"Wow, I can't believe it ! I know Tension ain't been around for all that long, but why would they end up picking me for this, it's my first match here, and it for a chance at the title ! That's just super awesomely cool ! " Michale shouted out a little while he was getting himself ready in the locker room, so many thoughts ran wildly though his head, most were of thoughts about how winning that belt would just be awesome, it wasn't just any belt, it was the Tension world title for god sake, that was the kind of thing that everyone in Tension would want, and he was going to fight for a chance at the title match, this little mini tournament was just bad ass, to face an opponent and then get a title match if he one that was just cool.

Michael wasn't alone however, by his side was none other than his brother Fredrik Northman, " Calm down, don't get to excited, you haven't won anything yet! but damned if you don't go out there and give it you're all, you hear me!" Fredrik said to his brother with a smile, as he took out a pair of gloves from his pocket, they were similar to his, only with slight differences, and he handed them to Michael," Here, hope you like them, you will just have to go out there and prove that you are the most bad ass thing Tension has ever seen alright?!" Fredrik was encouraging trying to get him his spirit up so that he could go out there and give 110% in this match.

" Thanks man! I love them!" Michael said as he quickly slipped them on his hands, and clenched and unclenched his fingers a little to see how well they fitted and if they felt nice, and oh baby did they, not heavy at all, but they seemed to protect enough so that one wouldn't seriously have their hands busted up from all the fighting, they finely made, and looked so awesome, " You know it man! I'll go out there and win this match for you, and Ceci, and everyone!" Michael said as he slipped on he buttoned up his shirt, he skipped the tie in this match, cause who knew what kind of opponent he would end up facing, being new here, Michael had no idea, who most of the wrestler's were, all he knew was that it was a girl and her name was Zero Kotobuki, and that was just a pretty cool name to him, so he had painted up this bad ass chick in his head, you know the kind you don't really mess with.

" Anyways bro, Gonna go! Go and win! Give my best to Ceci, I know she is in the crowd and all ! I saw here and if you can, call Cat and tell her not to worry, I'll have this Title no matter what!" Michael said with a large smile on his face before he started running off put of the locker room and down the hallway, to the curtains, where he was told to wait for the music, soon enough Michael's [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVbzUm2G_Ig&feature=autoplay&list=WLE7A73B762C3544ED&lf=BFp&playnext=5:jdl48bre]Music[/url:jdl48bre] Started up and he came jumping out of the curtains, the crowd gave their cheers and he jumped around a little throwing his fists up in the air a few times, and every time he did, the pyrotechnics went of here and there, before he began to sprint down the ramp, and behind him pyrotechnics every were shot up in a great burst.

Michale ran towards the ring and jumped up, grabbing the ropes and pulling himself up as swift as a cat, as he then jumped onto the top rope and jumped off it, performing flip in the air, before landing on his feet, he ran a lap around the ring as he waved to the crowd, before he jumped up and down in placed for a second raising his hand into the air, and pointing a finger up towards the creeling, like a guy that he looked up to a great deal would do before a match, tonight Michael was going to break through the sky and reach that tomorrow where he was he proud holder of the title.

Backstage Zero Kotobuki was putting her final preparations for the match in order. Just outside in the screaming arena she heard the music of her opponant starting up, and she knew she had little time left before it was her turn to make her appearence. Quickly she slipped her spandex one-pice up over her toned body, and latched on her elbow and knee pads. She then laced up her boots and slipped on her gloves, and when she was done she looked at herself in the full-length mirror. This was Zero's chance for a title shot, and she needed to make sure everything was in order.

In her old league Zero had her shot at the title, but she had lost in one of the most devastating and humiliating matches in her career. Now in this league she had a new chance, once she would make sure not to waist. Slipping her last glove on she clenched her fist tightly, her golden eyes shining with determination, silently swearing to herself that she would win this match no matter what.

