Hinata waited with closed eyes, kneeling down in front of the curtain hiding the gorilla position from the view of AFW's attending audience. Her breath was quick, and a few beads of sweat were already rolling down the side of her face. She had grown impatient for tonight. She was eager for this match. It was her big debut in the AFW, and she was ready for this.

She waited anxiously, waiting for the right signal, waiting to hear the first drums of her entrance music. The moment, the exact moment that Hinata heard that sound, the girl exploded. Like a bolt of lightning, she suddenly took off, tearing through the curtains and into the AFW's arena. With a grin on her face and a fire in her eyes, she raced down the ramp towards the ring, not once looking back, not once hesitating.

This was her ring. She had been waiting years for this moment, to finally make it to the biggest stage of all, and she wasn't going to waste the chance. She didn't care who they were making her fight in her debut. She planned on kicking their ass and showing everyone why they should watch out for her!

As soon as she reached the ring, Hinata leaped into the air, landing with both boots on the apron, and then without watching a moment or a movement, she vaulted herself over the ropes and into the ring. Her grin grew a little wider as she hurried to her corner, turning back to face the entrance to the arena. She wasn't wasting any time posturing or posing for the audience. She wanted her opponent out now.

Hinata was impatient, and she was ready to fight!

A few minutes past to give everything a chance to calm down after Hinata's energetic entrance as Katori approached the curtain to await her call to the ring. She heard beforehand that her opponent is a debuting newcomer, which makes the angel giggle at the irony as she had a debut match herself previously and was now dealing with a newbie herself. But nonetheless Katori was more then excited for this match and she plans to win it this time.

The Mighty Successor took a deep breath and closed her eyes and then right on queue, her entrance theme "Furanme of the Phoenix" started up and Katori enters the arena as the audience cheers for her. She stands on the stage with a fist on her hip and throws the other arm up and makes the victory gesture with her fingers, electing another cheer from the fans and then jogs down the ramp towards the ring. On the way down she gave the fans high-fives for both sides of the ramp before reaching the bottom.

Once she approached the ring Katori climbed up on the apron then grabbed onto the top ropes before vaulting over them with ease and style. She immediately threw a fist up high as the crowd yet again erupts in cheers while Katori headed over towards her corner then lowering it to cross her arms after stopping at it to face her fresh opponent.

Katori got a good look at the girl seeing that she was slightly shorter then her and was filled with boundless energy, along with a hint of impatience in her eyes. The angel grinned competitively at her opponent then raises her arm a bit to give a brief wave and winks at the girl. "Yo! Pleasure to meet you, rookie."

Hinata winced, as the poppy entrance theme of her opponent started to play, erupting over the arena's speakers. It wasn't the kind of music that she liked at all, and she secretly hoped that her opponent would hurry to the ring so it would be cut off sooner.

When Katori finally arrived, Hinata leaned forward, watching her with great interest as she made her way down the ramp, vaulting over the ropes and into the ring. Copycat... Hinata thought, folding her arms in annoyance as she waited for the girl to finish her entrance. Truthfully, she wasn't that impressed. The girl didn't seem like much, and Hinata was sure that this would be an easy, simple debut. She had no doubts that she would be walking out of the arena as winner tonight!

She lifted her hands as Katori finally turned to her, pounding a fist into her open palm as she stepped forward to meet the bluenette. She grinned back at her, but when Katori spoke up, Hinata froze, furrowing her brow at the girl.

"R-rookie?!" She answered in surprise, her eyes going wide. "Who are you calling a rookie?! I've got plenty of experience in the ring, you know! And I'm going to use all of it to kick your ass tonight!"

As Katori continued to watch her opponent she can see the burning fire in her eyes when she pound her fist in her palm, oh this'll be good. Just as Hinata left her corner so did the successor to meet with her in the center of the ring. And apparently, what Katori said to the girl must have hit a nerve from being called a rookie, and honestly it made the angel chuckle a bit.

"But it's still your debut match, and by that logic you are a rookie here in AFW. Just like me, since this is my second match." She said back to Hinata but still keeping her grin on her expression as she locked eyes with the girl. Katori puts her hands on her hips after stopping in front of her opponent at the ring's center, her grin getting wider at the remark of Hinata using her experience to kick the successor's ass. "Heh! But nonetheless, I'm looking forward to going all out as well."

But even with that declaration Katori is not gonna drop her politeness and sportsmanship, as she slightly leans forward and extends a hand to Hinata to offer a friendly handshake. "Katori Kimura, former Wrestle Angels veteran. Let's have a good rumble." She'll say, and will give a strong and firm grip should Hinata accept the handshake.

