Daisuke Kamiya vs Jamal Smith

After getting kicked, Jamal happened to spin around and made it easier for Daisuke to set up her move. He felt Daisuke grab onto him before she jumped off the turnbuckle and flipped over him for diamond dust. Jamal fell on his face, but he didn't stay still for long and began to stir after a few moments.

After the Diamond Dust made its mark Lina's look on the outside changed. It looked like Daisuke was getting back into it and she liked what she saw.

Seeing Jamal stir, Daisuke didn't want to lose hold of the chance she had before her and and looked go to back on the attack. Seeing his moment she would look to grab hold of him and and apply her kiss of death. Given how Jamal came a bit close to putting her away and she was able to recover she wanted to do something big to him if she could.

Jamal was getting up on his feet when Daisuke was on the move. He tried to fully stand, but Daisuke caught him and set him up for a move. Jamal tried to get his arms free from the hold he was in, but Daisuke dropped and he fell face first into the canvas.

After crashing into the mat, Jamal rolled over onto his back and stayed where he was as his chest rose and fell as he breathed deeply.

After planting Jamal with what sounded and felt like an impactful move, Daisuke turned towards Jamal and looked to turn him over and cover him.

From where Lina was standing on the outside she liked what she saw with Daisuke staying on Jamal after the diamond dust in the corner and she was hoping Daisuke would look to continue the offense after Dai's kiss of death maneuver, but it caught her off guard a bit when she saw Dai going for the pin instead. She heard the referee make the 'one' count and looked on, paying close attention to it's result and both wrestlers' reaction if the count doesn't go in Daisuke's favor.

"Two!" The ref continued to count and that was also the same time Jamal's senses kicked back in. Everything was like in slow motion when Jamal opened his eyes after being brought down by Daisuke's last move. Watching the ref's hand heading for the mat, Jamal twisted and lifted his body with all the energy he had in an attempt to throw Daisuke off and break the pin.

"Three!" The ref's hand came down before Jamal could fully break the pin. Looking up from his stomach, he took a look at Daisuke and then to the ref. He had nothing to say, but he knew he lost fairly and couldn't do anything about it now. He waved at his associates and they responded by bringing over the briefcase and handing it over to him.

Daisuke held on to the pin for as long as she could until she felt Jamal kickout, however she heard the bell and looked towards the referee and saw the ref signal that it was indeed a three count. She backed away from Jamal and stood up as Lina celebrated the result on the outside before joining her in the ring. The count was indeed a close one and Lina clearly heard the three count being made but seeing Jamal's intent to move and break the pin she paused in mid-reaction for a split second until she heard the bell, which that was good enough confirmation for her.

She stepped through the ropes just as Daisuke had her arm raised by the referee, after Dai stepped back from Jamal. Lina high fived Daisuke once the ref was done with her and congratulated her on the win. It wasn't as long as some of the matches she's been in lately but given how Jamal brought it too her it still felt like they were at it for a while.

Daisuke saw those on the outside with the briefcase bringing it in and handing it to Jamal. She knows that it was at stake and she won. Was the referee suppose to get it from him and give it to her, was she to just take it from him, or was he going to be the won who hands it over. She looked at Lina for a moment before looking back towards Jamal, waiting to see what he would do. From where they were watching backstage, Sion and Lita were also watching closely. They didn't think any hostile actions on Jamal's part were about to go down, but they still kept an eye on things. They were pleased with the outcome of the match but they knew business wasn't done just yet.

Jamal stood in the ring and waited/watched as Dai and Lina celebrated her victory. It was a close call, but Jamal knew next time he would just have to be more serious next time.

After the two were done, Jamal approached Dai and released the locks on the briefcase and the top swung open to reveal the money within. Upon further inspection all the bills had pictures of Jamal giving a thumbs up and smiling. After waiting a moment to let that sink in he closed the briefcase and handed it to Dai. "Don't worry, only the first bill in each band is a joke and the rest are real. Go fool your friends if they didn't get this on camera." Jamal said as he let out a short laugh. He didn't lie about the money and hopefully Dai would believe him.

Daisuke and Lina were excited when they money was being shown to them, but they looked surprised with what they saw. After it all got handed to Daisuke, Lina was about to speak up, feeling like Jamal pulled a fast one and she was going to let him know they aren't thrilled by it, but before she can get a sylibol out he explains what's up with it. She opened it up and personally checked what was underneith the top one in each row. Daisuke observed Lina's inspection and when she saw Lina let out a small sigh of relief before closing it up she could tell that everything was in order, which was good.

Daisuke offered to shake Jamal's hand before taking off with Lina. From the other side of the entryway Lita and Sion wondered what was going on between the three of them. The girls were on their back with smiles on their faces so whatever it was it didn't seem like a bad thing. Before they headed back between the Daisuke asked Lina "Do you think we're suppose to give this case back after we're done with the money?" Lina shrugged in response as it wasn't something that came up. Before disappearing behind it she took a moment to hold the briefcase up above her head. It wasn't one of the tag team championship belts, but it did make up for how her team's previous encounter ended up a little bit. No immediate plans came to mind on how she would spend it, but there would be time to think about that later.
