Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Taylor threw three fingers up in the air, and the crowd counted with her. She was elated and the crowd was on their feet, their cheers thundering through the arena before, suddenly, they were unexpectedly brought to a halt as Iron Maiden sat up and shoved Taylor off.

In the middle of the ring was the referee, holding two fingers up over her head. The match wasn't over.

"Gghkt!" Taylor's throat was crushed again by Iron Maiden's impossible hands. She clutched at them, pried at her fingers, struggled to breathe, but nothing worked. Even with her head kicked in, he was still in better shape than Taylor, and Taylor could still not even begin to compete with her strength.

Junko spun around when Kyla flung herself forward and rushed past her. She spun around and was about to yank Kyla away when she saw Iron Maiden sit up. Junko was froze as her eyes widened. "No..." She whispered, in as much shock as Kyla had seemed to be earlier.

Junko clenched her fists and threw herself forward. She slung out the parasol and tried to hook it around Kyla's neck and pull her tightly against her body, hoping to use her free hand to cover Kyla's mouth and shrieked as loudly as she could.

"TAKE OFF THE FUCKING MASK, TAYLOR!" Her voice was hoarse and desperate. She just hoped it would reach.

A surprised, yet elated smile spread across Kyla's face as she witnessed her she-beast sit up and practically begin to strangle Taylor Parker. The good doctor let out a thrilled laugh. She had nearly forgotten all about Junko, at least until she felt the handle of her parasol hooking around her neck and yanking her back like a bad performer off of a stage. Kyla gagged in surprise and teetered back into the older woman, where she was firmly restrained. She couldn't even get Iron Maiden's attention now, as Junko slapped her hand around her mouth to keep her from shouting. Junko meanwhile, seemed to have plenty of things to scream, herself.

Back in the ring, Iron Maiden was just strangling the life out of Taylor. Her fingers tightened down around her throat like clamps, and they didn't give to any amount of prying or resistance. At this point the referee stepped in and began counting for Iron Maiden to relinquish her prolonged grip on Taylor's throat. She drew a little too close to the two women for Maiden's comfort however, and was frightened into backing off when the she-beast snapped her gaze towards the striped shirt wearing girl. Iron Maiden then suddenly began to stand up, never relinquishing her hold on Taylor. She just violently yanked Taylor up with her, whether the smaller woman's legs would support her or not.

Now Iron Maiden had returned to her full towering stature, and she had Taylor quite literally in her grasp. She continued to choke the blonde veteran with both hands, refusing to stop until she herself regained her bearings. She glanced around the ring, at the ref, at the crowd, and remembered soon enough that she was in a match with Taylor. And she remembered what it was Dr. Fairchild had instructed to do in this match. To crush Taylor Parker. To pin her. Maiden's gaze reared back to her captured opponent, and with a sharp exhale she attempted to lift Taylor up and prepare her for a Chokeslam.

Taylor suffered in silence, unable to breathe or make a sound while Iron Maiden suffocated her. She held on tightly to the woman's hands for support while she lifted her up until her feet were again dangling in the air. The edges of her vision began to go dark, and she could feel herself losing it.

Somewhere in the distance she could hear Junko screaming... oh, god, the mask. Again, with the mask. She figured that, like before, Iron Maiden would just take it as her cue to splatter Taylor all over the ring, but what choice did she have? Other than that, she could only hope to be unconscious before Maiden shattered her spine on the mat. She hooked her fingers under the leather mask along side Iron Maiden's jaw and with whatever strength she had left she jerked it around, trying to turn it and force it up Maiden's face.

By the time Taylor reached for the mask, Iron Maiden was already in the process of forcefully spiking her down onto the mat. Just as Maiden's arms started to thrust down and she relinquished her hold on Taylor's throat, the blonde veteran's fingers hooked into the mask along the jawline. Maiden could feel her tugging at the it, and reacted by impulsively jerking her head up and trying to pull away by twisting her shoulders. This resulted in Iron Maiden botching the Chokeslam quite spectularly. Rather than slam Taylor down onto her back, Maiden instead ended up dropping her roughly onto her hip. It would still hurt, especially given the condition Taylor was was in, but it wouldn't take it out of her like a proper Chokeslam would have.

And that wasn't all that went wrong.

