Lucy Grange vs Belinda Northman - Clash of the blondes!

Lucy was no stranger to getting smacked around with power moves, but there was a limit to how much anyone could take. The right hit at the right time though would take any tank out, Lucy wasn't one though. So it was even worse that way, Belinda's edge in strength allowed her to get the advantage when it came to staying in at the end. If Lucy had managed to hit that London Bridge though there's no way the Swede would have endured that, men and women alike had fallen to that move. But Ms Northman managed to luck out on that situation.

Ms Grange felt a bit of saliva trickle out of her mouth, after the intense numbness in her forehead subsided. Lucy knew her best chance of victory had just been dashed, but was it over? No, Lucy had a strong feeling that Belinda was going to try and land a decisive blow that Lucy wouldn't be able to endure. Belinda knew the Brit well enough that Lucy would go as long as she could, so Belinda was going to be setting something up to try and put Ms Grange out for good.

Sure enough Belinda hoisted Lucy to a sort of vertical position, Lucy even in her battered state kept her eyes on the Northman. And got swatted hard with a forearm shot. Lucy grunted loudly and reeled back from the hit, but Lucy knew her stuff about fist fighting. She might have had no legit martial arts training but Lucy had been in them enough times to take a licking. Even if it was futile Lucy would put her full gusto (or what remained of it) into smacking Belinda back across the head as hard as she could muster, if the Swede would potato Lucy she'd return that with a receipt!

Belinda came in and threw that hard forearm strike right into the lovely Lucy's pretty face, but it didn't seem as if the fellow blond was going to go down without a fight. As soon as Belinda's strike hit, Lucy came right back at her and threw a hard right forearm strike of her own right up against Belinda's head. Knocking the Swede back a step and causing her head to snap to the side.

The Swede would wince out as she would glare back at Lucy, if she wanted to start a brawl here then Belinda was going to oblige! She would rear her right arm back and proceed to step forward, looking to throw a hard right forearm strike right up against Lucy's face in return! Looking to start off this little punch off between them and see who would come out on top in that!

Lucy wasn't really thinking at this point, her main concern was only to survive at this point against Belinda. Any real chance of being able to finish the Swede was gone more or less at this point, there wasn't any tactics being used by the Brit at this point. Any wrestling focus had become absent, at this point Ms Grange had more or less relied on her instincts. Throwing caution to the wind to overwhelm her opponent, but at this state of time with how long the match had gone Lucy had been more than worn down. She panted heavily, saliva drooling from her lip and her eyes widened as she was clashing with Belinda.

Before Ms Grange could muster another hit Belinda would wind up with a hard swing and smack it right into the Brit, Lucy loudly coughed out after being hit with it. After a couple of seconds Lucy would start to lower herself down, as if she was about to collapse under the strain of it all that the match had put her through. Before lifting her head up and mustering up for a retaliation strike, launching the back of her arm right at the Swede to club her over her cheek. Lucy was documented for her sheer unwillingness to pack it in, even if she was close to losing it all......

Belinda panted out after she drove her forearm right into Lucy and watched the woman slump over a bit, the Swede shook her head and took a few heavy breaths, she would narrow her eyes and watch as Lucy pulled herself up to a full stand again and threw a powerful forearm strike of her own into Belinda's face! The short haired blond stumbled back a step as her head had been snapped to the side.

" Uugh!" she cried out as she would then try and adjust herself, she groaned out as she would look on at Lucy and attempt to stumble her way back towards the fellow blond. With her arm pulled back the blond would attempt to throw a stiff right forearm strike right towards Lucy's pretty cheek in retaliation!

Lucy could feel something in the back of her mind, a niggling doubt in the back of her mind. That she might be at her limit with this, her hearing had gone down to a low drone and that of her beating heart. Maybe it was because of the beating that she had taken over the course of this match, Ms Grange had been in her share of long drawn out engagements. But it felt different, like she was failing to get close to victory. The Brit was wondering if her strikes were even mattering at this point, perhaps that had led to her dropping her arm down slightly.

Then Belinda swung at Lucy full on across the head, at that moment Ms Grange grunted as spittle flew out her mouth. Afterwards though Lucy sort of slumped, everything was going numb. Lucy was wobbling slowly, before looking as if she was about to burp. Only to then slowly to then slowly fall to the side crumpled up, panting quietly and a glazed over look in her eyes. Lucy seemed to have been completely taken for a loop here, stunned from that hard shot to head.

Belinda was able to drive a firm strike right into Lucy's pretty head.At first it didn't seem as if it was going to be enough to take the fellow blond down, as such Belinda readied herself to throw another blow...but then Lucy dropped onto the mat in a heap. She seemed to be rather out of it right now, as the Swede would stand and pant for air, towering over her fellow blond.

