White Feather vs. Kiara

White Feather said, "Tap out first and then you can try it."

Kiara quickly tapped out and waited for White Feather to let go so she could try the move out wanting to learn the submission.

White Feather released Kiara from the hold and helped her to get up. Going on her own back, she said, "Your turn, Kiara."

"Ok i'll try" Kiara said grabbing at White Feather's legs and trying to turn her onto her stomach and moving her legs into position and pulling back on White Feather's legs and bending her knees alittle to apply pressure.

White Feather groaned a little as the pressure hit her. "OK, OK, that's good." She tapped out so she can teach Kiara the next move.

Kiara saw White Feather tap and she quickly let go of her new friend "So whats next?" Kiara said eager to continue.

White Feather replied, "OK, next is the armbar. For this, I need you on your back again so I can lift up your arm a bit."

Kiara laid on her back and placed he arm to her side "Ok whenever you are ready White Feather" Kiara said eagerly.

"OK," said White Feather taking her left arm. "Now whichever arm you're gonna lift, you're going to stand on the opposite side of the opponent." She stood next to Kiara's right side. "Then, as I lay down, I'm going to put my legs across your neck and chest. Finally, I will pull the arm backwards until submission." She did so and layed back while putting pressure on Kiara's arm.

Kiara squirmed alittle as pressure was applied to her arm "Ouch that one hurts alittle but it seems pretty easy to do" Kiara said tapping out.
