Eliza Harenwood vs Marc Troyard - Take it seriously!

Eliza was famed for her well aimed and precise blows that left opponents wondering what just happened, but over time Eliza developed a reliable follow up to her strikes. Submissions were at the same time both a boon and anathema to the dancing passion, her legs could be targeted and render her game plan less effective. But at the same time it allowed Eliza to be able to bring her opponents down to size proverbially and literally, Marc was certainly going to know this once the match ended. Indeed Eliza was famed for a certain move of hers that was a submission, but Marc in Eliza's mind wasn't worn down yet to warrant it. Besides Ms Harenwood felt the move was sort of an honour for her opponents, they had to survive long enough for Eliza to be forced to use it.

Now though Eliza knew Marc was durable, the next step was removing it to make sure Marc would not be able to cope with the long haul as it would undoubtedly occur. Taking away his height advantage would be very important, she didn't know his ground game however. Hence why Eliza had been more cautious in this approach, making sure to be relatively close to standing up in case she needed to beat a fast retreat. Eliza was intent on trying to damage Mr Troyard's lower body in order to make it all the more easier to take him down later.

The dancing passion knew it would only be a matter of time till Marc managed to wriggle free of this hold, either with the strength he possessed or reaching to the ropes for a hail mary. Regardless Eliza was intent on making the most of this chance, Eliza used the length of Marc's legs against him by cranking his legs back as much she could. Shaking her head to the side to let her regal hair move past her forehead, a fair layer of sweat adorning it.

Normally when it comes to most males in intergender combat, there's always a sense of shame and humiliation being beaten by a woman so far. Marc himself isn't one of those people but rather impressed by the dancing passion and how she could control the match. The only shame he feels is that he doesn't have a ground game that could help with this.

He can't strike in this position so that's something nullified as well and he was literally stuck. Damn, guess he should have gotten a trainer before getting him in the ring.

Not just dancing but in wrestling too.

His strength was the stand up game. Always was something he would be comfortable with. But as he feels the pressure on his back and sensing his feet nearing his own head, he didn't have much options. The only good thing that Marc has is his endurance and resilience. Life in the streets certainly adds to that.

With determination to get out of this hold and try to impress the aristocrat, his hands pushed up. The safest option would be to go for the ropes, but in his mind, Marc felt that was the easy way out. That was not how a man sorts things out. Especially a gentleman. Marc would twist his body to the left, sure Eliza Harrenwood does have the move locked in but she was like a flower at the end of the day. Just power on through and twist, would be what his mind says. Shaking his head when the ref checks to see if he submits, which of course he has no intention to, Marc uses his arm and core strength to twist and roll his body over. In his mind, if he could do that, he might be able to get the darling of Tension off him....but that's on Marc's theory so who knows if he's right.

Eliza was certain the match was now in her control, Marc was knocked silly by her explosive and accurate offence. Once the enemy was left reeling and Eliza set up it was difficult to cope with it. Eliza felt it time to slow it down a bit, after all Eliza's acrobatics were impressive but could be exhausting if all she did was deliver powerful blow after blow. Eliza still preferred ending battles quickly, but understood the importance of pacing herself safely. It was as good a time as any to take a breather, Marc was doing a lot worse than the dancing passion after all. Even if he had more endurance Eliza was no stranger to it, in fact nine times out of ten it wasn't much of an advantage to her after all. Many men had a similar advantage and Ms Harenwood still prevailed over them.

A hold like this was basic and surely would not last for long, but it would serve to work Marc over. If he couldn't stand up it would make it easier to kick him while he was down, ironic considering Eliza's regal demeanour and nature. Eliza was sure if she could keep him in check long enough Marc would be severely hindered in the parts of the match to come. Being a person with a natural upper build like himself Eliza was expecting him to make a break for the ropes, if he was good with them like that earlier it wouldn't be difficult for him to make the stretch across to them.

But Eliza had never met Marc till tonight, so she was actually rather shocked by his decision to simply try and power out. Most people in wrestling tended to seek safety at the ropes and make a tactical withdraw, so needless to say Ms Harenwood was taken aback. And let out a sudden yelp in response, Eliza however knew she couldn't panic. Instead the British aristocrat sought to roll away, it served as a reminder to Eliza that she mustn't assume opponents to always go for the ropes. More so if they acted like Mr Troyard. Eliza inwardly cursed her bad luck, it seemed it would require some more work to get Marc down to how Eliza wanted him to. She doubted it would work if she asked nicely either......

Basic as the move is, it is still effective enough to get the spine hurting and give the person applying the hold somewhat of a breather. And it certainly is super effective when you're facing someone with lack of knowledge of submission holds. The pressure on his back ment that Marc need to act. And fast.

