How Curiosity Killed the Cat (so to speak/ for IndigoDragon)

"Absolutely," said the second stylist before all three headed out to get the desired colors.

Cougra looked at her friends, lightly jumping as she said, "Isn't this exciting? Our toenails will be painted in a unique way that we would look fabulous!"

Yoshiro was right up there with her in terms of being hyper. "I know,its gonna be great!" But,Anampo wasnt that hyper.She was happy,just not ecstatic. "Who's really going to see it though? I mean,its very nice,but...."

"Don't worry if not everyone will see it, Annie," Cougra reassured. "At least it was something that you like and you got to have it for a time."

Soon the stylists came back with their colors for the girls.

The rabbit smiled. "Alright." Maybe she was still being paranoid,but who could blame her? When the stylists came back with the colors,Anampo looked down at her feet and wiggled her toes.Yoshiro was excited to get them painted and almost jumped out of her seat in anticipation.THe mood of the girls almost flip-flopped.

"Alright, here we go," said the first stylist as each of the three took out the colors out of the bottles. They dipped their brushes and painted each of the girls' toenails.

At the end of the painting,both Yoshiro and Anampo looked down at their toes with such shock....Anampo,espcially.Her own feet didn't even look bad anymore,less rough and more cleaner. "I-I can't even...." She stuttered

"Well, what do you think?" the stylists asked. "Do you like it?"

Cougra wiggled her toes in delight in seeing the color she chose. She turned to her friends and asked, "Girls?"

"Yes,o-of course! They look so much...Better!" Anampo exclaims.Yoshiro noded with her friend in agreement. "I actually didnt think it would turn out this well." She adds.

"Glad to hear," said the first stylist as the three now offered them a special thin type of flip flops. "Now thy your toenails are painted, they should start to dry now. Wear these flip flops so that nothing interrupts or messes up the drying process."

Anampo accepted the flip flops with joy.Yoshiro hesitated,though.She looked back and forth between the shoes she wore for protection,and the entirely open all around flip flops that she was offered.The bird took them,but was shaky on what to do.
