Peggy McIntyre vs. Sakura Hagiwara

Peggy had been off for a while and couldn't wait to show the fans the result of her work. She felt healthier and better than before having lost 7 pounds and firmed up her lighter frame. Sure she wasn't Alaina jacked, but she was more firm and less shaky than before.

When she heard her music play she came out and strut down the ramp swaying her hips a bit and winking as she flexed an arm. At the bottom of the ramp the Irish lass struck an old pinup girl pose and hopped up onto the apron, jumping over the ropes as she entered the ring.

She stood in the middle holding her arms out as the crowd cheered a bit having warmed up to Peggy a bit. She stood with her hands on her hips and looked up the ramp waiting for her teen idol opponent to come out.

After making her debut against another new comer, Sakura was determined to keep her AFW train running. Unlike Misaki, her mentor and friend, Sakura had plans to shift to the AFW permanently. She wanted to prove that as a wrestler, Hagiwara could handle the best of the best and not just stick to her small wrestling promotion. The former idol was ready to take up all challengers. After picking up a loss in her first match, she was determined to come back strong in her second in-ring match, she was still determined to be the strongest in the world.

Sakura was in her traditional white one-piece wrestling attire with red stripes on the sides of her outfit. Once her theme cued, she would walk out to the Friction arena with a bright smiles as she waved her hand across to the arena who cheered her on. Hagiwara would pick up the pace before leaping up to get up on the ring apron and jump up and over the top rope before landing on her feet in the ring. She would further smile and wave after that before rolling her shoulders and looking towards her opponent as she walked to the middle of the ring.

"Hai~my name is Sakura Hagiwara and I will be your opponent for tonight" she said with a innocent smile as she extended her hand for a handshake.

Peggy stood there and shook Sakura's hand looking the woman over. She sure did have a lot of fanfare, which is more than Peggy could say. "I'm Peggy, ya seem like you are ready to roll but I will warn ya just because you were a famous singer doesn't mean I have reservation about kickin' that skinny ass o' yours all over the ring." Peggy said trying to get under Sakura's skin a bit. Peggy wasn't about to take her lightly, although she wasn't sure what an idol could do in a ring.

Peggy backed off as the bell rang, circling Sakura a bit. Peggy lunged in swinging her leg around as she tried to start the match off with a fast kick across Sakura's abdomen!

The two women shook hands and Sakura was genuinely relieved about that. The former pol idol didn't want to make enemies just as yet but at the same time she didn't want anyone taking it easy on her either. "Hai~ It's nice to meet you Peggy-san. *nodds* Hah, I wouldn't have it any other way but I'm much stronger than I look" Hagiwara would taunt back.

The two would circle each other around for a bit and as Peggy lunged in, Sakura would meet her half way as the two seemed to go for a collar and elbow lock up but Peggy would instead go for a kick aimed at Sakura's abdomen, prompting the former idol to cry out in pain and double over.

Peggy's kick was on the mark and as Sakura doubled over Peggy knew she had a nice opening to work with. After a back and forth start to her career, Peggy didn't want to give up any of the momentum she built especially to a teen idol. Peggy stepped up to Sakura and grabbed hold, wrapping one arm around Sakura's head and reaching down with her other arm. Peggy tried hooking one of Sakura's legs and lift her up, hoping to plant her to the mat with a fisherman suplex early on to set the pace of the match!

Peggy was feeling good and more than happy to show Sakura that Peggy herself was nothing to laugh at. If the Irish woman had her way she would have Sakura pinned to the mat in no time!

After getting smacked in the gut, the former idol doubled over in front of the Irish woman as Hagiwara was backing up and had her arms wrapped around her tummy. Sakura would groan in pain before feeling her head being trapped by Peggy's arm and soon Peggy's free arm went down and grabbed a hold of the former idols leg to pull her up and slam her back down in a quick fisherman suplex!

*THUD*

Sakura cried in pain as she arched upwards, clutching her back "I-it hurts....oww" she would moan, rolling over onto her belly.

Peggy had Sakura down and was more than happy to keep her there. Grinning the Irish woman got up and ran to the ropes as quickly as she could! Peggy jumped up onto the middle rope, springboarding off in Sakura's direction.

Peggy flipped in the air and looked to crash down on top of Sakura with a springboard lionsault! If it landed she would stay right there, going for a pin!

The match had just started and Sakura was already down and in trouble. The former idol was famous for her losing streak in Berserk but she didn't intend to carry that over here. After being slammed down in a fisherman suplex, Sakura rolled over onto her belly as she clutched her back. She would notice Peggy running towards the ropes and Sakura suspected a bounce off maneuver.

She would wait just when Peggy would bounce off the rope before quickly rolling out of the way, watching the Irishwoman fall flat on her tummy on the ring mats.

Peggy sailed through the air and came crashing down right on target! Unfortunately for her, Sakura wasn't where she was supposed to be! Peggy groaned as she rolled onto her side, doubling over and cradling her mid-section! Peggy's legs kicked as she remained laying on her side in pain as her attack missed!

Peggy groaned and wanted to get up to lash out at the younger woman, however, she was wracked with such pain that her body did not at all cooperate with what she wanted to do! Peggy was wide open for Sakura's offense now!

After dodging her opponent's lionsault, Sakura would push up on her knees and crawl over towards Peggy, looking to capitalize on her opponent's mistake. The former idol would grab Peggy by the head to pull her up on her feet, looking to drive her knee into her opponent's belly to make her bend down in front of her.

Sakura would then attempt to trap Peggy's head under her arm before grabbing her around the waist,looking to hoist her up above her and slam her down on her backside in a simple vertical suplex!
