Marc Troyard vs Clara Wonder - The Little Wonder of the Ring

A superhero, eh? Never a dull moment for The Perfect Gentleman.

The smile never left him as he got ready for the match, getting his black wrestling boots tied up. Once again in a match in the Tension ring, Marc Troyard prepared himself to face Miss Little Wonder herself, Clara. Only knowing that she made a return to the ring after her hiatus, it fell to Marc that he would give her a great time. In his mind, better than what Ryo did. He was optimistic, the women that he faced certainly had a good time and the following he has gotten was only getting bigger and bigger. He was becoming quite the favorite, despite his record not looking good as of late. He still had his appeal to the fans and a lot of people were looking forward to the match.

In the Tension Arena, the crowd didn't have to wait as Marc's Theme soon played on the speakers, the man of the hour is here and looking charming and suave as ever. Girls love him because he's hot. Guys like him because he's a guy. As he is announced, Marc took gave Hi-5's, took selfies and generally being such a nice guy to the crowd as he comes down the ramp. Sliding into the ring, the tight black trousers with a white line going down his legs forming his ring attire, giving a few winks to the crowd as the girls holler with his athletic form. Some would mistake him for a footballer and rightfully so.

Marc soon chilled and leaned on the ropes, his eyes fixated on the entrance, the Perfect Gentleman awaits for the sexy superhero to show up.

The Perfect Gentleman didn't have to wait for long, as a rather unfamiliar song was played, though the images of the titantron already indicated who would step out of the entrance. Clad in a tight long-sleeved leotard, with a heroic-looking cape billowing behind her, Clara Wonder stepped into the stage, greeted by the cheers of her fans. It looked like she was using a new entrance music for herself. The Little Wonder went to high-five with some people among the crowd as she walked down the ramp energetically.

Clara Wonder:

When she got closer to the ring, she would run over and nimbly leaped through the ring, skillfully landing on her feet, earning her loud cheers from the crowd. Being the daughter of the Eighth Wonder, she couldn't help but showboat a little, posing and flexing her arms before putting her focus on her opponent, Marc Troyard.

"Hey there," Clara said. "So... ya ready to lose?" She asked, standing tall and placing her hands on her hips, doing the traditional heroic pose as she spoke to Marc.

Marc didn't mind waiting patiently for his opponent to come. A gentleman would always wait for the woman to show. Chivalry at it's finest. Luckily, Marc didn't have to wait long as Clara Wonder appeared, rather heroically even. Yup. Definitely a superhero.

Which makes him a tiny bit jealous since the only superpowers he has is taking a lot of hits and being a gentleman. Meanwhile she has the cape, the theme, the whole nine miles.

Damn... should have came in with a Superman suit, Marc....

Nimble on her feet too, as Clara did some showboating, but it certainly did entertain the fans. She soon put her focus on the Perfect Gentleman, standing heroically. Just to make up for the lack of superhero-esque clothing, Marc puffed his own muscular chest out, taking inspiration from Superman himself. "Heh, if you have super-strength or super-speed then you might stand a chance against Super Gentleman." Not a traditional superhero name but it's what he could come up with.

Clara took a look at her opponent, the one who called himself Super Gentleman. From the look of it, the guy himself was pretty easy to the eyes, and she could admire him all day. "Super Gentleman, huh? Well... if you think that's enough to take me down, you've got another think coming!" She heroically pointed her finger at him, maintaining her heroic pose while showing her heroic look at him. "And... oh, if you're wondering why I said think instead of thing, it's actually the correct one." She was actually a fan of metal music, but even she was aware that Judas Priest had gotten the expression wrong.

Putting aside the random trivia spouting, she would take off her cape, leaving her only in her tight spandex leotard, showing off her gymnast-like figure; lithe yet firm. She might not have the muscular, curvaceous figure of her mother, but this body shape allowed her to perform moves that her mother was incapable of doing anymore, like high-flying maneuvers and quick-paced strikes. After handing over her cape to the ringside crew, she stretched up her body, showing off her figure to her opponent and the crowd.

