White Feather vs. Kiara

White Feather removed her boots so she can be equal to Kiara in being barefoot. "Well, I have a few I want to show and teach you. But before we do that, may I ask what submissions you are familiar with?"

"Well none actually except for the ones used against me" Kiara said lowering her head "But i want to learn.

"OK then," said White Feather getting up. "Ever heard of a boston crab?"

"Yes" Kiara said as she stayed in her sitting position watching to see what White Feather would do.

White Feather responded, "OK, first I need you to go on your back and I'm going to lift your legs up."

Kiara did as she was told and laid on her back waiting for White Feather to show her what to do.

White Feather lifted up Kiara's legs. "Next, I'm going to put your legs under my arms and lift you up a bit." She did so. "Then, I'm going to turn you on your stomach while still holding your legs." She did that as well. "And I make sure that as I'm in this position, my knees are bending down a little."

Kiara listened intently as White Feather manuevered her legs mentally taking notes as it all happened.

"OK, this is a boston crab." said White Feather. "Now, as I'm in this position, I can lean back and pull your legs a little more." She did so. "Do you feel the pressure?"

"Yes" Kiara said taking note of how painful this hold could be especially on an already injured back.
