Lucy Grange vs Amy Wohen

In the back Lucy was getting prepared for her match tonight, it had been some time since she had last been seen in Friction. Having been around Tension for quite a long while, quite recently she and her team had won a six man tag match. And that was a good indicator in Lucy's mind of her chances this year, she hadn't been doing too good in her mind. In light of her Brother's successes Ms Grange had most certainly not looked better in comparison, and truth be told it had made her quite miffed. She knew that she could do great, but it was just something was missing. Perhaps it was the lack of action she had recently.

After speaking at length with Ryan about these issues he had advised her to put those frustrations to good use, rather than just keep them bottled up and leading to negative issues. He told her to use them in her next match, use it as a weapon rather than let it cloud her mind. Which was partially why Lucy was here, to go back to Friction where she was to be the UK Elite's icon in this place. Plus having that fight against Sabre in the six man tag made Lucy realise that perhaps she ought to mix it up with women again, though she still liked guys at the end of the day.

Her opponent wasn't really known, all Lucy got was a name. But it didn't matter, Ms Grange would make her own assumptions once she looked at her. All the British girl focused on was about making sure she had it, that she could win. This Amy chick was going to be the first step on that path, like it or not. As for her ring attire Lucy was dressed as she normally was, though with her schoolgirl jacket it was now emblazoned with the Union Jack and a picture of her as well as John and Ryan. A stagehand told her it was time for her to make her way to the ring, Lucy silently nodded and left the locker room.

The lights in the arena dimmed, and Lucy neared the curtain of the entrance ramp. She waited, then the song hit. Love, Fury, Passion, Energy by Boy Hits Car, that was Lucy's theme. She waited in silence till the lyrics hit.

"She's like a lost flower, growing up through a crack. In the bustling sidewalk, moving like a river so sad."

Lucy would emerge, to a rather loud pop as it were. Seemed that quite a few of these fans knew who Ms Grange was. Though the British girl wasn't focusing on that, her concern was making a statement here and tonight. Lucy was fighting to win, plain and simple. She briskly walked down the entrance ramp, slapping a couple of hands here and there before entering the ring.

The British girl would then stand at the far right corner, and do some light stretching to avoid pulling anything. Then Lucy would be crouched in her spot, where she could get a good look at who she was fighting tonight. And go from there, tonight was the start of what was to come for Ms Grange.......
