Hina Sarutobi

Sermis was in her locker room, getting ready for another match but not just any match.  This was qualifier match for Avalanche event.  It seemed that after performing several matches, a few of the higher ups had taken notice of her and decided to put her in a qualifier match.  If she performed well enough, then she would be going into one of the biggest AFW events of the year, Avalanche.  To say that Sermis was excited didn't even begin to describe her mood.

She would make sure that her uniform was ready before going over the information about her opponent.  Her opponent name was Hina and she had won her debut match.  This was good as it meant her opponent would be putting up a good fight and thus Sermis would have more chances to show off her skills and impress the higher ups.

The raven hair wrestler then heard a knock on her door telling her it was time for her match.  She nodded her head before making her way out, and towards the entrance, just staying out of sight waiting for her theme song to play.  A few moments pass before her song began to play and Sermis would make her way out to the ramp and towards the ring.  The audience would boo her, hating the heel, but Sermis simply waved at them as she continued her way down before arriving at the ring.

The half Japanese wrestler would climb the ring before performing a split and sliding in under the bottom rope as she then picked herself up and giving a wink to the audience.  Sermis would then make her way to the corner and rest on the turnbuckle, now waiting for her opponent to show up so that they could start the qualifying match.

Hina was ready for her match after winning her debut. She didn't really have any motivation for this Avalanche event, but she wasn't going to throw matches away as she was here for a certain reason. Someone came by her locker room and told her that she could head down to the ring and Hina did just that.

On her way to the ring, Hina pulled up her mask and covered up the lower portion of her face. She also made sure that her bell was tied tightly to her braid and thats when she reached the ramp. Her music started and Hina made her way to the ring and walked up the steel steps and stepped through the ropes.

Hina looked at her larger opponent as she removed her bell and placed it on the steps by the corner. Now she just needed to wait for the bell to ring and get this match started.

Sermis was now resting on the turnbuckle waiting for her opponent to arrive.  Then her opponent theme music played and the raven hair wrestler watched the entrance as her opponent came down. Her opponent was wearing a mask that covered the lower part of her face and she also seemed to be smaller and lighter then Sermis, meaning the half Japanese wrestler would now have a size advantage over her opponent.

As Hina entered the ring and went to her corner, Sermis would move towards the center of the ring and offer her hand to be shaken.  “Greetings I am Sermis, a pleasure to meet you.” stated the raven hair wrestler as she gave a smile.  If Hina accepted her handshake, Sermis would then try to pull her opponent towards her and attempt to hit her with a knee to the gut, a dirty tactic to gain an early advantage in the match before the bell even rung.

Hina walked up to her opponent and looked at hand that was out to be shaken. Now she didn't want to be rude, but she didn't shake Sermis's hand. Instead she offered her a light bow and her eyes stayed on Sermis. Hina may have been knew to the AFW, but she has seen the handshake trap before when she studied modern professional wrestling.

"My name is Sarutobi, Hina and it is a pleasure to meet you." Hina would back away from Sermis, but she didn't show her back to her. Without much knowledge of the current Friction wrestlers, Hina didn't trust anyone at face value and kept to herself.

It seemed that Hina decided not to take the bait and instead gave a bow. In all honestly it was a clever tactic, it still showed respect while not leaving oneself to open to attack. Thus, Sermis would also make her way back to her corner. From what she could tell, her opponent was most likely a face, this could also prove to be another advantage for her. For now Sermis would rest on the turnbuckle, waiting for the bell to ring.

The raven hair wrestler would not have to wait long as the bell then rang, indicating the start of the match. Sermis would move forward, having her arms extend and her hands open. “Say, do you care for a test of strength, though I understand if you are to scared.” stated the raven hair wrestler as she taunted her opponent. The half Japanese wrestler felt confident that she could win such a contest, but she had no intentions of doing so. If Sarutobi decided to accept her contest, Sermis would then attempt to hit her with a kick to the gut.

When the bell rang to start the match, Hina made her way toward her opponent and was instantly offered another hand. Hina was obviously being baited by Sermis into a battle of pure strength or did her opponent trully believe that the two would somewhat even.

Hina had started to reach out with her hand like she was prepared to lock hands with Sermis. While out of reach, Hina would inch closer and closer to Sermis until she felt close enough. Reaching for Sermis's hand was a feint and Hina jumped toward Sermis with a spinning heel kick.

Sermis could see her opponent coming towards her and she looked like she was going to accept the challenge.  Good, all Sermis had to do was lock hands and then she could deliver the blow to the gut and get the early advantage.  Yet just before they were about to lock hands, her opponent shifted and jump towards her before hitting Sermis with a spinning heel kick.

The raven hair wrestler was caught off guard and down to the canvas due to being hit in the head.  She felt a bit insulted, as she had planned a trap but fell into the trap of her opponent instead.  The crowd was applauding the opening move as the known heel feel down to a dirty tactic, giving her a taste of her own medicine.  Yet Sermis wouldn't stay down soon as she would attempt to quickly get back up and into the fight.

Hina flipped over and soon felt her foot hit Sermis in the head and she would quickly get to her feet after doing so. Moving toward Sermis, Hina would try to get on Sermis's back and force her into a dragon sleeper. It may have been too early for a submission hold, but if it was locked-in the hold could cause some long-term damage.

Sermis was starting to get up when she suddenly felt her opponent get on her back and place her in a dragon sleeper hold. The raven hair wrestler was surprised, the match had just started and her opponent was already trying to do a submission hold. Sermis decided to grip Hina arm to relieve some of the pressure on her neck so that she could breathe a bit better. Her other arm though would start trying to elbow her opponent right in the chest. The raven hair wrestler was going to make this far worse for Hina then it was for Sermis.
