Fancy meeting you here

Shido was happy to be formally introduced to everyone. He thought it was funny how quickly they could return their attention to the game after having met someone, but it was a testament to how much they enjoy the sport and he thought that was pretty neat, as he had a similar interest in pro wrestling.

Shido would observe the game and try to get a feel for what's going on. He would then ask the group. "So, um, who's everyone rooting for?"

Sion admits they don't really have a set side that they're pulling for since they aren't too familiar with this particular league but depending how the game goes that neutrality could change. Lita shrugs and suggests to Shido "When it doubt go for the home team?." Lina added "Though it's not uncommon for fans of opposing teams to travel to away games." From what Daisuke could tell it looked like to be an important game since there was a fair amount of people here.

"Ah I see....They sure hit each other pretty hard in this game, huh?

Shido looked on with the rest of them, slightly concerned about the heavy amount of contact in the hockey game.

"You guys want anything to eat? I know stadium food isn't great, but I'm pretty hungry." he offered.

They aren't sure of what to say considering they just met and it sounded like he was offering for buy them stuff. Daisuke eventually says "Uuhmmm, surprise us?"

"Sure thing!" Shido would give the group a break from his awkwardness, making a beeline for the concessions, trying to figure out what they might like.

Not wanting to keep them waiting and unsure of what each person's particular tastes were, Shido did what he felt any sensible person would, get everyone ice cream cones! It was near impossible and comical to look at but Shido juggled 3 vanilla and two chocolate soft serve ice cream cones back to their seats!

"Who wants ice cream? First come first serve." He said with a smile, hoping he was able to adequately please everyone. Once everyone was situated with a cone of their choosing, he'd ask "So what do you guys plan to do after the game?"

It wasn’t what Daisuke expected, then again she wasn’t sure what he’d come back with so no complaints came to mind.  Lina did joke “That’s it?” with non-serious disappointed look she snaps her fingers and says “More please.”   Sion, Daisuke, and Lita could tell she was clearly messing with him and did like what he brought back.

“Depends when this game end.  What time is it now?”  Sion asked.  He didn’t have anything in mind at the moment.

"Oh, uh, really? Same flavor?" Shido answered Lina.

He began to ponder what they could all do after the game and if it would even be a good idea for him to tag along. "You guys wanna go work out after? We did all have ice cream." he would ask in jest while getting his wallet to go get another cone for Lina.

They weren't really in a work out mood, plus they didn't feel too concerned about getting one after eating. Sion gives Shido a polite shake of the head to answer his question. Daisuke notices Shido making a move for his wallet and quietly says to him "I think she was just messing with you," having a feeling this was to Lina's comment of wanting more. She wasn't one to normally turn an offer like it down but her 'request' for more wasn't a serious one. Daisuke then teases Shido by whispering "Or are you trying to impress her?"

Shido laughed, trying to brush off Daisuke's teasing "Haha no, not at all. Ice cream isn't that expensive. I was just trying to be nice." he said, trying to suppress laughter.

"So do you guys have a favorite hockey player?" He would say, trying to change the subject.

Lina wondered slightly for a moment what Daisuke and Shido were talking about before turning her attention back to the game. Both Lina and Lita didn't have an answer to his follow up question. Daisuke and Sion didn't have a set favourite per say but but did pay attention to some. They also didn't have an eye on anyone in particular in this game either...at least not yet.
