Yajiri Kasamatsu vs Alaina Sanders

Oh joy... Yajiri thought to herself. What Alaina’s words really meant had nothing to do with anything changing. They just meant things were only about to get worse. Yajiri was already hurting, but evidently there was plenty more where that came from.

Still too winded to put up any sort of serious resistance, the rookie was easily brought to her feet only for Alaina’s knee to hammer right into her stomach! “GAH!” she gasped out as the impact doubled her over. Seconds later, her world quite literally flipped upside down.

What was next? A suplex? She wished. As much as that would’ve hurt, it wouldn’t have been anything compared to what she got instead, after Alaina took a moment to wow the crowd with another impressive display of her strength. With a mighty crash Yajiri was driven down onto the mat with Alaina’s weight crashing right on top of her! A breathless gasp burst from her lips as she laid there flattened out underneath the Amazon.

“One...!

Two...!”

The first two counts came and went without any sign of life or resistance. It seemed the rookie was finished here. But then as the ref’s hand came down a third time, it stopped just a hair above the mat ad Yajiri suddenly kicked her legs out and jolted a shoulder up! Really that couldn’t have been closer. If the ref hadn’t filed her nails earlier today that probably would’ve been a three count! Nevertheless, the match was still alive!

Alaina looked up in shock at the referee then down at Yajiri. As she stood up she knew Yajiri had just about had it. An amabomb would be overkill and she had slammed the girl senseless. She clapped and motioned to her hoping to get the crowd to cheer on her resilience which they did. Alaina grabbed onto Yajiri's legs and turned her over onto her stomach. "Ya don't quit and that is admirable girl! I just hate doing this to ya.." Alaina said, remembering her early matches. A loss to a cheating pirate, then a narrow loss to a real wrestler whom she respected.

Alaina dragged Yajiri to the center of the ring and locked in a sharpshooter submission hold! Alaina had gotten good at that one, and this way Yajiri would not be subjected to her power arsenal anymore. "There is no shame tapping when you are flat-out stuck. Lord knows I've had to do it quite a few times...."

Yajiri was too winded to utter an immediate response to Alaina’s words. The rookie merely panted and groaned, laying there while the Amazon tied up her legs and spun her over onto her front. With the sharpshooter expertly applied, the sudden pain that began to burn in her legs and back jolted Yajiri into a state of panic.

“AGHH!!” she cried, flailing and reaching for the ropes with her hands as the hold tortured her. But they were much too far away, and Yajiri simply didn’t have the muscle power to drag Alaina the distance for a rope break. The choice here seemed an obvious one. As much as Yajiri didn’t want to surrender, Alaina was right. She’d boldly called out the Entropy Champion in her debut and fought with all her heart. There was no shame in admitting defeat now. Slowly her hand began to rise as each second in the sharpshooter chipped away at her will to resist. Finally it came rushing down.......only to stop less than an inch over the mat!

Something else Alaina was right about, was that Yajiri wouldn’t quit. How could she afford to hear those words, then tap out immediately after? The short answer: she couldn’t. She screamed out in agony and balled her hand into a tight fist, but the rookie would not tap out! Instead she reached for Alaina’s nearest foot and tried to twist it to the side to disrupt the Amazon’s balance, hopefully just long enough to let Yajiri roll back over onto her back. If she could manage it, she’d try to coil her arms around Alaina’s neck and leg and roll the Entropy Champion onto her back for a sudden pin attempt, in a last ditch effort to steal this match from the veteran she admired so much!

Alaina wrenched down and grit her teeth, expecting Yajiri to give in! However, right when she anticipated a tapping out she was in for a nasty surprise! "Whoa! No no no!" Alaina cried out as she was rolled up into a pin! At two she thrust up to break the pin attempt! "You little....." Alaina grumbled as she got to her feet and grabbed Yajiri, ramming her knee into the rookie's sternum as hard as she could before putting Yajiri's head between Alaina's legs!

The crowd roared as they knew what was coming! Alaina lift Yajiri up to a sitting position on her shoulders before bringing her crashing down to the mat with an amabomb!

Yajiri held on for dear life as she rolled Alaina onto her back! The first count came, as did the second. If she could just hold the Amazon there for one more second, she’d score not only a monumental upset over her favorite wrestler, but a victory over the Entropy Champion in her debut! The thought alone gave her chills, but alas it wasn’t to be. After the two count Alaina jolted her legs up, breaking the pin then and there.

