Zoey Satoshi vs. Peggy McIntyre

Peggy paced backstage. The usually confident Irish woman was anything but. She was anxious. Tonight she faced a small speedy woman, and she was no slouch herself in speed by any means, as the 5'6'' 149lb Peggy could move and fly with the best of them. Still she was on a nasty losing streak after starting out hot in Friction. She went from being an up and coming rookie to losing stock and fast. Clad in her usual green one piece swimsuit, gold kneepads, gold elbow pads and mixed green/gold boots Peggy mentally prepared herself for the task at hand.

Tonight she was going to change that. As her music played she strode out to the arena and down the ramp. She got her usual mixed reaction but paid no mind to it. She was focused on proving to everyone, especially management who was starting to doubt her, as well as fans saying she wasn't amounting to anything despite training with two of Frictions best, very wrong. Peggy wasn't a waste of time. Peggy wasn't an inept, under-talented woman inside a wrestling ring.

Peggy belonged here. It was now time to prove it against Zoey.

With Peggy's entrance over, the lights in the arena dimmed to almost nothing in preparation for the next arrival. The audience went quiet as usual, before erupting with cheers as Zoey's music blasted out of the speakers. While Peggy was more average in height and heavier than the typical AFW wrestler, Zoey was very tiny. Standing at only five feet and weighing an incredibly small 74 pounds, she looks quite out of place as a wrestler, though her appearance is quite deceiving. The little redhead bounced down the ramp, her feet hitting the ground in-time with the beat of her music, giving high-fives to long lines of hands either side of her, giggling as she did.

Zoey was dressed up in her usual attire, a set of red knee-high wrestling boots, red pads on her knees and elbows, black thigh-high socks, and a set of black short-shorts with matching bra. For her entrance, she had a big black and red hoodie over the top, a few sizes too big for her as usual. All in all, the Japanese teenager was looking utterly adorable on her way down to the ring. She hopped up onto the apron, her hands gripping onto the top rope, and then pushed up with her feet to perform a hand-stand, rolling forwards to land gently on her feet inside the ring after showing off her balance for a couple seconds.

"Konnichiwa!" she called out, holding up two fingers above her head in a peace sign as she approached the Irish woman, a wide and adorable smile on her face. This was her second match since she finished her break, and she was quite excited for it. Peggy looked quite attractive, and Zoey had a feeling this would be quite a fun match, even if her opponent was twice her weight and half a foot taller. It would be quite interesting to see what Zoey could do to take away Peggy's inherent advantage.

Peggy looked at Zoey in disbelief as she entered. AFW brass thought so little of Peggy that they stuck her against what looked to be a 12 year old girl? Was she kawaii? Peggy shook her head and tried not to let it get to her or play into her own worries of her recent ineptitude. She stayed focused on Zoey as she came out and bounced up and down on her feet.

Peggy looked Zoey over up close. She was light. Peggy herself was fast, far faster than anyone guessed a curvy woman of her level of semi-fitness would be. Still Peggy wasn't about to underestimate Zoey. She couldn't. Her career depended on her getting back on track as her recent slide had led to a few writers calling her an over-rated rookie who shouldn't be in a Friction ring.

Peggy had to show them all they were wrong. She stood in the center of the ring with her arms on her hips, staring at Zoey and waiting for the bell. Peggy would do everything in her power to make sure that Zoey didn't know what hit her.

The way Peggy was looking at her silently made her feel strange, as if she was disappointed in the AFW's choice of opponent. That was almost offensive, Zoey may be one of the smallest girls on the roster, but she did her best to keep her size from being an issue. It seemed Peggy hadn't watched any of her matches, but it was understandable, the AFW was quite a big organisation and there seemed to be dozens of matches every other day.

"Uh, hi?" she repeated, pulling her black and red hoodie up over her head and dropping it out of the ring, revealing her small and smooth torso. She turned back to Peggy and offered another cute smile, hoping to get some sort of reaction from the bigger woman before the fight started, it was always less awkward fighting someone friendly compared to someone who behaved very seriously.

