Lightning Tournament Semifinals: Akiha Kosha Vs. Gabbie Desjardin

Akiha head was slowly starting to get better from the beating she had taken a few moments ago. Gabbie was outside, taking her time to get better, Akiha was also doing the same thing, the only difference was that she was still in the ring.  The raven hair wrestler would watch her blond opponent carefully, waiting for a chance to present itself.  Just a few moments ago the situation had been reversed, where Akiha was out of the ring healing up while Gabbie was in the ring staring her down.  Funny how the situation had quickly reversed.

Gabbie was now starting to make her way to the ring, trying to roll under the bottom rope.  The Japanese raven hair wrestler would charge forward before sliding and attempting to hit Gabbie with her two boots in hopes of sending her opponent out of the ring.

Gabbie was in the middle of the roll when Akiha's boots collided into her once more. This time she was ejected once more from the ring but quite more painfully and rapidly this time around.

"Gaaaa-URKH!"

Gabbie hit the ground with a thud and rolled onto her back with her arms and legs spread, panting heavily as she stared at the bright and blinding arena lights. One arm lifted and dropped to her side, clutching her side where Akiha had once again planted her boots. The thought that Akiha was doing more damage to Gabbie with her feet than Gabbie was doing to Akiha enraged the Canadian, but her face only contorted with pain as she rolled onto her side and groaned.

The Japanese raven hair wrestler had timed her attack perfectly, her boots connected once again on Gabbie and sent the Canadian wrestler out of the ring and rolling back onto the ground.  This time, however, Akiha would slide under the ropes and make her way out of the ring, giving chase to her opponent.  The referee would once again start counting, but this time was counting both Akiha and Gabbie out at the same time.  Yet like before Akiha knew she had a lot of time, thus she could spend some of it dishing out punishment to her opponent.

Making her way towards Gabbie, Akiha would now attempt to stomp her opponent head a few times, trying to daze the blond Canadian wrestler.  Akiha knew that her Canadian opponent was tough and couldn't afford to give her an inch of breathing room, she need to take every opportunity she could deal damage to her.

"Ahh! Ahhhh!"

Gabbie cringed as each boot came down upon her, writhing as she tried to crawl towards the barricade. She knew she was in a bad spot, but she was in Akiha's realm and at the Japanese girl's mercy at the moment.

She grit her teeth, hoping she could last long enough for an opportunity to present itself.

Akiha managed to get several stomps on Gabbie's head, making the Canadian wrestlers cry out in pain each time her boot came down. It was now clear that the Japanese wrestler was in control and she felt good not being on the receiving end. She could see her opponent now making her way to the barricade and the raven hair wrestler decided to help out. Akiha would now attempt to grab Gabbie by the hair with one hand and her pants with her other. Assuming that she managed to successfully grab her opponent, Akiha would attempt to throw Gabbie head first into the railings, trying to focus the damage on one spot.

"Arrghh!"

Gabbie growled again when her head was tugged by her short, blonde hair. She was pulled up and heaved cruelly at the barricade, only able to throw her arms in the way at the last second as she crashed into it and dropped to the ground once more.

Her head still throbbed, but she knew it could have been much worse. She just hoped that Akiha would decide to go back to the ring to avoid the count while Gabbie grabbed reached up and grabbed the top of the barricade, determined to keep fighting against Akiha.

The raven hair wrestler would now smile as she grabbed her opponent hair and pants before sending her flying head first into the railings. Gabbie managed to put her arms in front meaning she didn't take the full force of the attack, but it still seemed pretty brutal. The referee was now at the five count, meaning Akiha was starting to run out of time, but she felt confident that she could still get in another attack. She would try to grab Gabbie by the arm, attempting to lift her up. If she managed to do so without incident, she would then try to Irish whip her opponent to the ringside.

Gabbie grunted as her arm was pulled up. She was roughly yanked and hoisted off her feet, forced to run right towards the ring apron. Normally her senses would tell her to turn so that she could bounce off the ropes, but she knew if she turned now, she'd be crashing right into the ring.

Not that she had the momentum to stop herself either way, but she did have enough presence of mind not to look Akiha's gift horse in the mouth. When Gabbie was close, she launched herself and swung her body up and rolled into the ring.

She then began to army crawl towards the other side of the ring. Akiha certainly seemed relentless and Gabbie had to make sure she at least had some distance before the girl came at her.

Akiha managed to grab Gabbie arm and lift her up, she gave a smile before Irish whipping her opponent towards the ring, wanting to do some damage to her before getting back to the ring.  Yet much to her surprise her Canadian opponent managed to roll in the ring and not take any damage from the attack.  Akiha became furious at seeing this as she would then quickly slide in the ring, trying to give chase to Gabbie.  She knew she couldn't give her opponent a chance to recover though there was now some distance between the two, hopefully she had done enough damage to keep Gabbie down for now.

Once she caught sight of Akiha getting into the ring, Gabbie quickly spun around. Though she was on her knees, she was crouched down low and pushed into a position where she felt like she could strike.

Her blue eyes focused on Akiha and she looked the girl over, tracing down her form to try and find the best places to attack the girl. IF she got to attack her again. Gabbie huffed and pushed her knuckles into the canvas and quickly pushed up to a crouching position. She preferred to be upright, but Akiha had her right now and Gabbie wasn't stupid.