Luckily for him, there was the simple option of just using his strength to get to the ropes. They were there waiting for him to grab on it and break the hold. However, Marc being Marc, he wasn't gonna use the typical method to getting out of a hold.

There probably was a saying :When in doubt, power it out?

Wherever or not there is, Marc definitely made it true as his upper body strength serve him to twist and roll out of the hold itself! Which certainly took the British aristocrat by surprise as he heard a yelp from Eliza, shocked by such a decision. Not the smartest or tactical, but it works so...

Eliza bailed out and roll away from the Perfect Gentleman. Good thing is that he's tough and can endure much. His head still stings from the kicks of the Dancing Passion, that he knows. He needs to get some offense on Eliza. Shaking his head and slowly getting on his hands and knees, Marc attempts to pounce on top of the regal woman. What he would do next...well he didn't think far with his almost kick drunk head.

Eliza was at times a bit of a slave to form, years spent doing routines made she could be a bit predictable at times. She came to expect similar things to her opponents, it was more often wise to retreat to the ropes and establish a location to bounce off from. Over the course of the dancing's passion's tenure in Tension she had learned to use the ring each and every chance she could to defeat her opponents, being that they surpassed her in most other categories naturally. Marc however threw caution to the wind and decided to power out, a feat possible thanks to his immense upper body strength. It was surprising as most people in the ring usually considered it optimal to escape via rope break.

Still in retrospect Eliza felt that it would be Marc's style to power out, but what mattered now is Marc's follow up. It had taken Eliza by surprise and it was a good chance to try and take the initiative, especially with the length of the match at about the half way point. Least it felt like it to Eliza, Marc was seemingly acting on instinct now. Still seemingly reeling from the earlier blows to his head, regardless he would manage to scramble to a more vertical position above the British aristocrat.

Eliza however was not intent on panicking in this occasion, in fact Eliza had a special move for when men tried to be atop her like this. Her Mother did teach her some self defence tricks in case a drunken man tried to force themselves onto her, Eliza would promptly dig her hands into Marc's neck and then try to knee him in the gut before attempting to shove him away. It wasn't fancy but it wasn't the intention, Eliza learned the value of pragmatism a long time ago in Tension. Plus it would remind Marc that Eliza had his number in this domain of the ring......

Sometimes it is wise to expect the unexpected.

Not always will people would go for stuff as predicted. Then again, Marc himself was probably a peculiar opponent for the British Aristocrat. Although the clues were there that he wouldn't be. Not many guys in Tension would come up and lay on the charm straight before the bell rings. Most times it would help to be unpredictable, as it could really take the opponent by surprise and could even turn the tables on the opponent even.

That is if you know what you are doing. With his head kick drunk, courtesy of the Dancing Passion's brutal kicks, Marc was acting on pure instinct. Perhaps even he was a bit slave to form as well, getting on top of someone on the ground and start pummeling on your foe with your fists. It was a sure way to finish a fight on the streets. And he probably would have done it when he got on top of Mrs Harrenwood.

Either his primative mind that watched the British beauty under him stopped him from doing that or Eliza's self defense technique did would be unknown, but unlike Marc, who isn't very technical in the ring, the Dancing Passion knew what to do, no doubt she probably had to use it before. A drunken man, but not in the traditional sense, Marc felt Eliza's hands dig into his neck before the knee struck him in the gut. "Guuugh!" Even on the ground Eliza's legs can be lethal.

Shoved aside, the Gentleman rolled away towards the ropes, where he could have used it to escape the Boston Crab like a normal person would, coughing and gasping, his mind in a bit of a haze as he would shake his head, getting onto his front. A bit slow to get up, just taking baby steps and get on one knee, before using the ropes to pull himself up if he can....

Eliza knew techniques that could take someone down if the situation was correct, fortunately Eliza never had reason to act like that growing up but her Mother was very insistent on Eliza taking these lessons. Perhaps it was a sort of crux that led to Eliza taking up wrestling, her acrobatics already led to risk taking enough as is. Eliza wouldn't lie she did enjoy the rush that came with flying across the ring. But Tension taught her to be pragmatic when it was called for, Marc should be just glad he didn't get nut shotted. Though he would at least have won. The crowd wanted to see dynamic moves from the British aristocrat but Eliza didn't battle to entertain, she played to win.

Giving a small breath of relief Eliza looked over at Marc, he was probably contemplating his choices so far. At least in the mind of Ms Harenwood at any rate, by this point Eliza was catching her breath and got onto her hands and knees. Seeing Marc attempt a rally at the ropes it seemed, perhaps if he had done so he would not have been in this state to begin with. Eliza in actuality gained a sort of realisation. Normally Eliza would not attempt an attack at the ropes for fear of reprisal, but an idea formed for the dancing passion. It was a risk, but it was interesting.

