Viper's Pit with the "Real World Champion"

Adrian was unimpressed with Reika's talk of her own fans seemingly enjoying the viper's sadism. "Be careful that you don't draw the Vampires out while doing it though." She advised, 'Vampires being her trainer's nickname for fans who just wanted to see blood and sadism and very little else, "Once you get those on you it creeps everyone the hell out. And considering these are wrestling fans, fans of women wrestling, and part porn, that's really saying something."

But then the pit fighter seemed to take her time through the magazine, complete with a picture of 'Rising star' Taylor and current champ Angel, talking about how she would like to break them. "Pffffft..." she let out, pulling a face as she smiled at the thought. "Please, I couldn't beat Angel with the best of conditions and Taylor's been queen of the shitpile ever since she came back. Like you even have a shot at that."

Hearing this little skirmish of talk with lack of confidence, usually made Reika raise a brow, especially since Adrian was stating that she could not beat someone like Angel, ever again as it sounded, making Reika find this little talk...kind of sad, by speaking to a beaten aspiring star. "Pfft....coming from you, that's rather weakly said Adrian, since I always thought of you to never give up on a fight~" she said with a fake, disheartened sigh, with a sly smile as the drink Adrian needed, had arrived, "but as you just said with Taylor, maybe....she is doing a lot better than you are now, don't you think.....Miss cosplay?~" Reika smiled, taking a little sip of Adrian's drink, letting that thought towards Adrian, soak itself in a little while they were talking...

As Reika took a sip of the former cosplayer's drink, before Adrian snatched it out of range, she did realise that she'd probably worded her opinions on the Angel match badly. She had by no means given up on her title hunt, the loss had set her back a fair bit but now that Adrian knew that she could take Angel to the limit fighting fair, she had to refine her strategies, formalize her game plans, maybe get a more standard match to get a better measure of her true skills. But that would have to wait, Adrian wasn't as established as previous contenders, so this loss meant she'd have to work up to that spot again.

Taylor though... that was a different matter. She'd come out of retirement not long after helping the former cosplayer back from her injury and to be honest, had seemed to become a much bigger deal than she was previously, and she was a big deal before she retired too. Still, there was one thing she could say she had over the now Blonde Taylor. "Ask me when she's main evented a Pay-Per-View."

But why did she feel the need to explain herself to Reika of all people, she never liked the Viper! And why was she even sticking around, trying to get a rise out of her like... "oh." She said out loud. "So that's what this is about..." she groaned, as though she felt stupid for realising it so late. "The softball challengers, the unbeaten streak... you want a match against me, don't you? You need someone big to make it seem like your streak isn't a joke, like I needed way back when."

From Adrian's little realization on Reika's future goals in AFW, even if they were more unknown to anyone but herself, for Reika had grown a little tired of the little dogs so far...all to weak, and pathetic at that in Reika's point of view, as she had been craving some actual well known, and tougher fighters to face in the ring. Even if it meant a 3rd time title shot, after her previous two shots. For Reika was determined, confident even, to take anyone down who had made a mark into the Friction roster, whether it stardom amongst fans, or a complete asshole to attain that status of fame and power...

All she was doing here, with Adrian, was taking a look how the cosplayer worked in both body language, and mindset, even if meant teasing her about the past event, in some way, she wouldn't quit her fake and sarcastic act of being 'friendly' even if she thought Adrian was as dim witted as Conway is. "My streak a joke? please, if they tried a little harder at trying to beat me, they would at least got some 'attention' from the fans~" Reika said, smiling at the fact Adrian was catching onto why she was here, and the fact that somebody like Adrian, would hopefully offer some excitement and skill...rather than losing to Reika's friend, Natasha Loclear.

"But from what I see here before me, is just someone sick of her fans, and the fact Angel is living it up on your own mistake~" Reika smiled, lightly poking her index finger at Adrians arm...

Adrian wasn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, the various schemes she had concocted over the years more of a result of complexity addiction more than anything else. If she had wanted revenge against someone she could have cracked her designated victim over the head but was more likely to create a plot that involved a third party and an express trip to Alaska. But that wasn't to say she was dumb, she could tell by Reika's smile that she was pretty close to getting why the Viper was sticking around and why the former cosplayer hadn't immediately called security. "I reserve the right to be a cranky asshole after a Pay Per View." She said, defending her slight bitterness at the whole situation.