The rookie grunted and started trying to rise to her feet. But less than halfway up, Alaina grabbed onto her head and rammed a knee into her chest! “Guh!” Yajiri cried out at the winding impact. Sufficiently dazed, she could offer no resistance as he head was shoved between Alaina’s legs. She knew what came next as much as the rest of the audience. Had she been in the crowd, Yajiri would be roaring right along with them. But this was just the one perspective that made it hard to get excited about Alaina delivering her devastating finisher.

She was hoisted up with her legs draping over Alaina’s shoulders, briefly feeling like she was dozens of feet higher in the air than she really was. Then abruptly Yajiri’s body crashed violently onto the mat! And a breathless gasp burst from her lips before her limbs came to rest limply on the canvas.

Alaina didn't stop to taunt or take time to really take in the aftermath of her amabomb. Instead she quickly covered her opponent and hooked Yajiri's leg as she pinned her!

"One!"

Yajiri seemed lifeless and Alaina kept the pin as firm as she could! Yajiri proved to be tough and very ring smart with her ability to reverse holds as well as her ability to escape moves.

"Two!"

Alaina felt like this could be it, but there was no way to be sure until that third count came!

Battered and dazed as she was, there wasn’t anything Yajiri could do to resist as Alaina covered her for the pin. She felt the Amazon’s weight settle atop her and a leg being hooked. The rookie had put up as respectable fight as she could’ve, but this was the end of the line.

“THREE!”

The final count hit and the bell rang to make it official. While a small part of her would be frustrated over losing in her big debut, a much larger part of Yajiri’s conscious would be eager to learn from this experience...once she was done recovering from the bumps and bruises she’d sustained today. And judging by the lack of movement, and the small groans straining out of her lips, that might take a few days.

Alaina stood up as the bell rang, holding her arms high as the crowd cheered. The referee handed her the Entropy belt and Alaina adjusted it to wear it around her waist. She looked down at Yajiri and offered to held her up. "Kiddo, you have a ways to go before you are a champ but I see a lot of upside there. If you keep at it you'll be the one with your arms held high after the bell." Alaina said encouragingly.

"I have never been called out by a fan as big as you and faced them in the ring before, so that was kinda cool. Let me help ya to the back and maybe I have a surprise or two for ya." Alaina said, thinking that she could take a couple pictures with Yajiri and sign a few things as well. "I can also tell you aren't afraid of putting in work at the gym to get yourself ready for wrestling. Maybe sometime we can train together if that is all right with you?"

Yajiri could hear the bell ring, and Alaina’s music playing once again. But her bell was still rung pretty good, enough that those sounds sounded considerably more distant than they really were. While the Amazon posed and celebrated, the defeated rookie groaned and remained still while her brain worked to gradually unscramble itself.

When her senses were finally starting to work right again, Yajiri saw Alaina standing over her with a hand extended, offering to help her up. Slowly her own hand rose to grasp it, letting the Entropy Champion essentially drag her up, since Yajiri was too battered and tired to put much effort of her own in there. Once up she doubled over, rested her hands on her knees and panted heavily while her lungs tried to get her breathing back to a manageable level. Yes, she’d lost in her debut match. And a small part of Yajiri was frustrated at herself for that. But earning Alaina’s respect meant far more than that. Yajiri might’ve been pinned tonight, but from a purely mental and emotional standpoint she was feeling like a winner.

“Thank...you...” Yajiri said between panting breaths, politely bowing to Alaina in response to her complimentary words. It was a little hard to show it while she was so fatigued and beat up, but those words meant so much more to Yajiri than Alaina would ever know. And when Alaina offered to help her backstage for a surprise, and the chance to train with her, talk about icing on the cake.

“I’d...like that a lot. Really, thank you. It...was an honor to be in the ring with you...” Yajiri said with a smile. Right about then the rookie started to lose her balance, and took a stumbling step toward Alaina before instinctively reaching out and putting a hand on her to steady herself. “S-sorry about that...” Yajiri said with a blush, feeling a tad embarrassed for the clumsy misstep. “I don’t mean to rush, but...could we head back now?” If it were up to her, Yajiri would love to spend as much time as possible there in the ring with Alaina. But if she didn’t get to a place where she could sit down and rest, her legs might not hold up, and she didn’t want to keep looking like a bumbling mess in front of her idol.

Alaina smiled and put an arm around Yajiri. "Yeah, lets get you in the back and we can talk more while ya get checked out how does that sound?" Alaina asked as she helped Yajiri over to the ropes and spread them apart so it was easier for the young woman to get through. Alaina continued to help her up the ramp and into the back.

"This is a crazy world ya just entered, what made you want to be a wrestler? Did ya watch it growing up?"
