Supermarket Standoff

Grocery shopping was not typically one of Julia’s duties within the Higurashi dojo. But on this particular day it seemed everyone but Julia was busy, so the task had fallen to her. Not that she minded. From the unexpected arrivals of family and enemies to the usual ongoings in the wrestling world, a lot of crazy stuff had been going down recently, and the blonde needed an excuse to get out of the house and let her mind drift away from it all for a bit.

The dojo’s resident cowgirl had on a tight fitting jeans, a white shirt partially concealed under a brown leather jacket, and of course a pair of cowgirl boots as she entered the supermarket. “Alright now. Lets see what we need...” she said aloud to herself while removing a small piece of paper from her pocket, which contained a list Junko had written of everything she needed.

“Eggs, milk...” her voice trailed off as she skimmed over the rest. Seemed fairly standard, nothing that should be too difficult to find. So she started walking through the supermarket...only to quickly come to a dilemma she hadn’t considered. The list was in English, but the vast majority of everything else here wasn’t. “Oh... Well I should be able to find this stuff without havin’ to read the labels.” Julia told herself, then went off to look for the milk, figuring that’d be the easiest thing to check off.

But when she found the milk section, she found herself staring at rows of seemingly endless variations of cartons. Some were blue and white, others were green, one section was red, and all of them had a bunch of Japanese characters written all over them! Which was the 2%? Which was whole? And what the hell were the seemingly thousands of other choices? And which one was she supposed to buy?!

“Shit...” the cowgirl muttered, feeling more like a fish out of water now than almost any other time during her time here in Japan as she tried to decipher this embarrassingly obscure little mystery before her...

It was late and their was virtually no food back in the pool house. That being said, Kelly tried to borrow some from Lukretia's massive kitchen but she was warded off by a pack of her stupid maids. With no options left for the former champion of Friction. Kelly Conway saddled up in her Red Camaro, one of the few last gifts her parents got her, Kelly drove to a local supermarket and parked herself in the nearest space available before getting out.

Casual Kelly:

Clad in a red jacket, turquoise top and jean shorts, Kelly Conway made her into the supermarket, picking up a basket where she hastily strolled into the market.



"Okay... " Kelly took a deep breath and began to gather everything she needed to make her lazy mom's famous Tuna salad. "Okay soo..." She went down the condiments aisle and acquired what she needed. Mayonnaise and Mustard. "Now for the cans of Tuna!" She exclaimed as she slowly paced around the store before she noticed someone down the asile. Someone with blonde hair... Someone... From the Dojo. A closer look showed exactly who it was. Julia Rogers.

Kelly sneered at the girl but later smiled deviously at the sight of a foe she never truly fought against. And yet, she wanted to now. She wanted to teach this dojo girl a lesson.

Setting her cart off to the side, Kelly tried to play it cool. Grabbing a gallon of milk before slowly approaching Juilia from the side before suddenly breaking into a sprint and trying to hook the whole gallon right into Julia's face!

Julia continued to stare at the wall of milk cartons before her, trying to figure out which was the kind they usually got. She was really regretting not paying enough attention to these sorts of things before. It was truly seeming hopeless, so she pulled our her phone to call Junko. Maybe she could help. But before she started dialing, the blonde heard rapid footsteps, and turned curiously in that direction.

“Huh-- UNGH!!!” Julia cried out as a gallon of milk was smashed right into her face! She’d been struck with a lot of various objects over the course of her career: chairs, kendo sticks, trash cans, etc. But this was the first time anyone had used a gallon of milk to attack her. The impact knocked her back, and her body slammed up against shelf where boxes of ice cream of seeming every flavor imaginable stood. Julia and several of the boxes fell to the ground, one bouncing off of her blonde head in the process. Her phone had slipped out of her hand somewhere in the middle of all of this.

“Ugh...” she groaned, rubbing her head and looking up to see who her assailant was. “Kelly?! The hell’re ya doin?!” Julia yelled out as she tried to pull herself up.

Smacking the dojo girl upside her stupid face was beyond satisfying for Kelly who cackled as she bumped into the shelf before flopping down to the floor where the boxes of ice cream fell on her. Kelly would simply stand over Julia and laugh her head of at the girl.

"Ha! Ahahaahahahah!! HAhahaha- *snort* Hahaha!" Kelly bellowed before wiping a tear from her eye before she loomed down over Julia with a sinister grin.

"Just doin' a little SHOPPING! And making sure to clean the aisle of a spill! Kelly said as she opened the milk and tried to pour it right onto Julia's face!

For the briefest of moments Julia thought about how almost ironic it seemed that, despite the fact that she and Kelly both had been wrestling for the same company for over a year, the only two times they’d met face to face had been in the Higurashi dojo and the supermarket. But the thought was quickly erased by the sound of the former world champ’s bellowing laughter.

