Valley Doll vs. Amethyst - Breaking the Doll

Japan was weird.

Honestly, Valley knew it would be going in - she'd watched a few AFW matches, thought she had a good feel for the style. Over-the-top wrestling - a far cry from the folded-chair stadiums and warehouse matches she used to do back in her Slamazons days. No, this was the big time - huge audiences, big personalities, plotlines that people actually followed and cared about. It wasn't like before, where a missed move would just get her a few chuckles from some dickhead in the front row. No, now her mistakes would be broadcast for the whole world to see.

She'd just have to not make any, then.

But anyway, the way they did things was a little...unpredictable. Before, she would never have heard of starting a newbie off in a hardcore match. Granted, Valley Doll wasn't really new to wrestling, just AFW, but as far as Japan was concerned, she might as well have been. The Slamazons were virtually unknown outside of the West Coast; if her mother hadn't pulled a few strings, she would never have made it out here. So putting this much, on an unknown...

But she wasn't going to fight it - a debut was a debut, and at least this would be a memorable one. She was even dressed for the occasion, wearing her tight two piece.

Perfect for Japan's first look at her. She was just a little worried, but not too much - she had done a couple of hardcore matches in her time. Nothing she was super-experienced in, but at the end of the day, wrestling was wrestling. She had skills on her side, that had to count for something.

As the music played, she came down to the ring, dancing in a cheerleader routine as Van Halen rocked the speakers, getting her pumped up and doing quite a bit for the audience, too. Twirling about, swinging her legs, shaking, making sure to work the crowd good and get herself some fan appreciation. She slid into the ring, struck a pose as the music hit a high note, and retreated to the corner, waiting for her opponent.

Once Valley Doll had reached the ring and had retreated to her corner, the lights of the arena cut out, leaving the arena completely shrouded in darkness. The crowd went quiet, wondering just who the newcomer's opponent for the night would be, when a single spotlight suddenly lit up, shining down at the top of the entrance ramp, the opening words of a [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEkubbf6quE:w7wkncgb]familiar piece of theme music[/url:w7wkncgb] exploding over the arena's speakers. A single figure stepped out into the spotlight, her gaze focused completely at the dark ring.

Amethyst Velour had arrived.

She stood atop the entrance ramp, not moving, not saying anything. She just stared down at the dark ring. After what must have seemed like an eternity to the AFW's audience, the purple-haired beauty suddenly lifted her arm, ever-so-slowly, pointing down towards the ring. Pointing at Valley Doll, it seemed, for as she lifted her hand towards her, a second spotlight suddenly flared on, shining down on the older blonde woman. Amethyst let out a laugh as it came out, revealing her opponent for the night. She had heard that she would be fighting a newcomer tonight, and the thought of it thrilled her. It was a perfect chance to cut loose, to show some nobody that was new to the company just how dangerous she was, just what she could do when she was probably motivated...and as soon as that light came on, revealing Valley to her, Amethyst knew she had all the motivation she needed.

She began to walk down the ramp, slowly, each of her steps full of confidence. Her eyes locked onto Valley Doll, never once breaking away from her. A grin began to form on Amethyst's face, the young woman eager to reach the ring. This had to be a joke! Valley looked like some blonde bimbo, a Barbie Doll dressed up in princess pink! There was no way a woman like that was a real wrestler! Amethyst's mind began to race with thoughts of what lied ahead, of all the possible things she could do to this woman, and she loved every single one of those thoughts. This was going to be a fun, easy night for her, there was no doubt about that.

When she finally reached the ring, she slid under the ropes, quickly rising up to her feet. As she did, Amethyst's music cut out, the lights suddenly coming back on. While a normal wrestler may have waited for the bell, Amethyst was no normal wrestler, and she was practically exploding with the desire to get this match started...which is exactly what she did!

With a sudden, gleeful scream, Amethyst sudden went dashing across the ring towards Valley, a wild look in the woman's eyes. As she came closer to her, she jumped up, raising up a knee straight up towards the bare belly of the blonde. Amethyst hoped she could catch Valley off-guard with her sudden, crazed charge, and with the blonde in the corner, she just knew there was nowhere for her to run!

