"Alright. I am beginning to lower you now." she said, doing just that. Soon enough, Ruby's face was submerged with about 6 inches of water above it. Feruza was gently holding her friend's chest, to keep her from instinctively shooting up.

"You are doing good." she said, timing Ruby's stay underwater.

As Ruby was pushed into the water, she felt the heat of the water pressing against her young face, it was a bit hot for her taste, but she knew her relaxation was the last thing she needed to worry about.

Ruby held her eyes close together and tried to keep track in her head how long it was. She tried her hardest to stay under for as long as possible, but after thirty seconds , Ruby squeezed her trainers hand, showing that she was ready to get some air.

Feruza quickly brought the naked Ruby out of the water. She was pleasantly surprised at her... pupil? She liked the idea of having a pupil. She was pleasantly surprised at how long her pupil was able to endure, even if it wasn't very impressive.

"Good job. Was 30 seconds. Of course, you will need to get better if you want survive smothers. Many women will smother for lots longer than 30 seconds." she said, reassuringly. Ooh, how she would like to smother her once more~

Ruby gasped for air and did her best to try to get some air back into her small body. She wasn't sure if 30 seconds was good or not, but she was happy her misstress approved. She took a minute to get her breath back before turning to her teacher.

"Ok..." She would gasp out. "Are we doing that again? Or is that enough?"

"Hmm. I say we do it twice more times." Feruza said, botching the English slightly. "Three times a day seems like good plan, yes? I think so." she said, not really giving Ruby a chance to answer.

"Anyways, you know the plan, yes?" she asked, placing that gentle hand once more between the breasts of the girl 8 years her junior. The Uzbek woman smiled, and looked warmly into the small girl's eyes.

Ruby blushed again as she had Feruza place her hands between Ruby's petite breast. She didn't want to do this again, but she didn't have much of an option. She would close her eyes and take a deep breath before nodding and prepared herself for the second dive.

Once again, the Uzbek would push the younger girl into the water and gently hold her there. She counted aloud this time, and smiled down at the submerged Ruby, although she doubted that her smile could be seen.

Ruby Didn't see the smile because she had her eyes close. Ruby was still slightly out of breath from the last time she went under and couldn't force her self down as long as she squeezed the hand after about 24 seconds.

Feruza quickly brought her up. "Not as long that time. Are you sure you got enough breath, friend?" she asked, a hint of worry permeating her voice. "Maybe we should stop this exercise for now. However, that would mean..." she grinned lustrously. That would mean is sexual endurance exercise next."

Ruby was gasping for air, unable to control her desire for air as she tried to get oxygen in her lungs again. She wouldn't hear what her new owner said and just wanted to regain the air that she lost.
