The beginning of an end to an Era (Sarah and Seraphim)

Alright then, maybe she should let her talk. Seraphim was starting to realize that by now, if Sarah meant her any harm, she would have done it by now. This didn't stop Seraphim from keeping a small distance from her, but that did put her just a bit at ease. Still, what was her game? You don't just have powerful fighter come up to you for no good reason. So what was the point of all this?

Once again letting her insult just fly by past uncaring ears, Seraphim eased up a little, her hand only for a moment considering to reach for her brass knuckle belt, but then deciding against it since Sarah threw the pipe down, and just chose to listen. She doubted the woman had much good to say, however-

'The Era of Hell?!?' Those words came to her as clear as a bell, and it could be seen from how her crimson eye lit up that the name meant something to her, and Seraphim tensed up, standing strait now as she nodded. "Heard of them?? Damn scumbags have been making it rough for everyone in the league, taking the fun away from the sport and making it a living Hell. Of course of heard of them!" There was a reveling anger in Seraphim's tone. Even though the organization had yet to do anything to set Seraphim truly off and anything personal to her, they had still made it rough for all of her friends, and that was enough for it to be personal.

Sarah chuckled grimly. "Yeah, they're a great bunch a girls, aren't they?" The Era of Hell was full of wrestlers just like Sarah, some were even worst. But that didn't mean she liked them. She didn't like much anyone in fact. But Sarah's reasons were far from personal like Seraphim's. They just made the mistake of rubbing her the wrong way. "So you do know them. Great. This will save some time."

Sarah crossed her arms and walked towards Seraphim slowly, letting the girl get used to her pressence. "How would you like it if they....went away?"

Though it was hard to admit, there were a few things she liked about the Era of Hell. They were brutal, they were skilled, and they knew how to break a person's spirit most of all. These were things Seraphim were still guilty of doing, but even though she was trying to break her old ways, it still left with a small longing to fulfill those urges, but she would promptly shake them away. 'Not anymore...'

Looking at Sarah, the white haired girl narrowed her eye a little, finding the claim she had just made to be a bit.. sudden, bizzare even as she found it to be something she wasn't expecting of Sarah. Hell, she was most surprised the woman wasn't actuallya a part of them! Perhaps this was just a trick, maybe she was actually working for them and trying to lure Seraphim into a trap. Or maybe this was the real deal... but if so, what did Sarah have against them?

"Easier said then done. It's why I'm training now. You think you have some sort of superweapon or something?" Seraphim said with her own sense of sarcasm. Honestly, taking them on was like going on a battlefield of guns with just a cardboard cutout of a knife; it was just plain stupid. But something told Seraphim that she had something planned; and so, she leaned back against the brick wall and listened, yet highly doubting her ability.

Seraphim didn't walk away, so Sarah had gotten her attention at least. That was good. "I know what you're thinking," she said suddenly. "If I was one of those clowns, don't you think I would have attacked you already? Use your fucking head." Sarah grinned as a sudden thought came to her. "But if that's the case, you might be working for them too."

Seraphim certainly fit the profile. She wouldn't be surprised if they offered her a chance to join like they had Sarah. Sarah had refused though. she was nobody's underling. "We won't talk here. We'll go to my place. Unless you got a problem with that?"

Paranoia struck Seraphim as Sarah made that offer. She sometimes tended to be just a little overcautious, but in this case, she didn't see any shame in that. Both the offer and the suspician, it all seemed... displaced, like it was unnatural and someone was pulling the strings.

Either that or Sarah was just really a screwed up individual in the head that Seraphim couldn't predict her.

"Then use yours as well, I'm not the type to play in tense if I'm the type going for a sneak attack. Besides, you stopped me, rememeber you twit?" To so much as even think of accusing Seraphim in being with the Era of Hell after Sarah was the one who stopped her, was she really that dumb? Or maybe just being clever...

Nah, probably just dumb.

None the less, Seraphim shrugged, only to approach Sarah getting very close to the woman before she would decide to follow her. "First thing's first." Seraphim said simply, her hands loosened up to open palms before suddenly... she started to pat Sarah down? In Seraphim's mind, she was paranoid and felt there was no shame in being overcautious, so if Sarah lured Seraphim out somewhere, she might have had a weapon of some sort. It was obvious by this action just how much Seraphim didn't trust Sarah, and it was probably even a little odd to have someone you just met pet there hands pat along your arms, chest, back, hips and thighs, even if it was for an honest reason, but Seraphim felt it was one of the most important things she could have done at this point and the smartest move she could make. Last thing she needed was to be lured in an alleyway only to be stabbed or hit with a blunt weapon or something.

