White Feather vs. Kiara

White Feather let go of Kiara's arm. "OK good, now it's your turn." She lied down on her own back and waited for Kiara.

Kiara did just as White Feather told her and grabbed her arm and positioned her legs before pulling and applying pressure to White Feather's arm.

"Nicely done!" White Feather said as she tapped out quickly. "The third one is another original submission aside from the boston crab. The camel clutch! This time, you have to go on your stomach."

Kiara laid down on her stomach awaiting to see what White Feather was about to do as her energy was still high and she couldn't wait to learn more.

White Feather stood over Kiara's back. "OK, first I will sit down on your back and lift up your arms to go over my knees. I must make sure my feet are directly beneath your arms as I'm doing so. Then, I grab under your chin and pull backwards. You can also put your fingers in your opponent's mouth and pull backwards to put pressure on the back." She did all this and waited for Kiara to tap out.

Kiara felt the pressure in her back and she quickly tapped out not really wanting to be in that hold for too long as it began to hurt.

White Feather released Kiara once again and began to go on her own stomach. "OK, you go. You're getting pretty good at these submissions."

"Thanks but i think i will have to try them out some more before i'm really comfortable with them." Kiara said as she moved into the position for the camel clutch before pulling back and applying pressure to White Feather's back.

"No problem. Just keep practicing." White Feather tapped out as soon as felt the pressure. "OK, almost done. This last one is a special of mine, the Big Toe Hold. I will need you to go on your stomach one more time."

Kiara did as she was told and laid down on her stomach waiting for White Feather to try her move out as she wondered what it was as she had never heard of it before.
