“I try,” Josh replied with a smile as he looked back into her eyes, then pulled himself through the ropes after her. When he saw the look in her eye, he didn’t see that same confident cockiness she’d had while kicking his big ass all over the ring. She still looked adorable as hell though.

“Well, lets not keep ya waitin’ then,” he said while gingerly stepping down from the apron and offering a hand to help Peggy down. Once she’d joined him at ringside he’d put one of his big arms around her - partially to enjoy the moment, and also to help him keep his balance. He was still reeling a bit from the match.

Regardless, he’d then happily walk her back down the aisle and to the locker room, so the two could shower and get changed for their date.