" Phew...you're a tough one Lucy...but now I've got you." Belinda let out as she would try and reach for Lucy's legs, she'd attempt and flip Lucy over onto her front and try to cross those legs as she'd try and lean back over Lucy's frame and attempt to lock in a bridging cross-legged boston crab! One of Belinda's signature moves which she had dubbed Orion's cross!

Lucy was more or less out of it at this point, she was conscious as far as she knew but everything just hurt to do. Breathing was the exception, least Ms Grange still knew that. She didn't even have it in her to mutter a reply, but her eyes will still fully open signalling that Lucy wasn't Ko'd yet. She shared that penchant with her Brother, it was extremely difficult to put either of them down even if logically they should just quit. Neither really would, Lucy knew that. Belinda knew it as well however, which was why the Swede was going to take an extra step in dealing with Lucy. Even in this current state Lucy might have still something up her sleeves, the old roll up into a small package deal.

Lucy felt herself be flipped over, knowing that a submission hold was bound to happen. Sure enough Lucy felt her legs be placed in a strong vice like hold, boston crab style. Eyes rolling in the back of her head Ms Grange groaned loudly, this was being too much of a hassle to deal with. It was damn tempting to slap her hand on the mat over and over, but the Brit was gonna try to make good on one thing. She hated tapping out, leg submission holds was something she'd endured before. With a hidden look of kept in pain and limited patience Lucy balled her fists and made to scratch her way towards the ropes, they seemed closer than the Brit had originally believe.

Still Lucy already had a feeling it was looking it was all she wrote, but even so Lucy wasn't going to tap out if she had to lose. Memories of being strained in other leg based holds ran into her mind, Ms Grange likely used that to fuel her own stubborn crawl to the ropes. It was all else she could after all at this point.....

Belinda had her deadly signature submission hold locked in, bending the fellow blond woman in a painful boston crab variant that was the Swede's Orion's Cross. She was looking to put Lucy away with this hold and try and pick up the win in this match. All she had to do was bend Lucy a bit further, strain the fellow blond a bit more and then surely she would get her to tap. 

The young Swede would groan out as she was straining a bit in the hold, especially when Lucy started to pull and drag herself closer towards the ropes with each passing second. Belinda growled out in annoyance as it didn't seem as if Lucy wanted to submit. Frustration but not something she shouldn't have expected from the Brit. 

"C-come on Lucy! Tap out!" Belinda let out as she would bend the bridge a bit further and with it Lucy's back a bit more in the painful hold, trying to see if she could push the fellow blond over the edge and make her tap.

Lucy wasn't even sure why she kept going at this point, after all Belinda was beating her dead to rights. Perhaps at this point Ms Grange could just give up, be back in the locker and ruminate on what went wrong. But Lucy already knew what had happened, Belinda was locking her in a submission hold. Funny enough Lucy despised being put in them, ever since her indie days. Ever since her Brother learned that damn leg slicer and could beat her with it every damn time. It had prompted Ms Grange to learn her own hold, but she still disliked them. Just didn't mesh with her style.

Another thing was tapping out, Lucy hated it. Admitting defeat was something Lucy didn't like doing, her stubborn nature rendering it a sin to her mind. Belinda's words rang in her ears, to which Lucy balled her fists in annoyance. Gritting her teeth Lucy would stammer out S-Sod off!" Lucy was really being put into a ringer now, but the ropes were so close that she could see the patterns on them. Even if Lucy had no prayer in being able to reach them the Brit crawled and scraped every inch she was able to, Lucy was pretty much all she wrote at this point.

But even so Lucy would make one last desperate leap for the ropes, more so to satisfy her own frame of mind than trying to win. She would manage to get at least far enough to the ropes for a decent grab, Ms Grange was done for. But she would rather lose it all than tap and display her defeat.

Belinda struggled to try and get her fellow blond opponent to tap out, but finally when Lucy managed to reach the ropes and grab onto the bottom ropes, Belinda was forced to release the legs of her rival. She'd drop down onto Lucy's back and pant out.

This was a lot tougher than it should have been. Lucy was just way to stubborn....the young blond would attempt to roll over onto her front and start to push herself up to her feet. Panting out as she looked down upon Lucy. She would try and take a hold of the blond girl's legs and attempt to pull her away the ropes.

Belinda would then try and make her way towards the corner and climb up to the top turnbuckle. Readying herself as she raised her right arm into the air and patted her padded elbow. She would look down on Lucy and see if the blond was still there. If she was then Belinda would leap up into the air and try to come crashing down with a brutal high elbow drop down onto Lucy's frame!