Julia then noticed Kelly opening the milk, and her eyes went wide while alarm bells rang off in her head. “NO, DON’T-- MMKGH!!!” She’d tried to shield herself with her arms, but the milk found its way to her face regardless, drowning out any words of protest she had wanted to say. Her shirt was getting soaked to the point that the white bra underneath was suddenly quite visible, and Julia just knew this would ruin her jacket too. Although, that didn’t seem to be the biggest issue at hand.

Flailing and spluttering while a downpour of milk descended on her, Julia’s hand found a box of mint ice cream, and hurled it upward in the general direction of Kelly’s head! She wasn’t sure what that would do, but if it got the other blonde to back off even for a moment, that’d be more than worth it.

"Hahahahahah!!!" Kelly continued to laugh as the milk splashed and sputtered all over Julia's pretty face. It was so nice to humiliate this awful girl. The same one who denied her a chance to join the Dojo as their new leader with Parker gone.

"You all made the mistake of turning me down. I could have taken all of you to heights that Parker could never have! Now... I'll make you regret that decision. Starting with you. The bitch who thinks she can steal my style! I'm the only blonde who gets to rock all red!" Kelly muttered coldly down at Julia before... Ice cream!

Her eyes suddenly widened as she saw the green container of delicious dairy product suddenly flung into her face!

"UGH!" The item bounced harshly off her face and made the blonde stumble back what little milk was left, poured onto the supermarket floor.

Well, at least Julia now knew what this was all about. The situation was more clear to the cowgirl, but understanding it didn’t make things any better. She was still on the floor of a supermarket and soaked in milk. But finally she managed to buy some breathing room after the ice cream container she threw crashed right into Kelly’s face and made her stumble back.

“Bullshit!” she yelled at the former world champ while grabbing onto the shelves to pull herself back up. “No one could ever replace Taylor! Especially not someone who stands for everything she fought against!” Julia barked out, then picked up another case of ice cream. Strawberry this time. Though Julia wouldn’t have been able to tell if not for the picture on the label.

“Ya like red so much? Well here!” With that the milk-drenched luchadora hurled the ice cream container like a fastball at Kelly’s face! Hit or miss, Julia was then going to immediately bull rush right at her mentor’s nemesis in an attempt to tackle her right into the first shelf behind her!

Kelly's eye twitched violently as Julia denied her and argued. Such loyalty to that bitch Parker pissed her off. Kelly had been betrayed or discarded by just about ALL of her Dojo members and here Julia was staying true to her former leader. It was downright infuriating!

"None of you rookies have any right to turn me away! I've done more than you and the rest of you-" Kelly argued before she saw a gallon of ice cream being flung in her face!

Her eyes widened and her body screamed to move but there was nothing she could do as the ice cream's lid fell off and SPLAT!

"MUFKK!!" Pink ice cold, ice cream came splatting right into Kelly's face, the hard pitch and cold temperature stinging and numbing her face as the gallon circled her features while she stumbled back before Julia came barreling in! "OUGFF!!" Kelly groaned with the cold ice cream still in her face as Julia plowed right into her stomach! Sending the two into a shelf that quickly toppled over!

"AAHHHHH!!"

Terror and Commotion had erupted as several shelves suddenly tumbled over like a domino effect. Middle Aged women, old ladies, young children, even whole families were scattering as two white girls began to lay waste to the peaceful store!

Had this been a hardcore match sanctioned by AFW, the people watching would likely be a bunch of fans loudly cheering as Julia drove Kelly into one shelf, which toppled several more in the process. But the people here weren’t fans. They were just ordinary people who had been minding their own business when this chaos suddenly erupted out of nowhere.

Julia could certainly sympathize with their situation, and understand their confusion and shock as they watched on. But Kelly had started this mess, and the cowgirl knew just sitting back and taking the former champ’s abuse would quite simply be horrible for her health.

Stripping off her leather jacket and using her arms to wipe milk off her face and out of her eyes, Julia slowly dragged herself back up to her feet. Her torso was freezing under her soaked white shirt, but that was something she’d just have to live with. She damn sure wasn’t about to just strip half naked in front of the whole supermarket!

“After everything you did?! Hell no, we had every right!” Julia finally argued back, yelling at the downed blonde.

The gallon fell off Conway's face a revealed a rather pissed off looking Kelly who glared daggers at Julia as the woman stood over her and foolishly argued instead of fought. Kelly had no problem unleashing her family's secret technique as retaliation.

"Shut up." Kelly snarled as she shot a foot up into Julia's crotch for a desperate low blow!
