Taking out frustrations (open RP/mixed spar challenge)

Max was pretty much screwed at this point. Even though he kept trying to pry the legs off of him, all of his attempts were useless. As Makie decided to add to the hold, Max prepared for the impact, feeling his head rattle about from the slam. There was no doubt that Makie had a surprising amount of power for such a lithe body, not to mention skill.

"N-no!" Max would struggle to say, his face completely red now. There was one more idea he had in mind, but the silver-haired man was unsure if he could pull it off. Knowing that in order to have such leverage, Makie had to be propped up a bit, Max would try kicking his foot up and backwards, hoping it would find Makie's head, but he wasn't sure that he had the flexibility or energy to complete the move. If she couldn't manage to land the kick, Max may have no choice but to tap...

As luck would have it, Makie was leaning forward a little the moment Max launched his kick, to better see if Max was alright or not. She was stunned, however, when the tip of Max's boot slammed against her forehead, sending her head snapping back. "AAAGH!" she cried, her legs instantly unwinding from around Max's head as she toppled onto her back, clutching her forehead. Moaning, she writhed at the mat, her legs kick in pain as she lay on her back.

Max felt a gasp of air enter his lungs as those legs came unraveled from around him, causing him to roll to his side and cough while he recovered. He didn't make a move to immediately capitalize on Makie's pained position.

When he rolled onto his stomach finally, he would look up to see how Makie was doing. He would start crawling his way over to her, if only to check to see if his kick had gotten her in the nose or something. "Are you all right? Do you want to take a breather?" he would ask while still panting to regain his breath completely.

"Nnn...nno!" Makie managed to say back. Like Max, the thought of taking a breather right now was a bitter pill to swallow: although her vision was swirling a bit right now, and although she was vulnerable, she didn't want to stop just yet. Rolling onto her side, she shakily tried to prop herself up on her hands and knees. She wasn't bleeding at all, but the direct hit to her forehead had still left her quite dazed.

Max nodded. He could hear Makie's condition in her voice, not unlike his own a few moments ago. The pride was very apparent between the two of them. Max probably should have tapped at least twice while he was in that hold of hers to get the breather.

Makie's voice when she told him that she didn't want a break told him that the state of her condition was not fake and that his foot probably connected with her pretty good. Seeing her prop herself onto her hands and knees, Max knew he should get moving. He was only winded and a little sore from everything thus far. He would probably be able to get to his feet quicker than Makie, so Max intended on grabbing the black-haired girl by her head and one of her arms to bring her to her feet, aiming to tighten a grip around her head once she was established, hoping to maybe capitalize on her daze.

Makie groaned as she was pulled up to her feet. It wasn't long before she could feel Max's arm lock around her head, pressing her face tightly against his abs. Max's scent was overwlheming, but all the same, Makie wasn't so out of it that she wasn't going to fight back.

Balling her hand into a fist, she tried to use their close proximity against Max, throwing a punch up into his midsection. Given that she was still dazed from Max's earlier attack, however, the punch may not have been as strong as she intended.

Max jumped as he was punched in the gut, not really expecting any fight from Makie. His hold on the girl's head would only loosen a little as it did not have a terribly damaging blow.

Taking only a pause to readjust his hold, Max would move his hand that was holding Makie's arm to the waist of her shorts, aiming to use them for leverage as he attempted to lift her into the air for a jackknife powerbomb position, letting her hang upside down for a while. This was, admittedly, Max's first time doing this with a human and not a dummy, so he wasn't entirely sure that this was going to go as planned, especially given his currently worn condition.

Makie felt the blood rush to her head as she was lifted upside down. The world spun as Max lifted her up, and her face reddened, partly from the sudden sense of vertigo, and partly because she knew what was coming next.

"N-no!" she gasped, twisting frantically in Max's grip. She kicked her legs, trying to unbalance Max and loosen his grip enough to, hopefully, fall down behind him. If that succeeded, then she would take a step back and kick him in the back.

Max had thought that he would be able to control Makie while he held her upside-down, but her kicking and twisting was causing him to lose balance. "Stay...still!!!" he shouted as her struggles caused him to walk forward.

He couldn't hold her up any longer, so he did his best to bring her down behind him so she'd land on the mat. In a matter of moments, he was falling backward while trying to pull Makie's lower body closer to the center of gravity to hopefully bring her back on her back like himself.

Makie's plan didn't work as expected: instead of dropping down behind Max, she was instead sent falling back and slamming, back-first, into the mat. "AUGH!" she cried, arching up from the impact before collapsing onto her back, her chest rising and falling as her eyes were clenched shut. This was not turning out well for her...