Holy shit, they really went all out here. Valley Doll thought she was hot stuff with her cheerleader entrance, but Ameythyst's entrance put her to shame it - she had absolutely no idea what those people on the speakers were saying since she hadn't started her Japanese lessons yet, but it sounded suitably epic.

Valley Doll looked around with a smirk and a 'Who, me?' look as she was pointed up - Amethyst did creep her out, but she was about to show it on TV. There was something...off abou that look in her eyes. Her whole look, really. Valley was used to all sorts of gimmicks, and the 'Crazy Uber Bitch' was one she'd come across a few times, but she'd never seen it pulled off this well - she got the distinct impression that, for Amethyst, it wasn't too much of an act.

The lights cut on, and Valley started to walk towards Amethyst, hoping to get in a few words before the bell rang - swap spit a little, size up for the crowd, milk the face/heel connection for everything it had. Unfortunately, Amethyst had other ideas. Very painful idea.

"Hey, sweet intro-" Was all she could get out before Amethyst screamed like a woman possessed and came running at her like one, too; it was all Valley could do to widen her eyes in sheer disbelief before the impact. The knee hit her in the stomach and knocked her back into the turnbuckle, slamming hard and making her fall to one knee, as the audience roared - whether from laughter or shock, she was too dazed to tell. Or care.

Yup. Not in Cali, anymore.

The moment her knee made impact with Valley's stomach, slamming her back into the turnbuckle, Amethyst let out a noise, an odd sound that was halfway between a moan and a laugh. It felt good, it felt damn good to get the first solid hit in on the newcomer like that. It was the first of many, Amethyst thought to herself, watching Valley drop to her one knee. No doubt the blonde was already starting to regret her decision to join the AFW!

Amethyst reached down, towards Valley's head as the moment rested there in front of her. Amethyst wasn't done with her yet, not by a long short. First, she wanted to toy with the woman, to let her know just what kind of a position she was in. Then she would break her. It was a simple plan, and one that would keep Amethyst entertained. She just hoped that Valley didn't break too easily. There was no fun in that, after all.

She reached down, reaching out to grab a thick handful of Valley's hair with each of her hands. "On your feet," she snarled down at the blonde in a commanding tone, giving her a sharp, painful yank, in order to pull her off of her knees and back to a standing position. Then, Amethyst gave her another jerk, trying to pull her out of the corner. Just enough out of the corner, in fact, to give her room for one more hard, forceful pull on the woman's hair, trying to fling her back towards the center of the ring by her long locks.

The referee, on the other hand, knew better then to stay too close right now. Wasting no time, she slipped out of the ring, waving at the ringside official to ring the bell. This match had officially gotten underway!

Valley's head cleared just in time to hear Amethyst...laugh? Moan? It was the strangest sound she'd ever heard from a human mouth, by far, and it sent a frigid shiver down her spine, as if the sound itself was vibrating along her bones. If there was any doubt about it before, that noise confirmed it - Amethyst was out of her mind. And Valley was stuck in the ring with her. In a hardcore match. Again, she'd had hardcore matches before, but they'd always been against people who were sane.

She was going to have a long talk with whoever did the scheduling when this was all over. Assuming she was still conscious, of course.

She started to rise up, but Amethyst did that for her, taking hold of her and yanked hard, her roots screaming for release. "Not the hair, not the hair, not the-" Amethyst did let her go soon enough - in the most painful way possible, tugging hard and flipping her on her back, landing with a hard smack in the center of the ring.

Not good. At all. Valley Doll was already feeling the pain, and she wasn't even a minute in.

Rolling to her stomach, she tried to stand up as quick as she could, getting her hands up for defense to push Amethyst back when she came in close and create some distance - she needed a breather, a chance to recoup and start some offense, or Amethyst would run away with this match and never come back. She did not fly across the Pacific Ocean just to get curbstomped in the middle of the ring by a psych ward escapee.

