Hera vs. Garzah - Squash Match Roughhouse

Garzah took a small pant, not looking at Hera as she was looking down. That was, until she raised her face to look into the gladiator's eyes.

She actually had a pained smile on her face, her grin showing her small tusks and her teeth.

"A bit... yeah....I take notes ....what about... you?"

For once, Hera actually chuckled and nodded her head, seemingly amused by the answer.

"I take notes as well. In fact, let me share one with you--"

Suddenly that smile disappeared from her face, replaced with a fearful scowl as she swiped her hand out and slapped Garzah right across the cheek, before grabbing hold of the middle ropes on either side and leaning in realllly close to the orc-

"Nothing about this should be fun. This isn't some little game or hobby-- If you aren't taken this seriously, you don't belong in this ring."


"You got that note down?"

The audiences cheers was increasing, watching Hera lean in closer after that hard slap, and Garzah looked right back into her yellow eyes.

Her eyes had now widened. Not in fear, or bewilderment. No, they had opened in awe. Her eyes looked down, scanning Hera's figure up close, then looked her back in the eyes. Something.... something about this demon. Something about her was different from her previous opponents. Something....almost...enamoring.

"Uh huh" was her somewhat blank sounding response.

Hera's eyes narrowed into threatening slits at Garzah's reply, staring long and hard into the orc's awestruck face...

"... Let's have a little test, then."

With those vaguely ominous words in the air, Hera suddenly stood and clutched the top ropes, raising her foot up high before stamping it straight into the chiseled gut of the weightlifter!

Heras face retreating snapped Garzah out of her trance, and she saw her lift her boot to smash at her.

Garzah, for once, actually reacted quickly enough to catch the incoming stomp, then, without really thinking, pushed Heras leg back, as she used the ropes to lift herself back up rather shakily, her back still pressed to the cornerpost.

Hera's eyebrows raised as she felt her foot stopped short of her target, before letting out a huff of surprise as the orc shoves her foot away! 

Her eyes snap to Garzah struggling to pick herself back up... And that smirk returns to her face as she slowly nods, a singular laugh escaping her throat.

"Alright, good, you have some fight... Try to keep up now!"

And the gladiator looks to keep on the offensive with a swift, firm hook right into Garzah's belly as she leans against the corner!

Garzah tried to bring her arms up to protect her stomach but unfortunately, she wasn't fast enough.

A meaty THUNK resounded as she put a hand over stomach and another hand on the ropes, not hunching forward but definitely puffing her lips up a bit in pain.

Hera flashed a toothy grin as Garzah recoils from her punch, refusing to let up- Throwing a quick uppercut right to the orc's exposed chin, then another heavy shot to her stomach! After her quick combo, she proceeds to lean in, shouting into her face.

"FIGHT BACK!"

DHUNK

Her head rocketed upwards.

THUMK

She recoiled, her torso leaning forward now. Garzah took a pained gasp through her gritted teeth.

She wasn't throwing in the towel so easily.

As Hera leaned her face in, yelling at Garzah to retaliate in some way, Garzah suddenly pushed herself forward from the corner post, aiming to tackle the gladiator. If she succeeded, she and Garzah would start rolling along the mat canvas, Garzah trying to mount Hera's front.

Despite her demands for Garzah to do so, Hera didn't actually anticipate the orc to be able to put up a fight- So imagine her surprise as she's suddenly bowled over by the weightlifter!

She grunted out as her back hit the mat, eyes widening as Garzah fully mounted her. Even though she's suddenly on the defensive... Hera couldn't help but laugh out at the twist of fate, beckoning Garzah with her hands!

"THAT'S it! Hit me! C'mon, I dare you!"
