Tasha Jackson vs Peggy McIntyre - Twisting A Shamrock?

The match had been back and forth for quite some time, but now Peggy had decided to go for something really decisive with her Moonsault! Tasha had not have enough time to react to get herself out of the harm's way, but she hadn't still been just laying there as the perfect target for Peggy either! Luckily as a result, Peggy's move had not been just as decisive as the Irish woman had probably intended it to be, even though the impact was still quite devastating to the Southern girl too.

It soon became obvious that Peggy still wished it had been devastating enough though, as she reached down to hook Tasha's leg, prompting the ref to start her count.

"ONE!"

"Ohhh... Shit...."

"TWO!"

"No... I'm still fine!"

With a surge of willpower, the Alabaman kicked forcefully out of Peggy's pin! But it was obvious that it had required considerable effort. And as soon as she would have the chance, Tasha would begin rolling and crawling as far away from her Irish foe as she could...

Peggy thought she had Tasha but the big woman impressively powered her way out and kept the match going! "Damn it ya big broad.... you are a tough one ain't ya?" Peggy said as she slapped the match in frustration. Getting to her feet she pulled Tasha up by the hair to join her! "If you are so big and bad I wonder if a smaller lady tossin' ya around does the ego good?" Peggy said as she bent down grabbing Tasha between the legs and over the shoulder. Peggy wanted to do a simple but hopefully effective scoop slam to Tasha, putting all the force she could into it!

If she succeeded Peggy would try to play to the crowd, and get a bit of a mental edge over Tasha by standing in front of her and flexing her arms, parading around a bit to show off that she used a power move against a power based wrestler!

Peggy may have clearly been frustrated for Tasha's kick-out, but the Alabaman herself was probably even more frustrated at the situation! She had not expected the Irish woman to be a too tough opponent at all, but still the Alabaman herself was in big trouble! The kick-out might have saved her for now, but her condition was frankly already quite vulnerable, and something that could soon doom her unless she got a chance to recover, and fast!

Unfortunately for the rookie, that chance was not granted by Peggy at all. Tasha had barely managed to begin making her way away from the Irish woman, before she felt her hair roughly grabbed. "AAGH!!!" Tasha's shriek was mixed with pain and frustration of getting caught once again, but neither one those feelings were enough to halt Peggy's actions. No, Tasha's body was about to catch yet another flight piloted by her Irish opponent...

The Southern Twister was helpless to stop the scoop slam, resulting in a devastating impact of her body to the mat. And it was no longer just pain and frustration flowing through her veins, but despair too. Peggy had turned out to be a mighty, strong opponent indeed, something that the redhead was eager to underline with her flexing and showing off. But the worst thing was that she was really getting inside the Alabaman's head now... Tasha could not refute at all her words of getting tossed around by a smaller girl, and her confidence, not to mention her ego at all, was already long gone in this match... And her body was yet again ripe for picking at Peggy's feet.

Peggy looked back at Tasha, making sure she had stayed right where Peggy had left her. Now Peggy wanted to take flight! She ran towards the nearest ropes as quickly as she could, jumping up to land on the middle rope. Peggy tried to springboard back off, flipping through the air as she attempted to come crashing back down on top of Tasha with a springboard lionsault right on her opponent! She realized Tasha has had a chance to recover but Peggy was all about taking a gamble hoping for a big payoff!

Tasha may have gotten a brief chance to recover, but it really wasn't all that much after the onslaught Peggy had managed to embark on. And it didn't look like it was going to end any time soon... But the worst part was that her confidence had already crumbled. As she turned her head towards Peggy she could see her clearly jumping off the ropes, but a desperate, subtle twitch was all her body was capable of doing!

Peggy might have been taking a gamble, but her Irish luck wasn't going to run out this time. She executed her move perfectly, her back crashing devastatingly on the Southern rookie's body, that got helplessly fed to the lions...ault!

Peggy landed right on top of the bigger, more muscular woman and remained in place, hooking a leg as she tried to pin Tasha! "All right count it, she's done!" Peggy confidently claimed although deep down she was sure that Tasha was far from done. Still, Peggy used the false bravado to play to the nearby crowd.

"ONE!"

The count began and Peggy was holding her breath wondering if Tasha would stay down. Would she thrust a shoulder up right away? Would she just barely kick out? A couple hundred other questions pertaining to the matchup were running through Peggys mind at this point but right now she tried her best to focus on keeping Tasha flat against the canvas.

Tasha's confidence had already been crumbling as Peggy had been successfully inflicting her attacks on the Southern rookie, and having taken a big hit with the Lionsault was only making that matter worse! The experienced Irish wrestler seemed to be sensing it well, based on her choice of words as she hooked her leg for the pin!

The count began, and Tasha's head was anything but calm. "Oh shit... Oh shit... I'm done... I'm done..."

"TWO!"

But with all that despair running through her mind, Tasha's insticts still told her to at least try kicking out...

"TH-"

The ref's hand just barely missing the ground, as the Southern Twister kicked out at the very last second. She had still had just enough strength to manage that, keeping herself still in the game for now. But how did that help her? What now? Tasha was still very much affected by the impact of the Lionsault, and for now could just try to roll a bit further away from Peggy, trying to gain some distance to her lately dominant opponent.

Peggy was really rolling now and had taken control of the match from her pshycially more fit, more powerful, more dominant opponent! She got back up to her feet and saw Tasha rolling away. Peggy stormed after her, trying to pull her up by the hair to a standing position again. "Ya can't get away from me lass! Ya may have thought ya had me but I'm not just some jobber from Ireland!" Peggy said as she tried to wrap an arm around Tasha's head while grabbing the side of her briefs. Peggy tried to lift Tasha up into the air for a vertical suplex in order to show off some of her own strength by way of some impactful offense!

Tasha was desperately trying to gain some distance and much-needed recovery time, but Peggy seemed to be far too wise to grant the Southern rookie any of that. And unfortunately for Tasha, even far too unwilling to treat her opponent nicely either, as evidenced by the decision to pull her opponent back up by her hair. "AAGH!"

Tasha could do nothing but follow, and listen to the Irish woman's words. The worst part was that they were true... She had underestimated Peggy. She had thought this would be an easy win for herself.

"I-... I never-... WOAH!" The Southern Twister's pathetic attempt at defending herself was cut short by Peggy yanking her once again back up, and showing off some serious strength again with the vertical suplex! Tasha's back slammed once again hard to the mat, and the redhead's move left her reeling on the mat...just as if she was just some jobber from Alabama!

Peggy had lift Tasha up and brought her crashing down! From that height Tasha's weight worked against her with gravity helping to add a bit to the impact. Peggy got up and knew that one good duplex deserved another didn't it? She stopped to gather her breath for a moment before grabbing Tasha by the head, lifting her up and wrapping her up once more. Instead of grabbing the waist of her wrestling bottom she reached down to hook a leg. Peggy was setting herself up to deliver another suplex to Tasha but this time a fisherman suplex! Should Peggy manage to pull this off she planned on keeping her back bridged in order to go for a pin right after!