Peggy knew that ad fast as she was Zory could outpace her. However Peggys technical wrestling was likely her biggest edge on her foe. As Zoey approached and greeted Pefgy, she simply nodded and smiled a slight bit staying silent.

Her trash talk had backfired and made her look rediculous in her losses so there would be little of that today especially at the start. As the bell rang Peggy quickly lunged forward, trying to engage Zoey in a grapple!

Zoey finally got something of a reaction from Peggy, as simple as it was. The redhead smiled back at her, bouncing in place and waiting in silence for the bell to ring, this was certainly starting to look like a bit of an awkward fight with the total lack of communication between the two wrestlers starting out. No matter, Zoey was sure she'd get Peggy to say something eventually.

When the bell did ring, Peggy darted forwards with her arms out to grapple the little wrestler, getting a gasp of shock out of her. The Irishwoman moved faster than Zoey was expecting, reacting only fast enough to throw her own hands up and lock with her opponent. This wasn't the smartest idea, Peggy quickly overpowered her despite her struggling, pushing Zoey's arms back with ease and trapping her hands against her lower back, causing her to squirm and wriggle and leaving her sandwiched between Peggy's arms and body.

"Nngh! Damnit!"

Peggy got hold of Zoey and knew she could not squander this chance! She reached in to grad Zoey around the head with her right arm and reach down with her left to grip the side of Zoeys short shorts. Peggy bent her knees and lift up, snapping back quickly in an attempt to land a snap suplex to the smaller woman! It wasn't the fanciest start, but it could be fairly effective given Zoeys size. Peggy wasn't going to underestimate her toughness, but someone that small can't withstand that much punishment..... can they?

It might not be much but any sort of good start Peggy could get off to would boost her confidence, and she would have another chance to possibly show the world that she didn't choke at the end of matches and blow wins!

Zoey's tiny weight unfortunately made her incredibly easy to lift up. With her wrists pinned against her back there wasnt much she could do as Peggy applied a headlock, and wasn't given enough time to respond when the other hand released her and grabbed her shorts. This was an awful start for Zoey, and if Peggy could keep the little girl from getting away, the match would be incredibly one-sided and very short.

"Let go! Pervert!" she yelled out at the feeling of Peggy's hand gripping her hip, mostly just teasing the Irish wrestler and hoping it'd embarrass her into letting go. It didn't, of course, but it was worth the try. Her opponent crouched down, and then sprung upwards and back, taking Zoey with her as if she weighed nothing. The Japanese wrestler let out a squeal of terror, and then crashed down against the mat with a hard and loud *smack* that echoed around the arena.

Zoey's terribly poor resistance to pain made the move very effective, causing her to quickly arch her back and cry out in pain, her eyes opening wide and legs trembling for a short moment. It left her open for Peggy to attack again.

Peggy heard the impact and grinned. Good. A good start. She had to keep it up. She wanted to showcase more of her speed, unexpected from a lad of her curvy, semi-fit stature. She got to her feet and stood over Zoey, facing away. She immediately leapt up into the air and flipped in an attempt to land on Zoey with a standing moonsault!

If the move proved successful she would stay on top of the young lady and hook her leg in an attempt to go for an early pin! Peggy was not going to waste time, effort or energy tonight. This was about focus and efficiency. It was about finally winning again on a halfway regular basis.

Zoey's legs were still trembling and refused to comply when she demanded they move, the sight of Peggy's much heavier body pulling a backflip and come falling down towards her made her panic pretty heavily. Without the help of her body, she unfortunately had no choice but to take the full force of the move. It felt like someone had dumped an anvil right on her tiny belly, Peggy being just about double Zoey's weight.

When one leg got hooked and brought up high over the youngster's body, she started to kick and squirm, the referee dropping down beside the pair and slapping the mat to count "One!". Zoey didn't have the power to kick out of the pin, but she still managed to wriggle one shoulder up off the canvas, interrupting the ref's count.