As Taylor's body parted from Maiden, the grip she had on the mask ended up yanking so hard that the bottom buckle came undone. Iron Maiden's leather mask came loose and started to visibly slip right off her face. The she-beast panicked. She threw her hands over her face in a desperate attempt to both cover herself and push the mask back into place. She ended up stumbling back into the furthermost right hand turnbuckles from the entrance ramp, where she dropped down onto her butt and began wildly pulling strands of hair over her face to cover herself with. The crowd was buzzing with morbid curiosity now, people in the front row shifting in their seats to catch a glimpse of the she-beast's mangled face. Even a nearby camerman was trying to get just the right angle to see it. With Iron Maiden's hands, hair, and still yet to be refastened mask in the way however, all that could been seen was part of her blood soaked chin(caused by injuries sustained during the match) and not much else.

At this point, trying to pin Taylor or follow up with another Chokeslam was the furthest thing from Maiden's mind. She had forgotten all about her opponent and their match. She was just desperately attempting to refasten her mask, while bearing the pressure of thousands of prying eyes.

Taylor splatted on the mat in a messy heap, and gasped a huge breath of air back into her lungs. She rolled onto her knees and sat folded over with her forehead on the mat and her hands on her throat while her back heaved with every breath, each one restoring a little more life to her body.

The simple fact that she had not yet been stomped to death by her behemoth opponent was evidence enough that she had managed to mess with her precious mask enough to divert her attention. When Taylor sat up, she saw the woman in the corner, fussing with her mask. Whatever she was hiding under there must've been pretty nasty, apart from the blood that ran down her face.

Taylor ran her hand across her forehead and down her cheek to wipe off as much blood as she could. She slowly drew herself up to her feet and stood tall, feet apart, shoulders back, in the middle of the ring. She flicked the blood off her hand, speckling the mat with red, and with a defiant grin, she beckoned for Iron Maiden to get up.

The mask tightened back around her face. While Maiden's fumbling hands were unable to refasten the buckle, she pulled in the strap and positioned the mask just right so that it would no longer slip off on its own. So, seemingly, Iron Maiden was in the clear. But she certainly didn't feel like it, nor was she behaving like it. Normally, when something like this occurred, Dr. Fairchild was right by her side to calm her down... but not now. She was on her own now. And as she frantically peered around at the thousands of loud people in attendance, she felt as thought her face was still naked. That they were all staring and jeering at her scar. She felt like an animal in a cage, being surrounded from all sides, and it was making her more aggressive than ever.

Soon her eyes fixated on Taylor, standing in the middle of the ring and beckoning to her. With Iron Maiden's mind as rattled as it was, she barely registered who she was looking at. She had forgotten all about the match, and her opponent. All she knew was that Taylor was the closest living body... which meant she needed to feel her wrath. Snarling like a beast, Iron Maiden pulled herself up to her feet and charged at Taylor. Her strides were fast, but clumsy, showing that Maiden was clearly off her game. She may not have had much grace and technical skill before, but now she was like a giant toddler on a temper tantrum. She was leaving herself completely open for any counter tactics Taylor wished to try.

As Iron Maiden rose to her feet, Taylor began backing up to the ropes on the far side. She didn't take her eyes off of the giant for a second. The crowd was behind her, Junko had effectively taken the obnoxious manager out of the picture, and after all the abuse she'd taken at Maiden's hands, she could still move. A few near-death experiences notwithstanding, she had her under control, She was sure of it.

With both women back on their feet, the crowd became nearly silent. Taylor could only hear the sound of her breath and her heart pounding in her ears. She waited for Iron Maiden to inevitably charge, and then launched herself off the ropes to meet her in the middle of the ring. She jumped, coiled both legs into her chest, and came in low to unload her dropkick into Iron Maiden's kneecap before quickly rolling to the side.

Iron Maiden's arms outstretched towards Taylor as she came leaping at her. Her coordination however was severely thrown off by her rage and panic, while Taylor's own aim was dead her. As Maiden's hands went sailing over Taylor's head, the blonde veteran made perfect contact with her dropkick. Maiden's knee buckled and she was thrown off balance. It didn't help that she had been lunging towards Taylor at high speed, either.

The she-beast dropped down to her right knee, catching herself against the mat by extending her hand. She was far from being down for the count this time, however, and was almost immediately trying to rise back to her feet.

Taylor was up first, and she had time to draw one deep breath before Iron Maiden was on her way up as well. As she rose to her feet, Taylor took a running start and ran up the giant's back, planting a foot in the middle of her back and then the next on her shoulder. She jumped off of her, high up over her head, and without any flash or aerial fireworks she lined up her knee to drop down on the top of Maiden's head.