Not much later Zero's entrance music would start to play and the woman herself would step out from backstage and start the short walk to the ring. Unlike her opponant Zero did not give much flare or show to her entrance. Her fist were clenched tightly at her sides as she made her way to the ring, all business as usual for the so called 'Mass Murder Weapon'. She stepped up to the ring and climbed underneath the ropes, and only once there would she appease the crowd by raising a gloved fist into the air, earning her the wild cheers of her fans.

Michael looked on as his opponent walked down to the ring, very little flash and fire, none of it in fact, but what there was, were and aura of professionalism, she looked like a strong opponent, and as she got closer Michael saw that she was quite attractive as well, she still had this aura around her, that made her seem all super professional and cool, to think that this was going to be a real match, a tough match, and he was going to be fighting her.

It was a pretty scary thought,but still he had to do this, to prove to everyone that he was a bad ass, and that he was here to stay, and what better way to prove to the world, how good he was, than to win the World Title, he had to win this, it was all her could ever want, but she didn't want to just have it, he wanted to earn it, and it seemed like he would do that her.

Michael smiled at his opponent and gave her a little wave, " Hello! names Michael Northman! Good luck!" Michael said as he then began to bounce on his toes a little, getting ready to move around and start up this match, he bounced over towards the center of the ring and getting ready to start this match up, raising his hands a little as he got ready, both physically and mentally, both body and mind, " How you want to start this?" Michael asked as he looked over at his opponent with a friendly smile.

After her entrance Zero went to her corner to do her warm ups, stretching her arms and legs in various posses, as well as doing a bit of shadow boxing, throwing some lightning fast punches that she often performed in matches. Once she was sure she was ready she would turn to face her opponant of the evening. As she remembered his name was Michael Northman, a seasoned wrestler in his own right, and quite skilled if he was choosen to be in tonight's match.

At his friendly greeting Zero cracked a small smile of her own. As someone who didn't show much more emotion than that it was quite a sight. "Zero Kotobuki. Good luck to you as well," she said, giving her opponant a small bow. Michael seemed polite enough, but he now stood between her and the title. In this match, she would show no mercy.

The beel then rung, and Zero stepped from her corner to the excited cheers of the crowd. She cracked her knuckles in each hand as she approached Michael, now ready to get this match underway. Since he seemed uncertain of how to start the match, she would open up with what she usually did. She would raise her hands up in the air, hoping to meet up with him in a test of strength.

Michael thought the girl was looking pretty good, and as he had suspected all business and professional in this match, but hey that was no trouble, cause Michael meant business as well, he was here to win this thing, move on to the title match and win that as well, that was his goal, that was his purpose, and even if this girl seemed nice enough as well, as she greeted him and gave him a little smile, the same good luck wish that he had given, there was still no way that he would go easy on her.

She was most likely more experience in AFW than he was, but he at least knew how to do a few things, all that he had in is arsenal would go to this match, hopefully it would be a good match, and he wouldn't end up loosing, he shook his head a little, as he shouldn't even be having thoughts like that, he was going to win dammit, no matter what, really? no matter what, that wasn't his style, okay then he was going to win, by giving his all and then some.

Michael looked on at the girl as she raised her arms, he laughed a little, nervously, " Sorry there Zero, cool name by the way, but not to confident in that aspect " Michael said as she bounced back a few steps before jumping up, and then upon landing he would launch himself towards Zero running at her as fast as he could, before he would try and drop down low and send a low, dropkick to Zero's legs.

Zero narrowed her yellow eyes a little on Michael when he refused to take the test of strength. It wasn't like it was a bad decision on his part. With Zero's superior height and powerful body she probably would have been the one to come out on top of it. Most guys wouldn't back down at the offer of a test of strength from a woman, but Michael had unashamedly done so. Zero had to respect him a bit for that. She lowered her hands and instead clenched them into fists. It was time to get this match underway.

Zero would get plenty of warning from Michael before her took off with his sliding dropkick. His backing up to get a running start was all the evidence she needed of that fact. She prepared herself when he came charging in, and sprang to action at the last minute. As soon as he dropped down Zero would jump right over him, allowing her opponant to slide right under her and land safely on the other side. After that she would quickly spin to face him, fists clenched in a bowing stance, staying on the defensive for now.

