SS 14 Best 2/3 Falls: Taylor Parker Vs. Adrian Kytes

Finally, the bell rang and the third and final fall was officially underway. Taylor turned around and sat on her butt, facing Adrian in the corner. Her head was still swimming, but she would get over it, it was no reason to slow down. She couldn't afford to lose her nerve. Besides, the blood was cool. She could stay calm and focus and be smart.

But Adrian was acting like some cold hard bitch now, and she had hurt Junko, so fuck her. She was dead.

"Rrrrrrraaaaagh!" Taylor roared, and scrambled into a fast, messy sprint at Adrian with her head down, crossed her forearms in front of her like a battering ram to smash Adrian against the turnbuckles.

Adrian wasn't staying back on the corner just so she had something to lean on. Well, there was that too but she wasn't just staying in the corner for a bit of recovery time. Taylor was angry, bloodied and generally not thinking straight, mission accomplished for Adrian's early assault but now she needed to use it, and keep calm herself. She needed this win badly and couldn't afford to throw it away.

Leaning back with a tight grip on the top rope, she pulled her knees up to let Taylor run into her legs and knee instead of being driven back into the corner, this was gonna sting a hell of a lot with Taylor's arms up to shield herself but it was better than the alternative.

Taylor collided with Adrian's boots, a little less forgiving than the squishier parts of Adrian's body that she had been aiming for, and after she hit solidly with her arms she face planted against Adrian's knees. She bounced off and went reeling out from the corner, turning away and staggering several shaky steps while she put a hand over her already beat-up face.

Fuck. She shook her head. She just needed a moment to recover, play hard to get and let her head stop spinning, but she that was time she didn't have. She turned and launched herself at Adrian again, this time winging a wild right hand at her head.

Junko was slowly getting to her knees as she watched Taylor splat recklessly into Adrian's knees. She shook her head as Taylor stumbled back and charged back in.

"Taylor-san!" She barked loudly, her voice sharp and scolding. "Don't throw this match away by being a baka! Calm down and SHOW HER YOUR SKILL!"

Adrian winced at the shock of impact, her feet dropping back down to the mat as her legs ached, but she had rattled Taylor badly and that was all that mattered. Her kneepads would need cleaning after the match regardless if there was a blood splatter on them or not. It seemed however that the punkette was still out for blood and couldn't be dissuaded so quickly, swinging back into the fray.

The former cosplayer went low this time as Taylor came in, shooting her legs down as she dropped on her side, hoping to catch the blonde off guard with a drop toe hold, and since they were so close to the corner, the landing wouldn't be a pleasant one for the enraged striker.

Taylor tripped, and went down face-first into the middle turnbuckle. The crowd cheered and sympathized, and it seemed as though Adrian was now bullfighting the recklessly aggressive blonde. She was nearly face to face with her manager, but while her mouth opened wordlessly her eyes were closed in pain.

"Ahhhh..." She moaned while bringing up a hand to her already bruised and bloodied face. She hung against the corner with her elbows over the middle ropes, on her knees, with her back to her opponent.

Adrian shuffled along under the bottom rope, watching Taylor cover her bloodied face as she breathed a sigh of relief "I got this." She reassured herself. "Totally got this. Not fucking up, staying calm." the former cosplayer repeated as she pulled herself up, plotting out her next angle of attack while she still had Taylor on the ropes both literally and metaphorically. She already had an in with Taylor's busted face or going back to what won her the first fall: the punkette's neck.

Grabbing Taylor by the head, she tried to pull her back up to her feet, hooking her neck underneath her arm so the blonde was arched back and looking at the lights before Adrian kicked back, pulling her into a reverse DDT.

"Gah... rgh..."

Taylor struggled against Adrian's arm as she awkwardly got to her feet. Leaning back the way she was meant that she had no balance, and no way to resist when Adrian yanked her down. Her back and neck bent sharply and she landed almost on the top of her head with a shotgun crack that brought a cheer from the crowd.

"AAAAAAHHHA!" Taylor's bloody scream cut through the noise in the arena, and she writhed in blind agony. "Nyaaaaaahahh! Aah!"

An explosion of pain ripped through her body from her neck down. Her head collided with the mat and left her dizzy again, but the wrenching on her hurt neck, and the catastrophic landing, caused her pain like she had almost never felt before. Time stood still for her, and she hugged the back of her neck with her hands while she rolled side to side and slapped her legs against the mat.

"Come on, come on, come oooon!"

Junko had crawled to the ring apron and pulled herself up in time to see Taylor yanked by the neck. She bit her lip and pounded the canvas when Adrian dropped her viciously.

" OH TAYLOR!!!"

Junko screamed hoarsely and turned her head away. She couldn't watch her daughter get murdered like this. Not by Adrian. It was almost worse than the Iron Maiden fight. Adrian didn't NEED to be told what to do. She was quite good at it too.

Junko pulled off her glasses and ran her kimono sleeve over her face. The heat of the dwindling Atlantic City sun was really starting to make her sweat... yes, sweat.

Adrian winced at Taylor's scream, covering her ears as best she could as she sat down next to the writhing punkette, beads of sweat dripping down her forehead, she still had work to do here. Grabbing Taylor by the arms, the former cosplayer pulled her out and away from the corner so she could cover her for a pin. Nothing fancy like a special cradle pin or clutch, just laying across the blonde with her leg hooked.
