Marc Troyard vs. Felina Rodriguez - Back At It

Good height. Decent speed. Appropriate impact.

Felina would mark her foray into the world of suplexes as a success. This wasn’t something she could see herself doing on a regular basis, but for pounding a big foe and gaining some heavy damage? It worked like a charm, and she was pleased with the results.

Now, how would she follow this up? The immediate idea was to go for a pin, and she would, but was there a way to tack on just a little more damage? Felina believed there was.

With Marc on his back, gasping in pain, she planted her palms flat on the floor and put her abdominals to good use, lifting her lower body up into a handstand. She hadn’t done this since she was a kid, but age hadn’t made her any less agile, so she was able to pull it off

Besides, she only needed to hold if for a couple of seconds, before she swung her body over, pulled her legs, and came down on Marc with her knees, dropping them hard into his toned midsection.

"Oh god, please. No more on my back, man."

Is what he would be wishing for at the moment, having suffered a nasty suplex onto his already hurting back. Everything seems to be going well for the Puerto Rican kickboxer, and while it brought cheers to the crowd, some of his fans worried for his health. Though he kinda knew what he was getting into.

Still doesn't make it less painful.

Luckily for Marc, the next move that Felina would try for isn't an attack on his back...but something else still painful in fact. It has been a while since he has recieved some knees to his front and it seems that Felina wanted to give his whole body some attention. Marc didn't get to see the impressive handstand that Felina performed, a brief showing off before his knees would land hard onto his midsection! "OOOF!" His legs coming off the ground a few inches before landing back down, even his head as air was expelled out of his lungs. He would lay on the ground, clutching his midsection, coughing, spluttering in pain.

She went up. She came down. Her knees sank into Marc like butter. Pain for him.

This was starting to form a predictable pattern.

Felina dropped the hammer down on poor Marc, and he once again went into shock, rolling from the intense pain. It was starting to get a little sad, even for her end - as much as she liked beating around boys, it was starting to reach massacre territory. Had he even hurt her yet, really? She was having trouble remembering.

Regardless, she decided it was time to try her luck with another pin, to see how pliant he was feeling. She shoved his head back down to the mat and spread her legs, going for a schoolgirl pin to keep him down for the next three second. ”Just stay down, dude.”

The referee came over and immediately started up the count. 1…!”

At one point, some started to feel sorry for the Gentleman, Felina dropping her knees down like a mighty hammer down on his gut, pain radiating all over his body. While he did put some offense in, it was starting to look like a long time ago when he did. Breathing was hard, pretty much hurts to move. Almost his average day for the Gentleman.

For his fanbase, Felina looked to end his misery and go for another pin attempt, Marc having the woman sitting on top, his head being shoved down to the mat, a winced look on his face. Even she would want him to stay down. While he is a guy that would do whatever a lady would ask her, there was a sense of pride that kept him from doing so.

First count went, no movement. Second went too. Again, no movement from the Gentleman. This would be it, he was done for. There was no way he was gonna-

"Th-" And yet somehow, he would kickout, barely stopping the count before the ref came to three. Frankly, even the ref was surprised, as well as the crowd.

For a moment - roughly two and a half seconds, if you counted it out - Felina was happy. Granted, this wasn’t the best showing she could’ve asked for, but she’d take a rout if one was thrown on her lap. At the end of the day, when people were tallying up her win counts, it wasn’t like there’d be an asterisk next to this one, detailing how it went down. She was fine.

There was the first count

There was the second count. Still good.

Now came the third and… ”Damn it.”

Up came his shoulders, saving Marc at the last second from oblivion and make her roll to the side. The man was tenacious. If she couldn’t give him anything else, she had to grant him that much. But it was starting to work her nerves, and that legendary Rodriguez temper was bound to surface. ”Okay. If that’s how you want it.”

She came back to him, threw her leg over his stomach to straddle it, and went for some old-fashioned ground-and-pound, unleashing a flurry of furious fists in his face, hammering her with rapid blows.