Michael wasn't the kind of guy to get lost in pride or anything, he knew very well that there were many girls here that was stronger than him, he respected them for that, if they looked to be stronger, then they most likely were, and there wouldn't be any shame for him to turn down such a thing as a test of strength or try to be a fool, maybe some thought of him as a coward for it, but that didn't matter, at least Zero didn't make fun if him for it, she was pretty cool, to think that he met a pretty nice girl for his first match in Tension, as well as have it be a match to get a shot at the title.

When he went for the sliding dropkick, he was slightly surprised when she jumped over, but then he ran everything through his head a little quick, and realized that he had showed clear as day as that he would run up at her and attack in a way like that, " Hehe, That was a pretty nice jump!" Michael let out as he looked back at Zero and smiled a little, Michael quickly jumped up onto his feet and turned to face Zero completely, Michael raised his hands and got ready to fight, as she stood on the defensive, Michael looked a bit more aggressive in his stance, ever bouncing on his toes as he was ready.

Michael was quick to try and run in again, launching himself off at great speed towards Zero, when close enough he would twist his body and throw up a kick towards her head, as hard as he could, Michael knew very well that these girls could take it, Cecilia could take most of his punches and kicks, so this girl should at the very least, be able to take a few.

Zero's fists clenched tighter as Michael got back to his feet, ready for another go at him. This early into the match it was too soon to determine what style of fighting he used, but Zero was certain she was prepared for anything he might throw at her. If not, she would have to improvise a bit.

Michael came in for another charge, and Zero guessed that head-on attacks made up most of his arsenal. A rather brash tactic to Zero's calm and focused approach, but she was not one to judge someone's method of fighting before fully witnessing it herself. She watched his movements carefully, and from her decuction realized he was going for a high kick. Using strikes was a bad move against Zero. As a seasoned fighter in mixed martial arts strikes were her primary form of combat, something Michael was about to find out.

She waited until she threw his kick, and would swiftly bring her arms up to block the blow. SHe power behind it was quite impressive, and almost caused her to stumble, but she remained firm on her feet. After blocking the kick, she would quickly bat it away to throw Michael off balance, then quickly move in to deliver three strong and fast punches into his face. Then to complete the combo she would grab onto his shoulders, and deliver a devastating knee strike straight into his gut.

Michael eye widened when he saw and felt his kick being grabbed by the girl, he still saw her stagger back a little, he was no slouch either when it came to fist fighting, and well brawling and striking, Fredrik used to be his teacher, and he was a brawling expert, he knew where to punch and when, how hard and all that crap, those skills had been passed down to Micheal, which made him a force to be reckoned with, but for now, he had underestimated Zero a little, well not underestimated, he was more testing the waters.

But that didn't work to well, it was all just going bad for Michael now, as his leg was pushed away and then came one punch to his face, it was quite the punch as well, then another and then another, three punched and Michael began to stagger back, but when his Shoulder were grabbed her tired to act, moving his hand down, interlocking them and trying to catch Zero's knee as it came up, on his palm and keep it away from hitting him, he grinned a little as he looked at her, " You really know how to throw a punch!" Michael said with a little smile as he tried to push her leg down with his hand and then attempt to pull back his fist and try and punch her in the gut.

Zero's punches landed with practiced skill, being both strong and fast at the same time, pounding into Michael's face three times before she would follow up with her knee. But to her surprise, her opponant would be able to block her knee quite skillfully, causing her unique eyes to widen in surprise. Her blow stopped in its tracks and was then quickly pushed away, leaving her in a very vulnerable position for a follow up.

"Oof!" Zero grunted from the punch to her stomach. Her abs were quite well toned but Michael was quite a good puncher in his own right. She found herself slightly hunched from the blow, one eye shut tight from the pain. But like a true pro, Zero recovered quickly from the blow, and already had a follow up prepared.

With her body hunched over, Zero would suddenly bring her head shooting back up, hoping to slam the back of her head directly into Michael's chin, hoping the sudden and painful blow will end up stunning her opponant.
