she heard him right. "It's not a problem if you're not good at that sort of thing." Lina added "Won't know unless you try hmm?"

"Haha, you're right, you're right. My bad. I was only kidding" He would laugh trying to downplay his previous suggestion. "You have any advice to a kid trying this stuff out for the first time?" He would ask, trying to figure out exactly what he should do besides hope that luck was on his side, today.

"Don't worry about it" Daisuke tells him in a tone that would sound like something out of The Godfather or something similar.

One of the game officials would arrive to tell Shido and Daisuke it was time for the contest. He told them to they'd be escorted down to the ice to take a shot, literally and figuratively for a cash prize.

"Sounds awesome! Thanks, man...how much cash are we talking, here?" "About 5 grand, sir" the official would answer. "So enough to feed her for a week?" Shido would blurt out, absentmindedly while pointing at Dai, recalling how quickly she devoured her ice cream.

Daisuke lets out a small chuckle "You mean Lina and more like three days." Lina prods Daisuke in the shoulder for that remark as the the two got up and left. "So is it the same like the last one? Three shots on the small hole in front of the net or is this one different?"

The official handed Shido a paper detailing the rules and made his leave.

"Uh...yeah looks like three shots to the front of the net. That much I think I can manage. And sorry, I got you and Lina mixed up!

He handed her the paper detailing the rules. "Man, this is way harder than wrestling." He'd gripe aloud.

"Eh it happens I guess" she told him, shrugging it off. It didn't look complicated to her, other than the size of the target and how accurate the shot would have to be which that would be difficult, the process as a whole sounded simple to her. She could understand why someone in Shido's position might feel like that though.

"Let's go out there and kick butt, then! They're probably expecting us out there, soon.

He'd open the doorway to the stadium and allow room for Daisuke. "After you, m'lady" He's say in a silly tone.

"Thanks Shido but I'm no lady, I'm a duck" she gives him a playful forearm shot to the chest before heading out there with him. Most likely that joke would have been lost on him but she'd explain it later if he asked.

The others were watching when the two came out for the contest and while they were not trying to be mean towards Shido they were clearly being supportive of Daisuke, but they weren't overdoing it.
