Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden Empty Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Standard Match
Winner decided via, Pinfall, Submission, or KO

The crowd was alive and buzzing with excitement for the night's main event. It was to be a particularly special match, marking the long awaited in-ring return of Taylor Parker. Given her experience, one would assume she'd be matched up with a fairly seasoned opponent, in spite of whatever ring rust she may or may not have had. Yet instead, Taylor was scheduled to face a newbie to Friction of all things. This newbie however wasn't of the normal variety. It was the up and coming monster powerhouse known as Iron Maiden. Between Taylor's accomplished history, and the destruction that Iron Maiden had caused in her short time on Friction, AFW fans had been well looking forward to this match-up, ever since its announcement.

Several video promos were now playing on the jumbotron during intermission, to help hype up the main event. Currently, footage was being played of the recent attack on the Kawaii Champion Kagami by Iron Maiden and her manager, Kyla Fairchild. As the screen depicted the heinous scene of Iron Maiden striking Kagami's back with a chain, over and over again, the very same she-beast and doctor were waiting backstage for their cue. Kyla was pacing, marching back and forth with her arms crossed and thumb pressed to her chin. This was a huge opportunity for her client. One she had been surprised they had been given, considering the insulting stunt General Manager Lukretia had pulled by sending the Kawaii Champion to interview them with those ridiculous questions. Kyla had felt certain that Lukretia had it out for them, so... why make this match? To spite Taylor Parker perhaps? Whatever the reason, Kyla knew she had to worry less about Lukretia's mind games and more about the match at hand, for this was indeed a massive opportunity. Even after being gone for so long, Taylor Parker's name held a lot of weight. To score a victory over her, neigh, to utterly crush and humiliate her... It would go a long way in helping Iron Maiden rise to a main event level.

Kyla finally stopped pacing and crooked her neck to look at her client. Iron Maiden had been simply standing there the entire time, arms bound by chains, seeming unconcerned and oblivious to the importance of the match at hand. The red-headed giantess was staring blankly off into space until Kyla drew her attention by snapping her fingers. "Focus! This match is impeccably important, do you understand? We need to win this one." she told Maiden, standing before her and trying to lock eyes with her. "This woman you're face won't be as much as a pushover as the others. Of course she'll still pale in comparison to your strength, but... you need to be in top form out there. No mistakes, do you hear me? Remember everything that we've gone over. All the rules. All the move applications. Don't forget a single lick of it, and you'll do fine. ...Do you hear me, Maiden?"

Iron Maiden slowly tilted her head as she stared blankly at Kyla, given the impression to any outside observer that she didn't comprehend a word the good doctor was saying. Kyla however knew Iron Maiden's mind inside and out, and felt confidant that she was getting through to her. "Good." she breathed. "Then let's win this. We'll make her wish she never came back." Then with incredibly appropriate timing, Kyla heard Iron Maiden's music begin to play. She smirked to herself and lead the chained she-beast out onto the stage.

-

The lights in the rafters went out as a haunting violin screech began to play[/url:3tmfcufb], gearing into Iron Maiden's entrance music. Kyla Fairchild was the first to step out from behind the curtains, tonight wearing her hair up, forgoing her glasses, and dressed in a elegant blouse, business skirt, and jacket. The sight of her ushered a wave of boo's amongst the crowd. Then, a second towering figure whose arms were bound in chains, emerged behind her, silencing a few of the fans, but drawing even louder boo's and a few audible cheers from the majority of them. Iron Maiden hunched her shoulders and stared at the crowd with narrowed eyes, her feelings towards them no more complex than pure annoyance at how noisy they all were. Kyla Fairchild however, couldn't have been more pleased with the crowd's reaction. Whether they were booing or cheering, their reaction to Iron Maiden now was proof that the redheaded she-beast was drawing attention.

The pair made their way down the ramp, stopping just outside of the ring. From here, Kyla performed their signature routine. She pulled out a key from her pocket and raised it up high for all to see. She then turned to face her client and reached forward to unlock the chains restraining her arms. As the chains slid off of Maiden and clunked to the floor, the monstrous amazon began rolling her shoulders and flexing her hands. She cast her gaze to the ring and cocked her head in confusion when she saw it was void of anyone but the referee. In her previous two matches her opponents had already been waiting for her in the ring, so... she had a difficult time understanding what was going on here. It was up too Kyla to actually step into the ring first, bowing under the middle rope, and leading her client inside. This just served to confuse Iron Maiden more, as Kyla had never entered the ring with her right off the bat before. She followed her manager and doctor's lead as always however, and promptly reached up to grab the ropes and step up onto the ring apron. She then bent over and stepped between the top and middle rope into the ring, to stand by her manager. The referee made the cautious, and perhaps wise decision of temporarily vacating the squared circle the moment Iron Maiden stepped inside.

