Special Rules Match: Navi Florges (debut) vs Katherine Hart

Match decided by Pinfall, Submission, or Disqualification. Competitors are only allowed 3 rope breaks each, after which, contact with the ropes does not warrant the break of a pin or hold.

The crowd sang and cheered as catchy entrance music fired up and Kat emerged at the top of the ramp in the arena. She donned her usual purple, cat themed outfit and was energetic and smiley like usual. Kat bounced down the ramp, skipping casually and high-fiving some of the fans. Kat was making a name for herself here at AFW. Her combination of moderate fame and magnetic personality, along with the ability entertain with dazzling displays of in-ring ability made her sure-fire star every wrestling promotion she's competed in. And she was on a mission to add a successful career in AFW to her resume!



She slid into the ring and stretched, eager awaiting her opponent. Kat would usually take some more time to have fun with the fans while waiting for her opponent, but she concerned herself with the unique stipulations she'd have to compete under, tonight.

"Hmmm. I've seen and fought my fair share of gimmick matches, but even this one is new to me....." She contemplated aloud as she took her place in the corner and waved to her fans, waiting for her opponent to appear.

Navi was backstage getting ready for her first match. Needless to say, she was excited beyond belief. She was waiting for this for 2 month after her match with Melody. Granted, she had a chance to sign up said 2 month ago, but after the loss in said match Navi decided to train at the school and gym for a bit longer, to ensure she was at her best in terms of preparation of not making stupid mistakes.

But now, she was here. Melody asked her whether she needed to scout who her opponent was for tonight, but Navi turned the suggestion down, deciding she can easily win without even knowing her opponents ahead of time.

Although she decided to, at least, check her opponent's name for the match while getting changed in the locker room.

"Katherine Hart, huh?". Name told her nothing, but it didn't really mean anything right now.

She then passed over the rules one more time. She did request from bookers that they don't put her into just another, boring match, asking for a gimmick match. And what she got definitely pleased her. This ruleset worked to her advantage, due toquite a few submission moves in her repertoire

After waiting at gorilla position for a short while, she was given a green light to enter.

Upon into the crowd... Wow, she thought. Wrestling to a crowd of 10 or 100 people really didn't compare to 1000s of people. Crowd was a bit silent during her entrance, which was only natural, they didn't know her... yet. Well they were about to. And they will definitely be chanting her name next match.

Navi did a few poses while going down the entrance ramp before finally entering the ring, taking of her vest for her entrance, (wearing a black top and a skirt for the match) and taking a look at her opponent. Her first impression of her opponent wasn't very positive.

"Wait, what's with that get up? A cat mask? Seriously, are there no shops anywhere in Tokyo with better masks?", she said to Kat out loud.

"Heyyy~ don't diss the cat mask! Lots of people like it" Kat protested in a silly fashion.

Her opponent seemed to start their first encounter off with a condescending tone. She stopped stretching and faced her opponent. The crowd reaction to Navi, despite the slow entrance and assortment of poses, gave Kat the impression that her opponent was either a new, or recent addition to AFW. The purple-clad feline wrestler knew the match was starting soon. The bell would ring any moment. But she decided to inquire about her opponent.

"Are....are you new around here?" Katherine asked, while placing her hands on her hips.

"Well, that means I am not "Lots of people"

However, she did notice said "Lots of people" in the crowd. So that meant that her opponent wasn't just some joker in a mask, so it would be foolish to underestimate her, despite her get up.

To answer Kat's question of whether she was new, she answered: "What of it?", folding her arms.

"Nothing. I'm Kat and it's nice to meetchya! Just wanted to wish you good luck!" Kat said with an enthusiastic tone and a wink. Just as she finished, the bell sounded. She began to circle the ring and slowly approach her opponent with her arms up, ready to grapple with her. She would move in and attempt a standard Collar and Elbow lock up. If her opponent reciprocated and grappled with her, Kat would attempt to transition to a Side Headlock and then a Side Headlock Takedown to bring them both down to the mat!

Kat wanted to get a feel for what her opponent was capable of. And for the time-being, she believed the best way to do that was the standard, textbook wrestling approach.

Navi smiled at "good luck" from her opponent.

As ref called for the bell, the two women circled the ring and, a couple seconds later, locked up in a classic collar and elbow tie-up. However, after a few seconds in this position, Kat successfully transitioned into a Side Headlock, applying pressure to Navi's jaw while pressing her face into the masked wrestler's well-endowed chest.

And although Navi tried to push woman's arms away from her face to escape the hold, she would be unsuccessful as she threw her over her body and onto the mat back first, with Navi grunting from a takedown.

Katherine took the initiative and started things off. Her opponent didn't make it too difficult to approach her. She had circled the ring with her met her in the center of it for a lock up. Kat was ready to use her technical background to quickly shift things in her favor and take her opponent down to the mat. She'd keep the Headlock applied, still pushing Navi's face into her buxom bust.

"You alright, there?" Kat would ask he opponent as she shifted her weight and tried to keep Navi on her back. If she was successful in keeping her opponent grounded, with both shoulders on the canvas, the referee would take notice and begin a count!

"ONE"

Between her opponent continuing to push her boobs into her face, Kat patronizing her, pushing her weight into Navi's chest and her being down for the first pin attempt not even a minute into the match, Navi was getting quite angry over being humiliated.

"Get your tits... out of my face!"

With that, she would attempt to hook one of her opponent's legs and try to roll the masked wrestler on her shoulders, while doing a bridge so that ref can break the count on her pin and start counting for Kat.

Kat would try to keep her opponent in place for the rest of the count. She heard Navi voice her complaints just as she felt her leg get hooked! The cat themed wrestler would soon find herself rolled backwards and onto her shoulders as the referee restarted the count, putting Kat at risk now, instead of Navi!

"ONE!"

Kat kept her around hooked around her opponent's head and maintained the Headlock. She'd roll back to her original position and land seated, right next to her opponent. 'Oh! Sure thing!" She answered Navi in a silly tone. Kat would quickly try to scissor Navi's arm after she landed, clearly not intent on trying for another pin. If successful, she'd attempt to cup Miss Florges' chin with her hands and transition into a Crossface!

Navi couldn't hold her opponent in position for even a two count.

Kat, however, did not go stay in the same position as before, and while Navi resisted getting her arm getting scissored by masked wrestler, going into Crossface instead, trapping her arm, and painfully cranking her neck

She would growl in pain from that hold. She wasn't even close to tapping out, but being in a hold like that a minute into the match was humiliating to her, and so was the idea of losing a rope break that early.

To break the hold, she would try to elbow Kat in the stomach, and if that didn't work, she would attempt to get up, lifting the 2 of them to escape this position.