Scrambling to get to her feet Eliza would size up Marc and then when his head reached the middle rope Eliza would quickly spring into action, seeking to apply a figure four leg lock by grabbing hold of the top rope and wrapping her legs around Marc's neck and leaning back. Using her hands to prop herself in an upside down sort of style, naturally the ref promptly began counting. But Eliza had five seconds to work with, and it would give Marc a taste of what else was to come.......

The knee to the gut certainly knocked some air out of the poor man. Luckily for him it wasn't right in the nuts. Or he'd have a lot to think about other than to get up to his feet. However, shot to the gut, shot to the balls, still would work away the massive endurance the guy has.

Funny how he now uses the ropes now than before, the mind of Marc never fails to surprise. It was also his chance to get a breather, in his kick drunk mind, Marc would assume Eliza Harrenwood was more of a lady to allow him the chance to get up first before continuing, as the match had gone anyways. However, it's best not to assume. Even a noble lady like Mrs Harrenwood can surprise you also.

Just as his head reached to the middle rope, Marc soon felt a weight on the back of his neck before the rose pattern stocking-clad legs soon wrapped around his neck! "Urrk!" The shock of having not just his throat pressed on the rope as she got on him, but also the well known legs of the Dancing Passion that have squeezed many of her foes in her battles now wrapped around his neck had Marc panicking as she leaned back, propping upside down while her legs just do the work. If there wasn't the rule in terms of attacks on the ropes and corners, Marc would be going down the dangerous road where he would meet two paths that all combatants that face her have a choice of going.

The path to yield. Or the path to pass out.

Eliza didn't relent either, but to the mercy of Mr Troyard, the ref began the count.

"One!!"

Marc really didn't want the shame of tapping out now, especially in front of his fans but by God was he close!

"Two!!

Eliza usually didn't pursue her opponents once they arrived at the ropes, it was often wise to simply not attack as the enemy who so often was bigger and stronger than the dancing passion could fling her out of the ring. And while Eliza did not doubt her ability to land from an elevated position she would prefer not to do so. But now she was performing an excellent submission, she was targeting the head/neck area as she often did. Marc was certainly feeling the pressure that was brought by Ms Harenwood. The crowd were certainly taking the chance to shoot pictures as Eliza was placed in an elegant pose.

But still it would only be temporary as Marc was on the ropes, which called for the ref to give Eliza only a limited amount of time to work with. It was fine, the upside down position of Ms Harenwood meant the blood was going to rush to her head eventually. The ref counted to five and prompted Eliza to release the hold. Eliza rolled her eyes, but it was time to play ball. Eliza would relent her hold around the neck of Mr Troyard, and move backwards. But rather than stand up straight Eliza would lift her legs up while transitioning into a handstand remaining in place for two seconds, gracefully moving into a proper vertical position afterwards and flicking her strawberry blonde hair.

After a move like that suffice to say Eliza was feeling quite chuffed with herself, Marc had only gotten a taste of what was to come if Eliza kept this up. Still if he had any feeling left in him it might be wise for Eliza's opponent to perhaps beat a retreat and try to get some semblance of bearings, because at this rate Eliza was just going to work him over till he was just a crumpled heap on the mat.

If anything, Marc was merely getting a taster of what was about to come if things go downhill for the Perfect Gentleman. If he really did cared about fame then this was certainly not the way for good publicity. But this is Marc we're talking about.

While it was hot to have his head between a woman's legs, this wasn't the most plesent position to be in. Or maybe it is, he is a glutton for punishment. Had the rope count rule not have been in place, he could have submitted, due to how strong her legs were. Luckily, and to save face, Eliza had to break the hold due to the five count. Although not leaving in the most spectacular way.

Marc gasped and spluttered, clutching his neck as he turned around, only to see the Dancing Passion performing a handstand walk, backing away with style. "God, could she be any more sexy!!?" His mind would gawk at her while the actual Marc wouldn't try to catch a breather. He wasn't glaring. No hate in his bone. And as humiliating and taunting as it could be having your opponent doing some acrobatics, he didn't seem to mind at all.

Gasping, his arm slung on the ropes as the woman gone into the more proper vertical position, right side up. "T-that was...gahh... marvelous..." Again with the compliments. Damn this guy was wierd. Well he still need to get up to his feet, so, while keeping an eye on Eliza, used the one hand to assist him in pulling up to his feet. "Guess the others.... were not lying... about those legs of yours...damn..."