Once she had sent Valley flying to the middle of the ring, Amethyst turned away from her, turning to face the crowd, grinning in a crazed manner at the audience. She raised her hands high, holding her arms aloft in a manner most triumphant, as if she had already won the match against the blonde. This, of course, gained more than a few boos from the crowd, half of the audience yelling their dislike towards Amethyst, the other half cheering for the newcomer to climb back up to her feet. Amethyst didn't seem to mind. Let the crowd boo her. She honestly didn't give a shit about what they thought, so long as she got to fight and beat the shit out of the other women in the company.

Turning back to Valley, she only grinned wider as she watched the woman pushing herself back up to her feet. Another one of her strange laughs passed through her lips, the psychotic woman exploding back towards Valley again. If the woman thought she was getting any kind of breather from Amethyst, she was wrong. Amethyst had too much planned for her, and wasn't going to let her get much of a chance to rest at all.

She lunged towards her, trying to close the distance between them, and as she neared Valley she suddenly jumped up towards her, straight to tackle into her and bring the blonde back down to the match once more.

Psychotic bitch was already acting as if she'd won - playing to the crowd. Throwing her hands up, triumphant.

Valley had been wrestling for six, going on seven years. Fought more opponents than she cared to count. No one handed the Slamazons belt to her on a silver plate - she'd earned the damned. As soon as she got up...

The only problem was that Amethyst didn't seem keen on letting her up the moment Valley started to rise, the violent violet plowed in her with monster truck force, bringing her back down to the mat in brutal fashion. Three moves. Just three moves, and she was already losing complete control of the match.

Squirming on the floor for a moment, she started to rise again, trying to get up as fast as her dizzy head would allow before Amethyst could take advantage.

If Valley thought Amethyst was going to give her any kind of slack, she was wrong, completely wrong. Amethyst wasn't going to let up until she knew Valley was done and couldn't fight back anymore...though, from the way the match had been going so far, it seemed like it wouldn't take too long to reach that point!

Amethyst plowed right into Valley, bringing her back down to the mat. "Come on, Barbie!" she gleefully cackled, trying to maneuver herself onto the woman's body before she could start to rise. "Fight me! Fight back! Do something!" She laughed again, and raised her arm up, giving the blonde a crazed look, before swinging it down towards her, trying to smash a series of quick, stiff forearm clubs into the side of the woman's head, wanting to just beat on her, to remind me Valley just who was in control here.

Before Valley even had the chance to get back up, Amethyst was on her, pummeling away with reckless abandon. The first two punches rocked her face to both sides, but she managed to get her arms up and at least fend off the others...for all the good it did her. It was like her insanity fueled her strength and stamina; as long as it meant dealing out pain, she was relentless in her fury and Valley was getting steamrolled beneath it.

Putting her flexibility to good use, Valley kicks her leg up high and tries to hit Velour in the back of her neck, hopefully stunning her long enough to be thrown off. "Get off me, you crazy bitch!"

Amethyst pounded away at Valley with her forearm, trying to seriously shake up and rattle the older woman. Each strike that connected just urged her on to hit harder, faster, just pushed her to beat harder on the woman. When Valley raised her arms to block though, Amethyst scowled, growling with annoyance as her arm struck in vain against Valley's own arms.

She reached out with both of her hands, planning on grabbing at Valley's arms, to break her guard open, but as she tried to do so, the Slamazon's leg kicked up, smashing right into the back of the violent violet's neck with her kick. Amethyst straightened up as the strike connected, her head tilting backwards as a cry of pain emerged through her lips. The desperate blow was exactly what Valley needed, leaving Amethyst stunned just long enough for the blonde to throw her off.

Amethyst rolled to the side after she was thrown away, rolling onto her hands and knees, glaring back at Valley with a cold look on her eyes. Her grin was gone now, her expression dark, dangerous. "Looks like you do have some fight in you...good..." she snarled towards her opponent, slowly trying to get back up onto her feet, keeping an eye on Valley for any sudden movements.
