Kyo Akamatsu vs Rebecca Tomoko

Kyo gasped for air as Rebecca finally let him go. His sides hurt from where the big girl had squeezed him, and he noted that she was about as strong as he had thought she would be. On the other hand, so far, she seemed to rely more on that brute strength than on any fancy manouvers or moves-- unless she was holding back, Kyo had the impression that her fighting style lacked for subtlety.

The amazon proved him right when Rebecca lunged at him with a punch. Willing his hurting body to move, Kyo spun, grabbing Rebecca's outstretched arm by the wrist while spinning so that his back pressed against her. If this worked, then for the second time in this match, Kyo would use Rebecca's momentum against her to flip her over him onto her side. Once Rebecca hit the mat, Kyo would kneel and press his knees down against her head and shoulder, twisting at her arm in an armbar.

Rebecca's wild swings and charges once again missed their mark: This time the Samurai of AFW tossing her over with her own momentum instead of just letting her sail pass. The crowd gasping as the smaller man managed to take the big woman down to the mat and lock in the armbar, forcing the amazon to try and blink out the pain for now, she hated getting caught like this: her only assets rendered meaningless. Or so most people would think.

Gritting her teeth through the pain she tried to an impressive feat of strength, pulling back on her arm and rising up: trying to lift Kyo up off the mat while he still kept the hold locked on, putting immense pressure on her arm but allowing her to get back to her feet after being taken down so easily.

Satisfied that his counter had worked as planned, Kyo leaned back, pulling hard on Rebecca's arm to crank up the pressure. Although Rebecca was quite strong, Kyo was using practically his whole body to stretch her arm, and he knew that she had to be feeling this. He gritted his teeth as he poured more pressure into the hold...

...and blinked in surprise as his world suddenly went sideways. Rebecca was simply standing up, pulling Kyo up with her even as he stretched at her arm! Cursing under his breath, Kyo unwound from around Rebecca's arm and released her wrist, hopping back to his feet and backing away from her, eying her carefully.

Rebecca staggered back as Kyo let go, it felt as though she just pulled her arm out of a bear trap with how much she was hurting, trying to shake off the pain but for a while she wouldn't be able to put much pressure on it at all. It would have been worth it if Kyo kept on the hold for long enough for the amazon to slam him into a corner or on the mat but now down an arm against a dangerous opponent, she needed to shut him down and trap him. Even if it's just a simple grab.

Noting the way that Rebecca's arm seemed to be aggravating her, Kyo kept his distance, wanting to draw his opponent away from the ropes. Once they were both close to the centre of the ring, Kyo would hold his breath and rush forwards, feinting a clothesline before launching himself at her, feet-first, aiming to drop low and scissor his legs around her ankles to trip Rebecca down onto her front.

Rebecca's arm was still hurting but it would be enough to just barrel through his clothesline with a shoulder block, using her height and weight advantage to knock him down for once... if he hadn't feinted and tripped her up.

So much for stress relief, she pounded the mat with her good arm in frustration. She was being out skilled fairly easily by the quick Kyo and apart from the early bearhug, hadn't really gotten a good hit on him yet, all she could do was try and pick herself up to try again.

Unfortunately for Rebecca, Kyo had no intention of making things easy for her. Flipping back up to his feet, he quickly ran to the opposite ropes, bouncing off and running back to leap forwards and deliver an elbow drop to Rebecca's back while she was still grounded. If, however, Rebecca was getting up by that point, then he would use his momentum to bulldog her plantinum-haired head to the mat instead. Either way, Kyo had no intention of letting up on the Amazon-- he knew that in a battle of pure strength and stamina, she would win, so he was going to keep her on the defensive as long as he could.

Rebecca was just bent over and on her feet when she felt Kyo grab her by the head and jump forward into a bulldog. This was her chance, wrapping her arms around him and lifting him straight up with a powerful roar. Feeling the strain on her neck as the smaller man tried to pull her down before falling backwards to drop the Samurai in a high backdrop.

Before Kyo could even hit the ground, Rebecca's ebony arms suddenly wrapped around his torso. The momentum of his jumped instantly reversed as he was tilted backwards. He could only gasp in surprise before he was slammed, back-first, into the waiting mat. His body sprang off the mat from the impact before rolling onto its side, Kyo's face twisted into a mask of agony as he reached an arm back to clutch his hurting back. "K...kuso..."

Rebecca felt a smooth feel of relief as Kyo crashed down to the mat, her powerful arms releasing the Samurai as she sat back up. But she couldn't end it there. She needed to keep on the assault.

If she could stand up while he was still on the mat, she'd stomp down cruelly on his belly for some more damage. Simple but hopefully effective, the Samurai was about to feel the wrath of the amazon.