Iron Maiden and Kyla Fairchild were now waiting in the center of the ring, as the music faded and the crowd began to chatter with anticipation for the arrival of Taylor Parker. Through the din of all the voices, Kyla took the opportunity to whisper more pre-match advice and guidelines to her client while she still had the chance.

Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden Empty Re: Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Post by Tatyina Mon Oct 14, 2013 6:59 am

Once Iron Maiden and Kyla Fairchild had entered, the lights had suddenly went dark, enveloping the arena in blackness that was only disturbed by flashing cameras and flickering lighters. After a long moment the unmistakeable light of a spotlight clicking on resounded through the arena and shown at the entrance of the stage. What the light shown on was a black and white yin-yang symbol that was panted upon a wooden umbrella.

"Fufufu~"

The simple chuckle resounded across the arena, echoing from the microphone held by whoever was under the arena. The spotlight followed as the person began to walk. "Ladies and gentlemen, prepare yourself for a delight like no other! The return of the most kinetic wrestler the AFW has ever seen! The moment you have been waiting for-"

The lights flashed on and Junko Higurashi, known as Diao-chan in the business, held out her arms. She was grinning widely and was dressed in a red kimono with a black obi sash and golden flames embroidered upon it. Amidst the intensity that was the AFW Dome packed and eagerly anticipating a main event, Junko had never felt so alive in her life. decades melted off her and she had to hold back tears of joy as well as the suppress the desire that came with such energy to jump in the ring and tackle Iron Maiden herself. She had a job to do and she was a professional. A damn good one. Junko closed her umbrella and pointed it at Iron Maiden.

"She'll slay any giant. She'll never say die and she's YOUR fuuuuture Friction Champion...."

Junko swung her arm backwards and pointed her umbrella at the entrance. "Taaaayloooor Paaaarkerrrrrr!"

The crowd roared. Lights flashed. Music[/url:jo2kp6wq] began to play.

Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden Empty Re: Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Post by Bluemouse Mon Oct 14, 2013 7:45 am

Taylor stood in the darkness just behind the curtain, bouncing back and forth on the balls of her feet, her eyes closed. She didn't open them when her manager walked out to announce her. She heard her words echoing through the arena as if they were spoken from another world.

Her whole life until now felt like a dress rehearsal, and waiting on the other side of the curtain was the real thing. In three years, she had suffered, she had worked, she had put together a life halfway across the world. While Junko's voice carried her name into the next world, Taylor knew that her next step would take her out there, and she knew she was ready.

The roar of her music filled the arena, and she bounded into view at the top of the entrance ramp as if fired from a cannon, shining brightly as three spotlights converged on her. Her big, sharp grin seemed to carry all the way to the back row. Her bright red ring gear blazed under the lights, and her blonde hair, put up in two pigtails, shown like gold.

She skipped to the front of the ramp and planted her feet, her legs spread apart, her grin unwavering as she surveyed the crowd. She lifted her hand up over her head and pointed one finger up toward the ceiling, and the crowd roared. She raised both fists in the air, and for a moment she felt the faintest tickle of tears in the corners of her eyes.

There was no other way to describe it: standing under the lights while the crowd cheered, she was home.

She pulled her fists back down and unleashed a wild scream like she was aiming for the rafters. "YEEAAAH!"

She threw herself into a neat aerial cartwheel followed by a backflip with a twist, and on each landing jets of flame erupted like shockwaves around her. She landed facing the ring, on one knee, one fist on the floor and the other hand out behind her. She took a breath, and lifted her head to look down at the ring.

Then she was off at a full sprint while bright lights tracked her from above, her blonde pigtails trailing behind her, moving too fast to catch the hands of fans but they reached out and touched her fingertips as she passed. She slid into the ring as the house lights came up and leapt up to the second ropes in the corner, leaning out over the turnbuckle and lifting her hands in the air. She cocked her head to the side and held her arms out in front, toward the crowd, as if for a hug. Some people in the front row below her reciprocated, and extended their arms back to her. A grin and wink and she hopped down.

She turned around and nearly ran headfirst into her opponent. She took a step back, and noticed her clearly for the first time as she had to look farther and farther up to find her eyes. Her breath froze in her chest for a moment, and she could feel her heart beating in her ears. The crowd seemed to all but disappear. My god, she thought. She was huge!

