Lucy Grange vs Lita - The Reckoning

This was it, long bloody last. Lucy was stepping back into the ring since she and her fellows now named the Warriors without Borders were back and causing shock and controversy wherever they went. Now it was time to target WhiteGale, the Herald of Destruction was at long last getting reach in the locker room. Despite her nickname Lucy hadn't been in a match for quite some time, she spun her wheels. Let the anger fester, let that drive her for when it was go time. And go time it was. She'd take the fight to Lita here tonight, Lucy had only one objective. To make an example out of them. The WWB had taken to viewing rules as rough guidelines these days, Lucy in particular. Ryan had been the one to restrain her more destructive tendencies with his sense of honour and forthright demeanour, now however the Rebelling Paragon grew further unhinged by the day and said that results were the only thing that mattered.

So it was that Lucy was readying herself for tonight's bout, a chance to stick it to someone. The former Brit was now dressed in a far darker ensemble, she had thrown out her schoolgirl attire long ago. Now there was only the Herald of Destruction, intent on only bringing that and leaving that in her wake. A stage hand nervously tapped on the door and informed Ms Grange that it was time for her to have her match, followed by them promptly fleeing in terror. Perfect.

Lucy:

Casually so Lucy would slip out of her locker room, whistling a little cheerful tune to herself as she skipped her way to the entrance ramp. All the while having a cheeky little grin on herself as Lucy thought of what delightful little things she could try and get away with here tonight, she wouldn't have to wait long for her entrance music began blaring from the speakers. To which was responded with several loud boos as orange mist dispersed from the ramp, to which had Ms Grange emerge from it in a slow and sultry fashion.

Ms Grange skipped down the ramp, stopping to turn and face a crowd member who was shouting stuff at Lucy. To which the Herald of Destruction simply flicked them on the nose and cheerily stepped away to head up to the ring entrance stairs. Lucy lept over the top rope and rolled forwards into a beautiful dive, followed by jumping up into the air into a jumping splits. Before casually making her way to her ring corner and perching herself on the top ropes like it was some kind of hammock, better to get a view of her opponent for tonight. Lucy licked her lips at the thought.........

John, Ryan, Daisuke, Sion, four people who kept the legitimacy of wrestling alive anytime the two groups faced off. More than once would they do battle, but they weren't the only ones in their respect groups. Of course there was Lina, who managed WhiteGale, but Lucy and Lita haven't had the chance to do the same, though there was always interest in that happening, even if only one side was open about it. That would change in a matter of moments, for they finally go head to head.

Last time Lucy was around, Daisuke and Sion were the reigning tag team champions. While those two lost the belts before she and her crew came back, WhiteGale was not empty handed. Lita makes entrance still position of the 24/7 Championship. Despite their change in attitude, Lita had no reason to suspect Ryan or John would try to take advantage of the rules that surround that particular belt, but Lina stilled joined her today as she usually does...and just in case if anyone else was that kind of person.

Lucy wanted to just ruin people's shit at this point in time, the herald of destruction had been made to watch at the sidelines for far too long. Her eyes held the feelings she had deep in her now, she cared not for the result here tonight even she decided. She simply just wanted to make as many people's lives as miserable as possible, why? Because she could and would, now that she was no longer restrained by Ryan's once noble ideals she was given free reign. There'd always been that part of her that lay buried deep within the herald of destruction, which she could now freely and willingly act upon and be encouraged to do so! Lucye festered on it all, feeling that she could now explore that side and destroy any who dare stood before her.

Before long Lita finally showed up, Lucy simply lay there on the ropes. Looking completely unfazed by the WhiteGale gal showing up and making her way to the ring, but the moment Lita made her way past the ropes though Lucy began nibbling on her bottom lip. Just a bit, it was most likely concealed rage. Just begging to bubble past the surface and be taken out, all that wait and Lucy could finally go in the ring. Lucy cracked her neck and got off the ropes, proceeding to bounce about and side to side.

The herald of destruction was going to live up to her name here tonight. The ref moved over to pat down Lucy, who simply smirked and let them do that. Despite the aggressive new tendencies that the warriors without borders had they eschewed the use of foreign objects and run ins, that was decreed by Ryan and as much as Lucy hated it she'd follow her Brother's orders. After all he hadn't led her astray ever. Lucy didn't even bother trying to greet Lita, but instead once all was settled and the bell was rung........Lucy would suddenly sprint right into action trying to blast Lita with a swift dropkick and send her reeling backwards!

'Okay, let's see whatcha got.' Lita said to herself but referring to Lucy. She didn't have to wait at all as Lucy came right at her at the sound of the bell.

Fortunately for her, one thing Lina made sure she and the rest of her group know full well was a lot of people love to rush in recklessly, or at least just rush in, at the sound of the bell. Whether you try to block or counter it is up to them, but be aware of it. Lucy was another name of people Lina can add to her list of opponents who have done so.

Lita had options as she saw Lucy take off in her direction, and decided to go with the simplest action...step out of the way, causing Lucy to miss her intended target. If Lucy didn't manage to change-up with Lita's nonchalant dodge, Lita would lift her up and whip her a bit harder than normal to the corner, just to get Lucy to understand the error of her ways, and after making contact with the corner Lita would dare her to try that again, but gesture she's game to lockup if Lucy is.

Lucy went right at Lita there, oh boy did she go right at her. Ms Grange was sick and tired of waiting around for things to happen, it'd been too long since she'd stepped into the ring and she had a wave of spite and hate to bestow on everyone who stood before her now. Gone was that sweet little version of her and now there was a reaper with vinegar in her veins here.

