Adrian Kytes vs Mystery Opponent number 456 (Tai)

Adrian twisted and turned Grizzly's arm, trying to scramble for a proper hold instead of just twisting and squeezing every big joint she could, not the fingers, she wasn't that much of a bitch. Still, scrambling for an awkward hold was wearing the Hardcore Champion down, it was time to move to something she knew how to do really well, something that would all but guarentee her victory if she could lock it in.

Shuffling and pulling the Veteran's arm up into the air, she tried to swing her leg over Grizzly's head so she was sitting side on with Yamamoto's arm between her legs. From there she attempted to get Grizzly's head so that her neck was lying on Adrian's calf, stage two of the set up for the rarely seen Kyte Strings

This was bad. Grizzly didn't even know what hold this was, but she cold feel every twist and knot Adrian was trying to apply to her arm, and she knew she was too damn old to be getting twisted into a pretzel.

Luckily, opportunity presented itself as Adrian tried to get her legs in position, giving Grizzly a moment to try and shift her weight and roll over to the side, pulling Adrian down onto her back and rolling her up into a sloppy schoolboy pin!

Okay Adrian, just get it hooked under the neck, over the arm... Adrian told herself as she tried to move into position to lock Grizzy up for good, however the big bear of Wrestle Angels wanted no part of Adrian's submission finisher, and still had enough strength in her arm to muscle the Hardcore Champion over onto her shoulders before she knew what the heck.

"ONE!" The referee called as her hand slapped down on the mat, only then jerking Adrian out of her attempts to get a proper submission hold on Yamamoto, for now she just needed to get her shoulders off the mat.

Whew. Disaster averted. Grizzly was too damn old to be letting some young punk start damaging her muscles and ligaments and ruining her new career this early.

Sadly, the girl was able to kick of her attempted roll up. Still, it bought the former champ time to push herself back up to her feet, before she started to bring her arm down onto the girls body, trying to smash her forearm onto her.

Adrian managed to roll herself back onto all fours as she kicked out, that could have been embarrassing, getting rolled up mid-way through locking in her special move, but it did teach her some important things. One: make sure the opponent is completely out of it when trying to get complicated holds off like that. If Grizzly wasn't as quick on the draw say from... getting kicked in the head a bunch of times, the hardcore Champ would have got the Kyte Strings locked in and just be waiting out the submission.

Two: don't stay too long in one position with Grizzly Yamamoto or you get smacked. "Argh!" the brunette let out as Grizzly's heavy arm smacked her back down, flat out on the mat "Ugh."

Heh. That was fun....in fact...why not do it again!

Grizzly let out a loud laugh, grabbing Adrian by the back of her outfit and pulling her up, just to smack her back down with her forearm again!

Still holding the girls outfit, Grizzly would pull her up to her feet and, if Adrian didn't have any immediate objection, would try her own submission hold, one more than fitting for her...The Grizzly Bearhug!

Wrapping her arms lightly around the younger woman's midsection, Grizzly would lift her up, feet off the mat, and hold her in her arms, applying pressure and squeezing as tightly as she could, trying to crush the orange glad girls ribs, squeezing her body against her own!

"See this? THIS is a submission move!"

It wasn't fun for Adrian, being turned into a painful Yo-Yo for the Japanese veteran. The Hardcore Champion getting the double whammy of the forearm in the back and a second impact with the mat "Stop it!" Adrian groaned as she tried to push herself up off the mat for a third time and to Grizzly's credit: she did stop smacking Adrian back down to the canvas. If only to put the American through something much worse.

"Gckkkk!" Adrian gurgled out as she felt every rib in her body start to strain under the squeeze, making the champion feel like a toothpaste tube which Grizzly was determined to get every bit out of.

"Graaah! Grizzly Crush!"

Grizzly yelled, squeezing the redhead as tight as she could, starting to swing her lighter body around, making her limbs flail wildly, just to add further confusion to the no doubt intense pain.

Indeed, the Bear Hug was one of the oldest and, some would say, most archaic moves in the Big Book of Wrestling, but like with Grizzly herself "Old" didn't mean ineffective.

Adrian felt as though she was gonna hurl, not only was Grizzly swinging her around like a rag doll, she still had to deal with her ribs and spine being crushed. Oldest tricks in the book from one of the oldest wrestlers in the business. "Ngghh!" Adrian grunted, trying to get her arms up as she started teeing off on Grizzly's forehead, trying to force a break by the tried and true method of repeatedly elbowing Yamamoto in the face.

Each elbow hurt like hell, thudding off of Grizzly's head. But she held strong, squeezing tightly and shaking the Hardcore Champion around in a mighty fashion, clearly having not lost any of her previous strength.

Each shot made her head throb more, making her fuzzy, but she was determined to hold on as long as she could...which turned out to only be a few moments longer, as the next elbow finally caused her to drop the champ, staggering away, both hands going to her eye, where the elbow had connected.

"GAHH! BITCH! RIGHT IN THE GODDAMN EYE!"

Grizzly yelled, now (temporarily) half blinded AND with several lumps on her head!