A punky, rebel grin spread slowly across her lips, and she stepped in to stand nearly chest-to-chest with Iron Maiden, cricking her neck back so she could look her in the eye. If she was afraid, she didn't show it. She was defiant, as if daring the giantess to take a shot. Her eyes were fixed on her opponent while her ears waited for the sound of the bell.

Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden Empty Re: Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Post by BCG Mon Oct 14, 2013 8:57 am

Kyla lifted her brow curiously at the arrival of Junko Higurashi. "Who in the blazes...?" she uttered to herself, shortly before it clicked in her head who the older woman standing on the stage exactly was. She knew Junko of course, about as well as any typical wrestling fan, but she had no fathomable idea what the woman was doing here. Junko was a few too many years removed from the opponent Kyla had been expecting for her client. It soon came to make sense however, when Junko introduced the true challenger and Taylor Parker herself finally showed up. "Well now, it seems all the has-beens are coming out of the woodworks tonight." she chuckled to herself.

Iron Maiden meanwhile, was watching the whole spectacle of Taylor Parker's entrance with a craned neck and increasingly agitated gaze. The music was deafening, the lights disorienting, and the pyrotechnics somewhat startling to her. Even the crowd seemed to be a few pitches louder than they had before. Iron Maiden didn't like it. She didn't like all the distracting noise and chaos... It made her want to flatten the girl charging down to the ring, in hopes that that would somehow bring about a tolerable silence again.

Out of the corner of her eye Kyla noticed how Iron Maiden was reacting. The good doctor did a double take, looking away from the Taylor and focusing on her own client. Maiden's hands were curling into fists and shaking. Her back was rigid and tense. There even seemed to be a slight twitch in her eye. It was quite obvious to Kyla that Iron Maiden wasn't coping well with all the excitement, and as her doctor it would have normally been her duty to keep her calm... but tonight she was souly Maiden's manager, and the aggression she saw building up in her wonderful she-beast would serve them well in the match to come. With a coy smile, Kyla took several steps back and eased out of the ring seconds before Taylor came sliding in.

Iron Maiden's eyes grew wide and rabid once Taylor entered the ring. She might have attempted to rip the blond young woman's head off right off the bat, if Taylor hadn't put some distance between them by climbing the turnbuckle to hype up the crowd some more. Luckily for Taylor, the noisy fanfare ceased by the time she decided to turn around and almost barrel into Iron Maiden, which lessened the she-beast's hostility at least enough to keep her from attacking right away.

Maiden looked down upon Taylor, the drastic height difference between them obvious now that they were standing toe to toe. She tilted her head curiously as she looked into Taylor's eyes, noticing a strange... lack of something that had been there with each opponent she had faced thus far. It was fear. This girl didn't fear her, not like everyone else did. In fact she appeared to... smiling? Iron Maiden blinked in confusion and soon began to seethe with anger. She didn't know what to make of Taylor's confidence other than it annoyed her greatly. She wanted to split her head in two, so she couldn't grin like that anymore. And in moments, she'd have the opportunity to do just that.

With both competitors in the ring, the referee summoned up the courage to get back in. She forwent the formality of asking the competitors if they were ready or requesting for them to move to opposite corners of the ring, mostly out of fear of gaining Iron Maiden's attention. Instead she just signaled for the bell, finally starting off the highly anticipated match, much to the delight of the crowd.

The second Iron Maiden heard the bell, that sound Kyla had taught her was the signal to begin inflicting pain on whoever was front of her, she immediately lifted up her arm. With a furious snarl, muffled by the leather mask covering her mouth, she swung said arm downwards in a forearm club aimed for the top of Taylor's skull. It was a move Kyla Fairchild had dubbed the Iron Mace, due to Maiden's fondness of using it. It was slow moving, but devastating when someone didn't have the foresight to avoid it.

"You're mine, motherfucker," Taylor quietly rasped up at Iron Maiden, just before the bell rang.

The resounding ding was her early warning, and she was out of the way of Iron Maiden's arm before the blow was even close to landing. She ducked to the giant's side, and a second step brought her up behind. She lifted one black boot and stomped down on the back of Maiden's knee as hard as she could, and then crossed her forearms and threw her weight into the giantess' back before quickly skipping away and out of range.

"C'mon, Lenny," she taunted. "The match started. Didn't you hear the bell? Come get me!"

Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden Empty Re: Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Post by BCG Mon Oct 14, 2013 9:41 am

Iron Maiden's arm caught nothing but air, as had been the case when she threw a forearm club many times in the past. Like usual, she was left surprised and frustrated to find her opponent darting out of harms way and all together disappearing from her line of sight, only to feel them attacking her from behind seconds later. She felt Taylor's boot stomping into the back of her knee, but her leg barely buckled as a result. Taylor's attempt at shoving her weight into Maiden's back had little effect as well, doing little more than giving her something push off against to help quicken her backward stride away from the she-beast. Iron Maiden definitely lived up to her name. Her body was abnormally thick and tough, and even weak spots like the back of her knees possessed an unusual sturdiness to them.