Still the herald of destruction wasn't subtle at all with her opening assault here, which made it so that Lita could manage to be quick on the draw there and manage to sidestep the former Brit and seek to lift her up. Lucy let out a loud "Tch!" however if Lita hoped to make Lucy crash and burn there she'd be let down as the herald would grab the top ropes and get her legs on the bottom one as quickly as she could to prevent herself from kissing the turnbuckles there.

Ms Grange would turn and glare daggers at Lita there, feeling the anger swelling within her. But she kept the thoughts inward for now, the time would come to explode once again. Lucy's opponent gestured for Ms Grange to try and lockup, Lucy smirked as she shuffled off the corner and nodded that she'd take her up on the offer. Gingerly taking Lita's hands in the lockup and sizing her up here, Lucy knew her strengths and this wasn't exactly one of them here. Not that stopped Lucy mind you, but she had other ideas in mind. Focusing less on trying to overpower the girl, but rather trying to hold her in place.....so that Lucy could go for a quick cheap shot right to her gut with a kick!

Lucy applying the breaks in time wasn't what Lita was hoping for, but she wasn't bothered by it. Going into the lockup Lita could tell that this was an area where she'd have the upper hand on Lucy. Though before Lita could transition into something, Lucy caught her her unexpectedly with a kick to the mid-section, taking her down to a knee.

Lita wasn't much of a talker, nor were most of the people Lina managed. But this was a rare moment she felt like saying something out loud, even if it felt like a role reversal given who she was facing and who she's usually with.

"...Not bad" she tells Lucy as she looks up at her. As Lita looks into Lucy's eye she glances higher and points upwards. "Uh, what's that?" If Lucy took a look at what Lita was talking about she would be on the receiving end of a self-springing dropkick.

God that blow felt cathartic for Lucy, she'd been just begging to cut loose on someone. She tried against Ryan once, in a bid for dominance in their group. Ryan in one move crushed her head to the floor and grinded his foot against her head and made certain that save for spars she was to never, ever do that again. Lucy begrudgingly accepted that, but it just stirred the negative feelings within the herald for the future. Ms Grange just wanted to cut loose and now she had it here, that hit was just the first of many that Lucy had in mind.

After slamming that kick into Lita's gut the girl keeled over there, not expecting the cheap shot clearly despite it being a known fact that Lucy was far from the sweet girl that she used to be. In fact Lucy chuckled a little to herself at this clear notion, only for Lita to suddenly blurt something out and make Lucy jerk her head up a bit. Perhaps it was the heat of the moment there or Lucy just being blindly led by her instincts there but it was just in time for Lita to connect with a sudden dropkick!

"Ghn!" Lucy grunted as she blasted backwards, she broke out into something akin to a backward roll there from the impact of it. Lucy was fresh as could be right now so she wasn't splayed out on her ass there, but damn that still hurt. Ms Grange glared daggers at Lita and mouthed a curse at her before lowering her head and saying "Think I see my Brother behind you there......." in response......

'I can't believe that worked.' Lita said to herself. Even she wasn't sure why she did that, but it connected and made Lucy look silly. 'Okay, time to get serious.' she told herself as Lucy stood back up. Lita closed in, but stopped when Lucy informed Lita someone was behind her. "Hm?" Lita turned to look, but as she turned around to see what Lucy was referring to she quickly reached her right arm out and slapped Lucy across the face.

"Hm? I don't see anyone." Lita commented, and if Lucy wasn't quick enough for the Lita's fast hand Lita would turn back to face her and ask "You okay?" before attempting to grab her into a headlock.

Lucy was no stranger to wanting to play dirty now, the former Brit was keen to make sure she distanced herself from the sweet schoolgirl that she used to be. Heck she burned that outfit first chance she got and had a little party about it too! Ms Grange was pissed at Lita, just looking at her kinda reminded her of the past that she wanted to fucking ditch and let go. Still it didn't seem that her little trick there was going to be effective, but Lucy to be frank didn't care. She was already going to head up to her opponent tonight and take the fight right to her with the former British girl speaking aloud with this and saying "Oh well damn, must have been seeing shit." in a sarcastic tone as if it wasn't clear enough here.

Still however Lita was quick on the draw at least with her being able to catch hold of the Herald of Destruction here, manging to cinch her into a tight headlock. It was a smart idea here with Lucy Grange being known far and wide for her hard hitting and explosive acrobatic offence even during her time as a face, the warrior without borders hissed out stamped her foot in frustration. This was stupid, Lucy was gritting her teeth at how this was going. Well if Lita expected Lucy to stand there and take this like the good little girl she used she'd get another thing coming!

Ms Grange started rocking the boat here as best she could, before driving an elbow hard into Lita's gut to get her to try and force her to start moving around with the former Brit trying to start putting on the pressure. Another elbow would soon follow and Lucy would try to use this to try and slip out and rabbit punch Lita in the back of the head!

The recent exchange between the two gave Lina some amusement, showing a smirk at the first part and letting out a small chuckle when Lucy's attempted at it didn't go as planned. Lina didn't have to say the fun and games were over as Lita went for the headlock. While Lita was quick to change gears back to the more serious setting, Lucy was just as quick to do likewise from her vantage point.

Lita was about transition from it, she took an elbow to the stomach, which loosened her grip. A second one soon after caused her to let go completely. Before she could shake it off, she was caught in the back of the head with a dirty punch, causing her drop forward instantly.

"HEY come on ref! Don't tell me you're going to let that cheater get away with that!" Lina shouted towards the official in responce to Lucy's action, pointing at Lucy when she said "That cheater."