He was either brave or stupid. A brave idiot he may be. All because he wanted to show that he wasn't some weakling that couldn't hang with a kickboxing champion, even though he really can't. The only good thing is that he wasn't gonna go down easily.

Much to the apparent annoyance of Felina in which the match is still going because of this tenacious dude that doesn't know when to quit. On the battlefield, it's important to know when to retreat in the first signs of defeat. For Marc, he let his pride get in the way.

And in a second, he might regret that choice.

She soon straddled on top of the man and soon rained down punches right on his face , his face getting rocked left and right, and banging on the canvas! "Uggh! Guugh! Pauugh!" Gauuugh!" His guard comes up, though that does little to try and stop the onslaught of punches. Had Marc not kicked out, his face would have been less battered. Now his charming mug might not be in one piece if this keeps up.

Dammit Marc....

If Felina had to choose between labeling Marc as brave or stupid, she would almost certainly go for the stupid tag. She’d offered him a way, a chance to get out of this match he was so clearly not winning. What did he do with that chance? Threw it right back in her face. Shoved it away.

The only thing she could figure was that the guy like pain. If that was the case, he was in luck, because he’d be getting a shit-ton more of it.

She hammered him, again and again, knocking out whatever sense he had left. When it became clear he wasn’t putting up much of a fight, she grabbed him by the hair and dragged him over to the nearest turnbuckle, where she promptly propped him up into a sit against the pads, keeping him upright. If she had her way, he wouldn’t be staying there for long…

Yep. Definitely stupid. Instant regret all around. Oh boy...

Grunting and groaning with each punch landed onto Marc, even his guard was falling to save his charming mug from indignation right now. No doubt more pain was in store for him. Wherever or not he enjoys it remains to be seen. 

He wondered when it was going to stop. And funnily enough, she did. Though that's because he wasn't really putting up a fight, having been dragged by the hair and brought to the turnbuckle. His mind is now hazy as well as hurting, the pain in his body certainly keeps reminding him about it and not going away any time soon. His hands moving to grip on the ropes, his body feeling rather weak.

Felina enjoyed beating up guys as much as anyone in Tension, but this was getting a bit much even by her standards. Marc seemed like a nice enough guy. Well-built, good genes, whatever. It seemed like she just caught him on a bad day. No big deal. It happened. She just wanted the guy to stay down for three seconds so she could go home and he could save on hospital bills.

But no. It had to be difficult. So, this wasn’t going to be a match anymore, so much as it would be an execution.

With Marc sitting up against the turnbuckle, he was trying to grab the ropes and pull himself up, which meant his arms were busy not protecting his face. Big mistake, and she showed him why as she stood up, spun about on her heel, and shot her leg straight out with a spinning heel kick, aimed directly at the center of his handsome head.

It was a powerful strike under normal circumstances, one of her very best. But with his head up against the turnbuckle and nowhere to go? It would be doubly devastating. ”Nap time!”

Always have your guard up. Should be a rule that Marc should stick to right? Apparently not.

The fact that his body was wrecked meant that was of importance. But he favored having to bring himself up so that he could probably give his final best. However, he is still facing a Kickboxing Champion that wants to win. The worst thing to do is to give a easy target for her. Jesus, Marc.

So while he was busy getting up to his wobbly feet, Felina simply took advantage of his vulnerable state. Because of that mistake, he has to pay. And a very painful lesson came his way in the form of a spinning heel kick that struck right where she wanted it to! "Oh Sh-" WHAP! The word in which he wanted to say was cut off, even his lights were cut off. Having taken a kick from a professional, Marc's body soon came down to a heap, falling straight back down when he made the effort to get up.

Life sure knocks you down hard. At least for Marc that is.

He would lay there, unmoving, pretty much unconscious, his body in a mangled and bruised mess as he lays in the corner.
