Yajiri Kasamatsu vs Alaina Sanders

The chinlock was locked in, and for a moment Yajiri allowed herself to grin confidently, as it felt like she had the Entropy Champion under control! That proved to be a miscalculation, however. Alaina’s hands grabbed onto hers and pulled, and though she resisted with all her strength, Yajiri quickly found her hands being pried away!

“Tch...” she grunted through grit teeth, partially in frustration at herself. This sort of hold might’ve been efficient against a weaker woman. But against someone as big and strong as Alaina, capable of easily using brute strength to escape, it wasn’t doing her any favors. A rookie mistake, and now Yajiri found herself just straining against the force of Alaina’s arms. It was obvious she wouldn’t be able to hold the Amazon down like this, but the newcomer just hoped her mistake wouldn’t come back to explode in her face.

Alaina kept hold as she pried Yajiri's hands apart, working her way back to her feet as she tried to control Yajiri. Alaina quickly tried to grab hold of one of Yajiri's arms and flipping her over her shoulder! If she was able to pull it off, she would quickly leap up looking to land an elbow drop down on Yajiri's mid section!

Sure enough, Alaina’s strength continued to prove too much for Yajiri to contain. She rose up to her feet along with the Amazon, then suddenly found herself flipping forward and dropping down onto her back. “Oomph!” she grunted. Then before she could even react, Alaina was already descending onto her with an elbow drop!

“Guh!!” the rookie gasped out as Alaina crashed onto her and drove the air right out of her lungs.

Alaina rolled Yajiri onto her back, and wanted to set her up in a hold of some sort. The rear naked choke was a favorite of the amazon, and it had been a while since she used it. Now seemed like a great time to bring that one back out! Alaina tried to pounce down on top of Yajiri and wrap her legs tight around the rookie's mid section while her arms wrapped around her throat from behind! "Gotta think fast to get out of this one girl! There is also no shame in tapping out either..." Alaina said, knowing full well in some holds it was better to tap when you were beat than to risk injury.

Still, she also knew the effect of pride and she personally hated tapping out and avoided it if she could. Still Alaina stepped in between the ropes and into the ring to win not to have sympathy towards a rookie.

Yajiri grunted as she was rolled over. Having the point of Alaina’s elbow slam down onto her had been rough, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as what was coming. She felt the Amazon’s larger frame pounce onto her, then suddenly a pair of arms and legs were coiling around her. By the time Yajiri recognized what was happening, it was already too late.

“Ngh!!” she grunted out as Alaina squeezed her with the rear naked choke. Her hands moved instinctively to grab at Alaina’s strong arms in hopes of prying them off just enough to let her breathe a bit. Regardless of whether that had any chance of working or not, Alaina was right. Yajiri couldn’t afford to stay in this position for long. With the weight on top of her coupled with the constricting pressure against her neck and midsection, she was going to be tapping out or passing out if she didn’t find a way out fast!

The best solution seemed to be to find the ropes. So, Yajiri suddenly yanked her body down and to the side in an attempt to roll them over a couple times, then reached out with her boot hoping she’d brought them close enough that she could reach the rope. If not, well...her situation was likely just going to keep getting worse!

Alaina felt them roll but kept up the pressure, trying to squeeze the fight out of Yajiri and end the match.

"Rope break!"

That ended that idea in a hurry. Alaina immediately let go and backed off allowing Yajiri to be free of the hold and get up to her feet uninterrupted. Alaina stood, staring straight at Yajiri squaring off with her and looking every bit as imposing as she could. "Yajiri you need to always keep yourself in the fight, you hear me?" Alaina said trying to spur Yajiri into action. "I told you to give me your best shot earlier, and this can't possibly be your best. Kick it up a notch and bring it on!" Alaina added in, motioning for Yajiri to move in. Alaina may have sounded harsh but she intended on trying to encourage Yajiri and keep her going!

Fortunately, Yajiri’s foot managed to find the ropes. Once the break was called for and Alaina released her from the hold, she started coughing and pulled herself up to her knees while her lungs tried to get themselves functioning properly again.

The brunette looked up at Alaina as she spoke, and inwardly cursed at herself. Yes, the Amazon’s words were uncomplimentary, but that was only because Yajiri had performed poorly thus far. Alaina was right, she needed to do a lot better from here on out. She nodded, then stood back up.

Yajiri crouched in her stance and shuffled forward with her arms out, hoping to make Alaina think she was going to try to initiate another lockup. But instead, she’d suddenly lower her body while charging forward. Her arms shot to lock around Alaina’s legs in place while her upper body shot toward her midsection, hoping to bring her down to the mat with a double leg takedown.

Alaina saw Yajiri coming and readied herself for a lockup. However, Yajiri had different ideas! Alaina was happy that she seemed to listen to what Alaina said, however she was disappointed in herself for being caught off guard so easily!

"Oomph!" Alaina grunted as she hit the mat, in poor position to do anything. She would quickly try to get up to her feet, knowing that a vertical base was the last thing Yajiri wanted to see. However, Yajiri was the one in position to act immediately and prevent Alaina from getting up if she acted quickly!

In the back of Alaina's mind she knew she had to stay on guard for things like that. No more underestimating Yajiri, which Alaina would rectify so long as Yajiri wasn't able to keep up the pressure.

Yajiri knew trying to lift and slam Alaina right now would’ve only resulted in herself being planted down on the mat in some way, shape or form. But tripping her, even if it was with a relatively basic technique, proved a much more practical strategy. Down on the mat it would be harder for Alaina to make use of her power advantage, but as Yajiri had just learned, that didn’t mean she couldn’t use it. She could definitely make it harder for the Amazon though.

While Alaina scrambled to try to get back up, Yajiri clung onto her legs to keep them from being put to proper use. “I don’t think so!” she said. Then she’d adjust her grip to focus specifically on Alaina’s right leg. Once it was secured she’d start to get up, only to suddenly and quickly drop right back down with her elbow out, aiming to drop the point of it right on Alaina’s thigh!

Alaina clawed and worked her way up, or so she thought! "Its gonna take more than... Argh! D-damn it!" Alaina cursed as Yajiri's elbow found its mark and sent pain shooting through the powerful leg of the amazon! Alaina went back down and Yajiri had hold of her legs. This girl was a pesky one and Alaina wanted to put her in her place, but was in no position to do so.

The most Alaina could do was worm her way into position to try to sit up and send a few punches Yajiri's way!