So, after she's ready, she went into position, dropping into a stance. The ref would call for the bell, starting the match. Clara decided to watch what Marc would do, and she showed a confident smile as she stood before him.

Well it's the best he's got really. And it looks like it might be a good nickname. Even the real superheroine thinks as suck. Speaking of which, Marc was a little confused. Did she have a speech impediment? Not that he's judging of course. It soon turned out that she's a fan of metal music, something that Marc understands. Mostly a fan of Alternative and Punk. "Hehe...Fair enough."

Trivial Pursuit aside, Clara got herself ready and Marc, always the admirer of the female gender, just appreciates the view. Limbering herself up, Marc would do the same, just some quick stretches of the arms. Once they are ready, the bell would soon ring, signifying the start of the match. There were a few (albeit limited) ways that Marc could start. Instead, Super Gentleman looks to start the match in a different way.

As he edges closer, Marc brought his hands up. Why not test her super strength with a nice test of strength? That would do nicely...

Well, it looked like the Super Gentleman wanted to start with a contest of strength, and there's no way Clara would refuse that. Holding out her arms in preparation for their lock up, Clara would step forth, locking up with Marc, pushing at him with her strength. She would clasp her hands with Marc's as she would try to overpower him, pushing him and exerting her strength.

"Hyaah!!" Clara yelled out as she would try to make Marc lose his balance by shimmying aside and then pushing at him right after that. Just one simple trick that she thought had never failed her before.

Ah, so Supergirl accepts that, huh? Very nice.

Super Gentleman certainly was happy with that. Locking up with a woman is always nice and why not see who is stronger? With that, the two would lock up, Clara immediately starting to push back and try to overpower him. The shimmiying certainly didn't help Marc to adapt to Clara's explosive offense, his feet scuffling the canvas in effort to find a solid grip and regain balance. He wasn't exactly such a pushover. In terms of strength, he could hold his own. "Woah!" Impressed by her own strength, Marc would have to put more effort into this, feet planted hard, he would keep a fairly wide base as he tried to push right into Clara. Super Gentleman cannot disappoint.

Well, Super Gentleman knew his stuff, Clara thought. Even as she moved while pushing, Marc was still standing and pushing back, which made the Little Wonder a little impressed. But, she wasn't done yet as she would also try pushing him back, this time exerting more strength into her push. It looked like both Clara and Marc were evenly-matched in terms of strength. But the Little Wonder was looking to change that as she would draw her body back in order to launch her next attack.

"Hyaah!!" With a battle cry, Clara would try to drive her shoulder into Marc's bare chest, hoping that this sudden collision would give her more traction, empowering her push and allowing her to finally overpower him with her strength. She wanted to bring him down onto the mat so that she could carry out her next move on him.

She may have the body of a gymnast and her body doesn't seem like it shows she is strong unlike her mother but Clara certainly doesn't disappoint and could really hold her own.

That and the explosive offence that she shown right out of the gate did surprise him a bit. Still, he is no pushover himself and Marc has shown he could pull of some feats of strength before, very little number of times it has been so far in his career, however. Clara though was not going to relent and with a superhero-esque battle cry her shoulder drove into his chest, just the sudden collision before she would drive her feet and push into Marc, Super Gentleman couldn't keep traction on the ground before he would be brought down to the canvas with Clara, a small grunt coming off from Marc as he landed on the ground.

Sending Marc to the ground, Clara would then get on her knees, looking at her opponent. Hoping that he was still winded to even do anything, Clara would grab Marc by his waist, pulling him up right back on his feet as she would stand up as well. She would then try to turn him around so that he would face away from her.

Then, Clara would hook her arms with Marc's from behind. Taking a deep breath, she would then let out a loud yell as she would attempt to throw him back and over her, hoping to send him crashing down into the mat with a tiger suplex! She was planning to bridge herself up in order to immediately go for a pinfall attempt, getting his shoulders pressed on the canvas right after the suplex!
