Max smiled as Makie told him they should do lunch or dinner, and chuckled when she told him he'd be paying. "Lunch or dinner with a pretty young thing like you? I think I'd like that," he said with a smile.

"And...I'll take that advice of yours; especially if it helps me meet people like you," he said with a light blush to his face.

"Good. Hope to see you then," she replied with a grin. "Oh, and...I think when we do meet up, you won't be needing that." She gestured to Max's hammer, which still lay propped up against the ring.

"Bye for now, Nickelhead." And with that, she gave him a teasing wink and slipped away to the change room, ready for a shower and a bit of R&R after such an exhausting spar.

Funny how well two people can get along after they've beaten the crap out of each other, she thought to herself. She'd heard that matches in Tension sometimes led to dates, and now she believed it.
