Seraphim Vs. Megumi- Crimson against Crimson(Complete)

Megumi could barely dodge the speedy attacks Sera delivered. The punch nearly nailed her in the face, had she not twisted aside in time. The leg sweep Megumi barely avoided by stopping her charge and stepping back, reading a shift in Sera's body weight just in time. The hook Megumi had no time to dodge, taking it in her side with a soft, almost inaudible grunt.

But that was when Megumi's counterattack began. Her arm clamped down on Sera's arm, trapping it. Her other hand quickly grabbed Sera's elbow, then with a twisting motion locked the armbar in place. But, Megumi couldn't put Sera on the ground. Sera was actually strong enough to hold out when locked in a submission. Megumi knew Sera was going for the turnbuckles and let her, wearing down the one-eyed girl as much as she could before being forced to let go.

"You... you think this hurts?" Seraphim growled, clearly frusterated, but whether she was in pain or not was the bigger question. Truthfully though, Seraphim was just doing her best to hide it. And then, if Megumi wasn't quick enough to let go, she would find that Seraphim had willingly smashed her arm into the middle and upper turnbuckle, attempting to slam all of Megumi's body into it as well, certainly making sure to try and get the back of her head into one.

Megumi felt Sera use all her strength in her arms and seemingly break the armbar. "I'm getting overpowered? "Megumi thought. Indeed she was, for Sera swung her around and straight into the turnbuckle she was getting close to. "Gah!" Megumi cried out, her hands letting go of Sera's arm. The back of Megumi's head did smash into the top turnbuckle, stunning Megumi and making her see stars. Megumi sank to the ground after taking that blow, pain mixed in with disbelief on her face.

"She overpowered me in a submission," Megumi thought, "How is that possible? She overpowered me!"

She was pacing a bit, rubbing her sore arm, but she managed to shake it off in soon enough.

"Alright, back in action." She said with a smirk, her arm red, but a good portion of the pain faded as she was ready to continue. If Megumi was able to recover by then, Seraphim would close in and use the advantage of the corner to go for a few boxing style punches, a left and right hook for the face, and a left jab to the tender gut, hoping to keep the girl on her toes. If Megumi was still down however, Seraphim would go for Megumi, and pull her up to her feet by her long brown hair to begin a different attack.

Megumi's head cleared slowly. That blow she took had been harder than it looked, for the pads on the turnbuckle had a thin part, and Megumi somehow managed to hit that exact part. Megumi could feel a lump rising on the back of her head. She was still in a daze, her eyes unclear, her head muddled.

"Of all the places, just my luck," Megumi thought. Getting up was impossible at the moment, since her legs still felt like jello. Her arms weren't much better either.

Seeing Sera recover nearly completely and come for her though gave her the impetus to try and get up. She struggled as hard as she could, but her legs were unresponsive. She knew she looked pathetic to her opponent. Sera came and pulled hard on her long hair to make her get up. "AH!" Megumi cried out when her hair got pulled. Despite that, it was still hard for her to get up, even though the pain was quickly clearing her head.

Seraphim begun to pull at her hair to hoist her up, noticing the girl really had all of her weight in being on the ground right now. So, using her other arm, Seraphim went to use both to pull. However, Megumi would notice Seraphim try this, and then stop, as if she had doubt about using that arm. Perhaps it was stil hurting the girl more than she put on? Either way, Seraphim grittered her teeth for a moment and pulled her injured arm back, giving Megumi a hint that she was still hurting there maybe.

On the bad side though, this had meant that Seraphim really pulled with all her force at the girl's hair with just one arm, eventually, but barely able to keep her to her feet from there, not caring at the least over the pain it brought her. But then, Seraphim had an epiphone. It was too early to use a finisher, she knew this girl had more to her, but she could do one of her less painful ones. Seraphim released the girl's hair, and instead went for somewhere just as harsh, she started to pull up all 118 pounds of Megumi by her neck, the same manner as a choke slam as Seraphim's fingers from her good arm wraveled around the front of her neck, pulling her up, just an inch or two from the ground so she couldn't stand on her tippy-toes. Megumi tried to force her legs to kick out, but realized she didn't have enough air to move her body.

Seeing the match taken to her favorite stage again, standing and striking, Seraphim resumed her stance, by now able to lift her damaged arm, occasionally loosening and clenching her fist to test it before she felt certain. Approaching cautiously as well, the two of them taking on a more defensive manner, Seraphim saw punches coming, and she reacted in the same manner. 'No time to feint, just punch!' Though Seraphim's attacks were deadly fast, it doesn't help if the enemy goes first, and Serphim's crimson eye actually looked more determined to take the hit than become afraid, as she took one punch, square in the left cheek, right above the jaw. It hurt, but once again, Seraphim kept her pain in the backseat of this ride like she had mastered to do, forgetting it's definition as she would throw her own right hook, attempting to hit the girl in the same spot. Any strike Megumi would throw, Seraphim would either dodge or just take it, still able to deliver her own strikes, and not stopping even if Megumi could dodge them. Hooks, jabs, uppercuts, knees, kicks, anything that involved the hybrid of her two styles, Seraphim delivered it, once again proving melee striking was her strongpoint, and her tenacity to take it in return was beyond amazing. Still, she would give Megumi credit, her attacks hurt like a bitch, but that was what she expected from a bitch herself, but Seraphim didn't back down, at one point, even grinning as she felt blood begin to trickle from her lip from the first punch she recieved, like she was enjoying the pain.
