Eirina Makishima vs. Sermis Languis

Tonight would be another match for Eirina Makishima again. This time, she would be facing someone named Sermis Languis. Well, she was certain that this would be another interesting encounter, though she was hoping that she could emerge victorious at the end of this match, considering that she had been getting a streak of losses lately. Experiencing losses here and there had been quite a norm for a wrestler, but at the very least, she wanted to build a name for herself and win some matches. Also, she needed to improve herself, training herself and keeping herself in shape. She could tell that she was still a bit rusty even after a few months wrestling, and she needed to do something to remedy that.

"Oh well... have to focus on this match," muttering to herself, Eirina waited at the Gorilla position for her cue to show up before her music was played. The Latin-esque tune filled the arena, which prompted the crowd to cheer for Eirina before she stepped through the curtain, heading onstage. Clad in her usual getup; red-and-white bikini, red detached sleeves, metallic-colored bands on her thighs and red boots, Eirina walked down the ramp, acknowledging her fans' support, winking mischievously and blowing kisses here and there. The crowd also seemed to appreciate the suggestive sway of her body as she strutted down the ramp, heading over to the ring.

Eirina Makishima:

Once she reached the ring, her music faded before she climbed up the steel steps and slipped into the ring through the ropes. She would circle around the ring a few times, waving her hands at the crowd and posing sexily for the cameramen for the enjoyment of everyone watching. Right after that, she would head over to the corner in order to wait for her opponent to show up. She wanted to see her opponent in person and she'd like to see what kind of person she was.

Sermis was looking forward to getting back in the ring.  She was going up against someone named Eirina.  Compared to most wrestlers in AFW, she was considered a bit old.  Usually, Sermis was the older one but this just meant she would have a bit more of an edge over her opponent.  Though she would make sure to take her opponent seriously, from what she had heard, Eirina had done several matches and had won a few of them.

Soon her theme music would start to play and Sermis would make her way down the ramp.  Most of the audience would start to boo her but she still had some fans who applauded her.  The raven hair wrestler would blow some kisses to the audience, ignoring everyone who booed her.  After blowing some kisses she would get close to the ring.  She would place one leg on the ring and then grab the bottom rope before placing her other leg on the ring, performing a split on the ring.  She would then slide under the bottom rope to enter the ring.

Once she was in the ring, Sermis would get back on her feet and take a moment to look at her opponent, circling around her a bit, like a predator getting ready to move in for the kill.  “I must say, for someone as old as you, you don't look half bad, my dear Eirina.” stated Sermis as she gave a smirk at her opponent.

Eirina watched Sermis making her entrance, and she had to admit that she's quite easy to the eyes, though judging from the boos from the crowd, she assumed that her opponent wasn't a well-regarded wrestler here in AFW. Well, as long as she's pretty, it's all good. She couldn't wait for their bout to start and see how good she was while in the squared circle.

And then, she mentioned her age.

Eirina had to consciously bit back the knee jerk reaction upon hearing that, and unlike others, she couldn't tell whether this was intentionally malicious or not. Still, she managed to maintain a pleasant look as she smiled at her opponent. "Why, thank you, Sermis dear~" she said. "Aren't you quite a flatterer? And you're not half-bad either," 'for a cocky brat' was left unsaid. She maintained her pleasant expression as she sauntered away from the corner. "So, ready to lose to an old lady like me?" Eirina asked.

She would wait for the bell to ring before she went to the center of the ring, holding out her hands in preparation to grapple with Sermis. She would attempt to take the initiative in this match so that she could gain an advantage over her opponent as she went to grapple with her.

Sermis watched to see what kind of reaction she would get out of her opponent. She was hoping to get a bit more out of Eirina but she did enjoy hearing the comments that came out of her opponent. It was always nice to have a bit of banter back and forth. It would make it all the sweeter when she defeated her opponent and mock her at the end of the match. “Confidence is nice to have and can be great but being cocky will just land you in trouble, my dear Eirina.” stated Sermis in response to her opponent comment.

The bell would then soon ring. Sermis would raise her hands getting ready to grapple with her opponent. Eirina seemed to take the initiative and came to her. The raven hair wrestler would attempt to lock up with her and then try to overpower her, trying to send her all the way towards the turnbuckle.