Maiden wheeled around and exhaled in annoyance at her spry opponent. She wasn't particularly slow herself, at least for a big gal, but Taylor obviously had the speed advantage here. Not that that dissuaded Maiden from trying to keep up with her. She quickly snatched out her hand, proving what great reach that her long arms provided, and attempting to grab any part of Taylor that she could.

Taylor's eyes widened as Iron Maiden turned to come after her again. It was like being attacked by a gigantic bear, the pure natural instinct to run away was almost overpowering.

"Shit..." She leapt back out of range of Maiden's grasp and circled around. The ropes were her enemy in this match. If she got caught, she was probably dead. Unless, of course, she used them to her advantage.

She took a running start at the ropes on the opposite side of the ring, turned and rebounded off, and streaked back toward Iron Maiden at full speed. She jumped way up high and threw out a knee like a battering ram, aiming it for the giant's chin, if not her chest.

Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden Empty Re: Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Post by BCG Mon Oct 14, 2013 9:26 pm

Iron Maiden extended her other arm immediately after Taylor avoided her first attempt at grabbing her. She crossed it over the other and tried to grab a handful of blonde hair as Taylor ducked past, only to miss again. Immediately Iron Maiden threw back her first hand and pivoted around on her heel to try grabbing Taylor one last time, but at this point the quick veteran halfway across to the other side of the ring. Iron Maiden snarled in frustration, her voice muffled by her mask as always. She took off after Taylor like a raging bull, and never expected the girl to come springing back off the ropes. Maiden slowed down considered tossing up a Big Boot to stop Taylor in her tracks. Yet in the time she wasted thinking about it, the speedy Taylor had already neared her again and was jumping up with a knee aimed at her face.

Taylor's knee caught Iron Maiden square in the chin, and the whole crowd "ooo'd" approvingly. Yet Taylor would be the first to realize the flying knee didn't quite take. Either due to the padding over Maiden's mouth, or the fact her jaw was really just that sturdy, it would feel to Taylor like throwing her knee into a wooden plank. Iron Maiden's head jerked to the side, and she took a half step in the same direction. She seemed to recover almost immediately, and without taking any time to regain her bearings she wildly threw another Iron Mace at Taylor. This time she didn't take the time to aim or line Taylor up in her sights, so if the swinging forearm made contact, it would hit Taylor in back of her right shoulder rather than her head.

Taylor landed on her feet and froze in place, staring in disbelief at the red haired giantess. She didn't even seem fazed by the impact! She swallowed hard. This was going to be trickier than she thought.

"Ungh!" Iron Maiden's clubbing forearm caught Taylor flatfooted and thudded against her shoulder, staggering her and nearly forcing her down to one knee. She stumbled to the side, and fell into a neat sideways roll to get her balance again. She came up into a full sprint at the ropes on the other side of the ring, turned, rebounded, and blazed back to her enormous opponent. This time she jumped, coiled her knees up to her chest, and kicked out both boots into Iron Maiden's chest with enough momentum to make the dropkick feel like a cannonball.

Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden Empty Re: Taylor Parker vs Iron Maiden

Post by BCG Tue Oct 15, 2013 3:17 pm

Like a relentless machine, Iron Maiden continued to pursue after Taylor. No matter where Taylor darted ducked or weaved, the towering she-beast had no intention of letting up. The only bright side for the blond haired veteran, was that Maiden was all offense. Which left her open for all manner of attacks. Unfortunately this wouldn't mean squat unless Taylor could find an actual weak spot on the huge woman's body, or at least wear her down enough to take her off her feet.

Like before, Iron Maiden made no attempt at blocking or avoiding Taylor as she came springing back at her to deliver a forceful dropkick. Instead she lifted her arm to spike Taylor into the mat with another swinging forearm. Iron Maiden was far too slow however, and Taylor's boots ended up planting square into her chest with perfect accuracy and momentum. Maiden lurched back, taking a single uneasy step backwards before immediately seeming to brush it off. A normal person, even one as tall as her, should have at least been thrown off their balance by such a devastating dropkick. Iron Maiden however didn't even appear to be phased. And now her predatory-like gaze was fixated on Taylor, who would have likely landed on her back after such a dropkick.

Iron Maiden's arm snaked down towards Taylors left leg, her hand beginning to clamp around her calf.
