How Curiosity Killed the Cat (so to speak/ for IndigoDragon)

Cougra smiled as she replied, "I did, but I guess you did too. I would've crushed you both easily if you hadn't done the same thing I did to you in time. For me, it was something I did all the time as a final push to win. But I'm surprised you managed to catch on. Can we still be friends?"

Yoshiro laughed. "Of course we're still friends.Why the hell wouldnt we be?" Anampo nodded in agreement. "Maybe you could have taken us both." She paused for the moment. "Thats actually a bit of a scary thought."

Cougra giggled as she said, "Well, like I said, you got me and we're even. So, I guess all is forgiven and we can still have fun!" But as she was moving, she winced in pain due to her toes still being on fire. "OUCH! Uhh, heheh...since you both did a good job on my feet and toes, can you massage them this time?"

Anampo let off a small blush. "U-Um....Im fine.That sort of stuff isn't really what I like." She points to her feathered friend. "Yoshiro,on the other hand...." The bird smiles. "Sure! I'd love to!"

Cougra nods as she says, "Okay, Anampo, you can sit out on this one. Yoshiro, can you use the most soothing lotion possible? My little piggies need all the love they can get." She would examine her feet and saw that they were very red and burning still.

"Hm...Im not sure what Anampo has in her possession as of lotions." Yoshiro warned,getting up to find smething in the bathroom as her first point to look.

Anampo went over to the couch,to sit down on.She was spacing out a bit,thinking over and over about her attempt to fight Jay. "Cougra...What's your opinion on Jay,the lion you met before?"

As Cougra waited, she would hear Anampo's question. She would think on Jay and said, "Well, I know he was supposed to be your protector...and uh, I think he seems troubled."

Anampo gave her a slight smile,followed by a chuckle. "We're all a bit troubled somewhere on the inside.But,I dont really know what his deal is.Maybe I never will..." Soon after that,Yoshiro comes back with a plethora of different lotions of varying sizes. "I-I didnt know which one to use...."

Cougra smiled as she said, "Just give him time. I think he'll come around some day."

Cougra looked through each of the bottles to determine which lotion is the best. Then, she picked up a peach lotion bottle. "Here, maybe this will help."

"He just seems to be helpful only to a point.Come to think of it,he's more an enemy than a friend."

Yoshiro took the bottle and poured out some into her hands,spreading it as evenly on Cougra's feet as she could. "Jay is a jerk,so what? You knew that already,so dont expect any different some near decade later." She softly works her hands through the inbetweens of Cougra's feet and toes.
