Peggy McIntyre vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu

Peggy was backstage bouncing up and down, beyond ready to get herself back inside the ring. Tonight was the night that she blew through whoever her opponent was like a tornado. She would leave nothing standing if she could help it! She had been training hard, trying to learn from her new housemates. Renting a room at the same house as both members of the tag team Sonic Boom had its perks!

As her music played Peggy strolled down the ramp, confidently raising her arms up and letting out a shout as she made her way to the base of the ramp. Peggy ran and jumped up onto the apron, and then did a second jump over the ropes with a level of speed and agility that came as a shock given her size as well as her figure. Peggy loved that people judged based on appearances. Her speed and technique caught them off guard every time.

She made her way over to a far corner and leaned back, grinning ear to ear and looking back up the ramp. She waited as patiently as she could for her foe to arrive....

Yajiri Kasamatsu’s career was off to a less than stellar start. Statistically speaking, at least. She did debut against her favorite wrestler, and nothing would take that amazing moment away from her. But her next match, just like her debut, had ended with her flat on her back and staring up at the lights while her opponent pinned her.

Still winless in AFW, yet still unshaken. Yajiri came into this knowing it would take time to develop her skills to a level that could compete with some of the amazing talent on the roster. A few losses weren’t the end of the world. They were learning experiences. And tonight she had a chance to show what she’d learned from her first few matches, hoping the end result might be a more positive this time around.

When her music played, the rookie walked through the curtain and strode confidently down to the ring. She didn’t pay any attention to the crowd along the way. She just climbed into the ring through the ropes, then walked to the middle of the ring and extended a hand toward Peggy.

“Good luck. Lets have a good match tonight,” she said politely while waiting to see if the Irishwoman would shake her hand. From what she knew of Peggy, on top of having a relatively impressive skillset, this girl wasn’t afraid to fight dirty from time to time. Yajiri hoped that wouldn’t result in Peggy trying to take a cheap shot at her, but she gave her the benefit of the doubt…for now, at least.

Peggy smiled as the young, respectful girl approached. Peggy accepted the handshake and leaned in to speak to Yajiri. "I will have a nice match girlie. I saw ya try n' face off against my housemate Alaina. She kicked yer pretty little ass, just like I will tonight." Peggy said confidently as she stood in front of Yajiri.

The bell rang and Peggy plunged in, trying to reach out and grapple with Yajiri! Peggy was fairly strong, but not in Alaina's league. She did enjoy a weight advantage, and Peggy wanted nothing more the to try to push Yajiri back up against the ropes!

Yajiri’s smile quickly disappeared when Peggy taunted her. She didn’t appreciate Alaina being used as an insult against her, nor the apparent cockiness that Peggy carried.

“You are no Alaina Sanders,” the rookie retorted before backing up a bit so the match could be officially started.

Once she heard the bell Yajiri crouched down and threw her hands up while moving in to meet Peggy. Her debut match against Alaina had taught her how important it was to avoid letting people take advantage of her smaller size right off the bat. So as Peggy tried to lock up with her, Yajiri dropped down to her knees and shot one arm up between the Irishwoman’s legs, trying to flip the girl over her shoulders with a simple fireman’s carry takedown.

Peggy locked up with Yajiri and felt confident all the way up until she was flipped over Yajiri, landing on her backside! "Ungh! Damn it ya sneaky little pain in the ass!" Peggy shouted as she slapped the mat, getting back up to her feet.

Peggy wasn't about to let that slide and she closed the gap once more, cocking her right fist back and taking a big swing at Yajiri's abdomen looking to drive her fist into the smaller woman as hard as she could! "This'll teach ya my little pretty!"

Yajiri wasn’t one for taunting, unlike her opponent. But after hearing Peggy belittle her only moments ago, she couldn’t deny it felt good to give her a bit of instant karma. Flipping the Irishwoman onto her back was a nice start, considerably better than the likely outcome if she had chosen to accept the lockup.

But as the rookie quickly got to her feet and started to move in to capitalize, she quickly came to learn that Peggy was pretty quick too – more so than she looked, at least. And before Yajiri could go on the attack again, a fist suddenly drove itself hard into her stomach!

“Ugh!” she gasped out as the blow doubled her over and knocked the wind right out of her lungs.

Peggy saw Yajiri double over and stepped right up to her, wrapping one arm around Yajiri's head. Peggy took two quick shots at her face with her free fist before reaching down to grab Yajiri's attire at the hip. Peggy was more than ready show show off a bit, grunting as she lift Yajiri up for a vertical suplex, hoping she would be able to lift her high, delivering her to the mat with a thunderous impact!

Peggy loved suplexes, and was more than happy to show that to Yajiri. Indeed, Peggy was going to make sure this was going to be a long night for her counterpart.

Having the breath knocked out of her with a rock solid punch, not fun. But what was about to come immediately after, even worse. Before Yajiri could do anything to prevent it, she was hoisted up and held upside down in the air, then immediately brought down with a harsh crash onto the mat!

“Gah!” the brunette cried out, arching her back and cringing in pain.

"That's just one girly... lets see how much ya like the rest!" Peggy taunted as she brought Yajiri crashing down to the mat in a heap! Peggy got back up, keeping hold of Yajiri. This time she hooked one of Yajiri's legs way up and had her in position for a t-bone suplex!

With a groan Peggy intended to lift her up as high as she could, bringing her down to the mat with as much impact as possible!

Peggy’s words certainly didn’t bode well for the downed rookie. And unfortunately the Irish Woman was intent on following through on them. Yajiri was pulled back up, only to be sent flying and crashing right back down onto the mat once again!

“Argh!!” she yelled, immediately writhing around in pain after the harsh impact. Yajiri tried to squirm and crawl toward one of the ropes, grunting in pain and discomfort each step of the way. Though given how aggressive Peggy’s approach had been thus far, she had a bad feeling she wouldn’t be making it to her feet before her foe was on her once again.