"Now, now... don't say such a mean thing, Sermis dear," Eirina said. "Was it such a wrong thing to psyche myself up once in a while?"

When they finally locked up, Eirina would keep pushing but not all out, letting herself be pushed back towards the corner, making sure to sell it by grimacing, as if she was straining under pressure from her opponent. It was also a means to conserve her energy in order to deal more damages later in the match, and when they were getting closer to the turnbuckle, Eirina would act by pulling Sermis towards her before moving aside, using Sermis' strength against her so that she could collide into the turnbuckle. She was certain that hitting the turnbuckle chest first had to be particularly painful~

“I know the truth can hurt but I feel being honest and brutal is far better than lying and being nice. Though I guess there is nothing wrong with psyching yourself up, my dear Eirina.” stated Sermis as she had noticed that her opponent was copying the way she was talking. She wasn't sure if she should be annoyed or flattered by it. I mean it felt like she was making fun of her but they also said that Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Either way, it didn't matter as Sermis was going to win this match.

Once the two locked up, the raven hair wrestler would find herself having the strength advantage and started to push her opponent back. She could see that she was starting to get close to the turnbuckle. “Surely you can do better than that!” stated Sermis as she taunted her opponent now thinking she had the advantage. Suddenly she would found herself pulled and sent chest first into the turnbuckle as her opponent moved to the side. “Gah!” stated Sermis as she would then take a step back from the turnbuckle.

Hearing the sound of her opponent hitting the turnbuckle and her cry of pain made Eirina think that she's off to a good start. "Aw, what's the matter? Does it hurt, Sermis-chan? Oops, I mean... Sermis dear~" Eirina teased before she moved in with the intention of wrapping her arm around her opponent's waist after making sure that she stood behind Sermis. She would make sure to lock in the hold before she moved on to her next move.

"Heave ho!" Eirina would attempt to use a belly-to-back waist lock suplex on Sermis, lifting her off the mat and heaving her over to her back in order to slam her down into the mat behind her.

Hearing her opponent comment annoyed Sermis but if her opponent thought a single hit to the turnbuckle was going to end the match then she would be sadly disappointed. The raven hair wrestler was about to turn around until she suddenly felt Eirina arms wrap around her waist. Sermis eyes would widen as she knew what was about to happen next. She would try to grab onto the ropes but it was too late, her opponent had already started to lift her up.

Sermis would end up crashing down to the ground head first. "Gah!" she stated as she would then hold her head and try to roll away a bit in hopes of creating some distance between herself and her opponent. She needed a moment to recover so that she could get back into the match and show her opponent who the superior wrestler was.

Unfortunately for Sermis, Eirina had no intention of letting her to recover as she would catch up to her, grabbing her by her legs after making sure that Sermis was on her back. Eirina would grin at her before saying, "Where do you think you are going, darling? I'm not done with you, you know?" She would attempt to hold Sermis' legs by her ankles with an intention of putting her in a submission hold.

But before that, she would make sure to drag Sermis away from the ropes, going to the center of the ring before hooking Sermis' legs under her armpit and turning her over onto her stomach, attempting to put her in a boston crab submission hold. She would go for a semi-squatting position while applying pressure in the hold, hoping to weaken her before she either broke the hold by getting a rope break or forcefully got herself free from the hold. Either way, she was sure that Sermis wouldn't get out of this hold unhurt.

Being hit by a suplex was not the most pleasant experience but being placed in a submission hold right after it was a worse experience.  She could feel her opponent now grabbing onto her feet and attempting to drag her to the center of the ring.  The raven hair wrestler would then flip over to be on her stomach as Eirina locked her legs in.

“Gah!” stated Sermis as she felt the Boston crab being locked in.  The ropes were pretty far away and trying to get there would take a lot of energy and allow a good amount of damage to happen to her legs.  So instead she decided to go with something a bit dirtier in an attempt to get out.  She would attempt to grab one of her opponent legs before trying to drag her nails across her skin.  Sermis was hoping the sudden pain would shock Eirina and make her let go.