Hinata listened to Katori's explanation, and as she listened, her grin crept back onto her face. She waited for Katori to finish, then when the girl stopped, she stepped forward, pushing her arm aside and ignoring her handshake. She placed her hands on her hips and pushed up against Katori, standing chest to chest with her, looking up at the taller girl with that eager fire still burning in her eyes.

"Hah! The only name that's going to be important tonight is my name!" She declared, puffing out her chest proudly against Katori, leaning towards her. "The only name anyone is going to remember tonight is Hinata Huerta, because I plan on beating you in record time and blowing everyone's minds tonight!"

She grinned a little wider, then stepped back from Katori, heading to her corner to wait for the bell. Inwardly, she was super excited, not just for her debut but to find out she was fighting a former Wrestle Angel. The thought of it thrilled her! Beating someone as notable and famous as a Wrestle Angel was surely the quickest way to make herself known and let everyone know that she wasn't playing around!

At first when Hinata pushed Katori's arm out of the way she dropped her grin and raised an eyebrow in confusion, surely this girl wasn't a heel, right? Then that moment when this hothead moved up and pressed up against the angel, with their busts together, causing slight discomfort and making Katori a bit flustered at the sudden action. That is, until Hinata started to talk back to Katori with such passion that is...

The discomfort and the embarrassment quickly faded as the Mighty Successor's competitive grin returned to her face, but widened to a smirk as she also presses into her opponent with hands on her hips too then leans in to press her forehead against Hinata's, staring at her dead in the eyes. "Hey, don't get so overconfident in yourself before the match even started now!" Katori started to say in her opponent's face with an excited but competitive tone in her voice. "I don't plan on going down easily, and I fully intend to give you one hell of a debut tonight you'll love and never forget. And by the way. Happy to meet you too, Hinata!"

It was only the second match, but already Katori has found someone to consider a great rival to compete with more in the future. Just like Hinata she also backs away from her opponent to go back to her corner. The angel's heart was beating fast from excitement and it won't stop, Katori just wants to start this match as soon as possible and does some quick warm-up stretches before the ref-girl signals for the gong.

Hinata stomped to her own corner, and just like Katori, she began to do a few stretches, waiting for the bell to ring. She watched Katori the entire time, staring across the ring towards her, that eager, hungry look still in her eyes. When the bell finally rang, she was quick to move back to the center of the ring to meet the Wrestle Angel.

She didn't waste any time getting things started, either. As she approached Katori, she lifted her arms up, and lunged straight for the bluenette, trying to lock up with her and start to push against her with a grapple!

Like with Hinata, while warming up the Mighty Successor kept her eyes on her opponent, not breaking eye contact even once that showed just as much fierce determination and eagerness to fight as her new rival's. When Katori finished up her warm-up stretches, the gong rings and the match is on.

The young angel pushes from her corner to meet with Hinata at the ring's center and just then the girl throws herself at Katori to grapple with her. Thinking quick she brings her arms up to lock up with the fiery wrestler as she closed in, feeling her being pushed back by this girl put in all she had. Katori grinned widely then braced her feet to stop herself from moving and starts to push back against Hinata, making this grapple a test of strength to try and overpower her opponent.

Hinata grinned back at Katori, slowly pushing her back with her quick grapple, pushing forward to try and force the Wrestle Angel further backwards. She felt good, as she shoved Katori backwards, but once the Angel planted her feet and stopped her progress, Hinata's grin dropped off of her face. She felt her push halted, and she didn't like that. How dare Katori try to stop her from getting the advantage!

"Nn...not bad!" She shouted, as she planted her own feet against the mat, her arms flexing as she leaned in against Katori. "It won't be good enough though!"

She kept trying to push, shoving harder against Katori, as she tried again to move the girl back, the newcomer stubborn and dead-set on doing this!

Katori had stopped Hinata's pushing advances after bracing herself then pushing back against her, and neither of the girls moving or budging an itch of ground in an attempt to have the edge over the other. "Same to you!" She said back to her opponent as both girls give it there all and hold nothing back to push the other back with all their strength!

While the young angel did love this bout she was having it won't last forever and Hinata might try something in the middle of it, and if they keep this up they'll be very exhausted later from wasting their energy early in the match. And that won't be good, Katori thought, for both themselves and the audience.

So thinking quickly, she got an idea. Katori smirks then opens her mouth. "Hey, do you like to fly?" She'll ask to Hinata, but before she'll get an answer the Mighty Successor will lift a leg up right away and press her foot in her fiery opponent's abdomen before leaning back to roll and then throw Hinata backwards across the mat!
