World Title Semi Final: Tina Armstrong vs Heather Sunderland

"Ugh.." Heather would let out as she was able to roll out of the way and get to her feet. Those two seconds weren't really alot in helping her, but it was still something and the time that she was able to just lie on the ground without worry is good in as many doses as possible. She would quickly get her arms up as she would see Tina approaching her, the girl signaling for a collar and elbow tie up again.

This time though, Heather would meet her for it, accepting the tie up as she scuffled with the girl. While it would be smarter to just work with her strengths, Heather would go for comparing power with the girl. She would try to push against her in the tie up, attempting with the might she could muster to push her backwards into the ropes.

This time Tina got the tie up she was looking for and immediately put on the brakes, pushing back to prevent herself being pressed against the ropes again while she occasionally dropped low, pulling Heather down to throw her off balance before starting to try and push her back.

As Heather would begin to attempt to push against Tina to send her back, she would feel the girl use her force to stop herself in her tracks. Heather would click her tongue as she felt she wasn't getting anywhere with her pushes, in fact as the girl kept pulling her down, it would cause Heather to stumble and begin to get pushed back herself.

Getting closer and closer to the ropes behind her, Heather would grit her teeth as her eyes would shoot all over the ring, looking around for something she could do. She wanted to win in the tie up, but it was clear the girl's strength was greater than hers. "D-damnit!" Heather would let out, giving up on it and trying to pull Tina down just as she was doing her, throwing her knee up and aiming to hit her in the gut with it.

Tina gasped for breath as the knee sank into her gut, forcing her to recoil away from the grapple to catch her breath, but she doubted Heather was going to give her any chance to recover. It seemed to be a pattern, neither of them could really build any momentum. As soon as Tina had Heather caught she'd force her way out of it and whenever Heather tried something big she got countered.

It was a war of attrition, Tina just hoped she could wear Heather away bit by bit and take what she could get before Heather started to get the ball rolling.

As Tina broke off the tie up, stepping back a bit from Heather's knee, Heather would take a deep breath, glancing at Tina. Just like the girl thought, Heather had it in her mind that she couldn't give Tina any room to breathe. Her strategy from the beginning she was still not giving up on as her expression would become solid and determined before she would clench her fists and run towards the girl.

"Just take it!!" Heather would yell out as she would leap up in the air, trying to catch the girl's head with her legs and spin herself around, attempting to hit her with a spinning hurricanrana.

"Huh?" Tina let out, wondering what "It" was she was supposed to take before the thighs clamping around her head and the girl's speed gave her the answer.

"Waah!" She yelled as she was thrown over and around, slamming hard on her back with no real idea of where she laid in the ring, dizzy and in pain. Not a good combination.

Successfully connecting with the spinning hurricanrana, Heather would land sitting down as she watched the girl collide to the mat. She would grin in satisfaction and let out a little laugh. "There it is...gotta keep on her." Heather would say to herself before she would quickly push herself to her feet. Narrowing her eyes, she would charge towards the grounded Tina.

Running as fast as she could, right when she came just before reaching the girl, she would leap over her. Grabbing onto the top rope and perching herself onto the middle, she would quickly leap off, flipping backwards and attempting to hit Tina with a springboard moonsault.

"Ughh..." Tina groaned as she briefly saw Heather jump over her, following her movements without getting up she could see what the exceptionly fast Heather was up to, and it wasn't good. Going on traditional counters she pulled up and tucked in her legs hoping that Heather would land on them instead of her stomach or chest.

As Heather leaped off the ropes with the springboard, she had her eyes shut, just preparing herself for when she was going to collide with Tina, connecting with her move. However, what she felt instead was far off from that sensation of connection. Instead she felt a heavy impact ram into her gut, causing her eyes to open widely suddenly. "K-haaagh!!" Heather would let out through a violent caugh as she landed on the girl's legs, causing her to fall up and backwards, crawling up and holding her gut.

"D-damn you!! Should have just....taken it...bitch.." Heather would let out through her groans as she remained lying on the mat, trying to recover herself as much as she could.

Tina winced as her strong legs bore most of the force, causing a pain to shoot through them as Heather bounced off "That's uncalled for..." she replied to Heather. "I'm planning to win this, so why would I take that?" She asked before trying to grab Tina's legs with one arm and her arms with another. Kneeling down before trying to pull the high flyer back and up into a bow and arrow lock.