Sarah almost had to stifle a yawn. She didn't want to hear Seraphim's reasons fo distrusting her, they'd be here all day. But Sarah knew that if she was going to attack Seraphim she would have done it, and not waste time with some complicated plan that probably wouldn't work. Straight to the point, that was Sarah's way.

"....What the fuck are you doing?" Sarah asked pretty patiently as Seraphim started patting her down. But she din't stop her. If this was what it takes to get her to trust her, so be it. But when she was done, Sarah pushed her away. "Touch me again and a missing eye will be the least of your problems."

Good, she wasn't armed with anything. Seraphim's paranoia slowly subsided just a little now as she was finishing up, not even looking as Sarah as she was at the thighs by now and she was asked that question, responding so matter-of-factly like her question was the most stupid one in the world. "Searching for weapons." She said before she stopped and stood back up strait, quickly shoving her hands into her coat pockets as she gave a blunt gaze at Sarah, not at all grazed by her threat, or seeming to take any pleasure at all in patting the girl down like she had.

She wasn't too bothered by the shove, but it was clear that she didn't like it, a small spark coming to her crimson eye, but still deciding to keep her hands to herself and inside her pockets, looking back at the girl with a stare and a warning. "And don't shove me again or you won't be able to enter the ring again for 4 months." Like always, when Seraphim made a threat, she made it happen or kept to it. And personally, she would like nothing more than to get her hands around Sarah's throat and put her down from all of the fame she had, putting her in her place.

However, there was one thing she wanted more than that, and this was to see the Era of Hell on it's knees before she took them down for good, and that was why she then decided to follow Sarah.

Seraphim seemed to think that Sarah needed a weapon to beat her. Weapons were merely a faster means to an end. The deadliest weapons in Sarah's arsenal were her own two fists. Much as she wanted to bring these weapons to action right now she was in the middle of business.

Sarah laughed again as Seraphim tried to threaten her. "I'm liking you more and more. You have so many jokes." Sarah gave a mocking grin to the Crimson Eye. "Follow me," she said, and turned back to the alley she had come from. "Oh, by the way..." She turned back to Seraphim, smiling innocently. "Watch your step." And she walked back into the alley.

Where it was a literal bloodbath.

The bloodied forms of several men and women lay scattered across the ground. Eight of them at least, all looking like they belonged to some sort of street gang. Many were bleeding from the nose, or their arms and legs were bent and broken in ways they weren't supposed to be. Weapons such as pipes and brass knuckles lay beside some of them. Most were unconscious, soft groans the only signs that they were still alive. The ones not lucky enough to be knocked out were sobbing quietly. Sarah strode through the battlefield without a care in the world, making sure to watch her step over the bodies like she had told Seraphim. Most would have thought Sarah taking on all of these people at once was the most alarming part of the scene.

But the most alarming part was that Sarah barely had a scratch on her.

It was nearly an impossible task to strike fear into Seraphim. In fact, the only thing that she had ever learned to be afraid of was herself, and even that she learned to put a harness over. But there was something just a little unnerving about what Seraphim saw next, noticing the unconsciouss and bleeding forms of Sarah's 'victems', raising a bit of concern to Seraphim.

The one-eyed fighter had her shares of conflicts with gang members, and at times even took on a large swarm of them. The girl was a streetrat after all, and grew up having to fight even just to get a meal. But there didn't seem to be a reason to this, it was just like slaughtering helpless cattle. Subtley, Seraphim dialed 911, possessing a care to actually make sure these people don't die from not being cared for in time. However, to show how little regard she even had, Seraphim said no more than the location of where this took place, saying the corner the alleyway was with a cold tone, demanding a few paramedics, and hanging it up before the woman on the other end could ask 'what's your emergancy.'

The sites becoming a bit nostolgic for Seraphim, her mind even aching some, she took out a small container and popped a pill in her mouth from it; swallowing it dryly as she let out a long breath. It was for her Post Truamatic Stress disorder, and seeing this only made her mind see nothing but the visions of the slaughter she had been subjected to over her lifespan. It helped, but it was clear that something was bothering Seraphim about it.

Fortunately afterwords, Seraphim just continued on, letting out a long, sharp sigh as she fell silent, not saying a word as a determined look hit her eye, and she followed Sarah Gatt. She still didn't like this all, but if this lead her a step closer to taking down the Era of Hell, she would take the risk.

Not even looking back to see if Seraphim was actually following her or not Sarah left the bloodstained alley behind her. Reaching into the pocket of her leather jacket Sarah pulled out a set of keys, attached to which the control was for unlocking a car. "One of them was generous enough to lend me their car," she explained casually. She held up the key and clicked the unlock button. Not far off the headlights to a worn out Mercedes lit up.

Sarah grinned and went for the car, opening the drivers side door and looking back at Seraphim. "You coming or what?"
