Washington is bipolar so it cannot make up it's mind on whether to snow or not. There even was a time during a summer where there was NO sunny or warm days up here.

But it HAS been real frosty lately.

No snow here. But I have to say that I live in a part of germany where it is unlikely to snow fast and much. A blistering cold winter here has about -15Â°, that's virtually nothing compared to what I've seen from the States or Scandinavia.

In which case it becomes the most awful thing in the world.

It doesn't help that I live in North Carolina, a state where EVERYTHING shuts down if even one single snowflake falls. >__<

Well, the opposite is also a problem. There could be 3' of snow on the roads and you're still expected to be everywhere.