"So are you going to challenge me to a match or not because I really don't have time to sift through the whole '2spooky' aloof bullshit. You know why you're getting all these small time matches? It's because you're spending so much time trying to seem like this mastermind, all manipulative and shit, so when people ask 'hey, do you want a match that'll improve your standings' you just talk bullshit for 5 hours while they walk off and find someone else who won't fuck around. That's why I get main events and why Kelly's a champ before you." She added, hoping that being compared to Kelly in a less favourable manner would be enough to pierce Reika's routine. "I mean jeez, there's a chair right there. Crack me over the head with it if you want to fight me so bad." She added dryly, sipping on her drink.

The moment Adrian even mentioned that idiot going by the name Conway, Reika pulled away, slightly for a second at her memory of that past event she faced that idiot in, and in a way, her ways did get in front of her goals with dealing with Tatsuki back then, along with Akashi, if Reika herself didn't focus on hurting everyone else...then maybe she would of had a chance to have Kelly floored in her own 'violent' manner. "Ah....Conway......but that 'idiot' is nothing more than a has been now, especially since a newbie beat her too..." she said, hearing the cosplayers approach on attacking her here and now, without any ring...for dealing with any looming security would be the result of a fight at a autograph signing booth. Even for the younger fans of Adrian, the sight, would be horrifying to some, but a little treat to the rest of them.

But for some really powerful words, and insights on Reika from Adrian herself, Reika was begining to think if the cosplayer actually wanted to fight right now...in her condition, even in her 'couldn't give two shits' mood it looked like she meant it strangely in a small way to the Viper, as she took off her glasses to think about that thought for a few seconds, since she would of usually started a fight by now. For Reika's own rage was building up ever so slightly...

What was she doing? why was was she here? had she became a tyrant who only ate up softball wrestlers? all these thoughts were swirling in her head at an alarming rate...

".......I could do that......but really....my style is a lot...different~" Reika said from a long pause, sliding her glasses back on as she looked at Adrian, threateningly with her eyes, looking like as if she was going to assault the bored shit in a blind rage...

A smallest hint of a smile crept onto Adrian's lips as she saw Reika hesitate briefly, comparing anyone to Kelly Conway was usually enough to piss anyone off, the blonde having inherited Adrian's title of 'most disliked wrestler who talks big and gets lucky' it seemed. "Better a has-been than a never-was, so now both Kelly and the newbie who beat her got in the history books before you did." Adrian added to jam the knife in, confident that she'd found an attack angle worth having. She didn't really want the Viper to actually crack her head open with a chair when she was supposed to be recovering but throwing the jabs at Reika was too good to resist, even when she turned on full murder-vision

"Oh my god, you have emotions other than smug!" Adrian declared, quickly turning to a fan with a camera, "quickly! We need photographic evidence of this historic event before it vanishes." It was probably not a good idea to taunt Reika like this, but like with Natasha, anything to get them down of their high horse, even if it meant taking a few shots for it.

As the thought of being a 'nobody' in AFW, sank into Reika's already twisted mind, the sight of Adrian sickened her a little, was she really going to risk her career to end up, like a washed up wrestler such as Adrian? even for the laughable part, she had created her own fake title just to bask in some stardom herself, along with turning a blind eye to her fans too, for quickly Adrian as a whole was starting to piss her off. She was better than her, even if Rei's methods were always wild.

"I've got your historic event...right here, bitch..." Reika would say lowly, a little unimpressed that this 'colorful' chat had to go out of hand, especially at a AFW open day, as a rather angered Reika would take a strong punch from one of her, balled up fisted gloves, and smash that cup Adrian was boredly sipping to her lips, with her fist while punching the cosplayer in her fat mouth...

For as friendly as it did look, this little encounter had took a turn for the worst...a brawl outside of the ring by any means...

Adrian was content enough to let Reika seethe at her for a while, a smile back on the former cosplayer's face as she turned to sip her drink. With that whole bit out of the way, perhaps today wasn't going to be so bad after all. "You're still he-OMPH!" Unfortunately, the Viper was now set on making today much worse, with her punch bruising the American's cheek and sending splashes of water up her nose.

"Oh that IS IT!" Adrian declared, shooting back up out of her chair and staring Reika dead in the eye, if she wanted to brawl Adrian here, then she was about to get the asskicking off her life, as Adrian dived straight at her, using her own chair as a springboard to get that bit of height for the collision.

Though getting Adrian back with a fist to her face, especially if it angered the cosplayer even more, made Reika a little bit better at letting her own rage out on the girl, as she would stand there, checking her fist smugly to wipe away any slobber from hitting Adrian's hard to miss face.

"Feel good? or is it more salt to your wounds...you washed up bitch~" Reika said with a devilish smile, since a few of the bystanders would be a little shocked, at Reika taking a slug at Adrian like that, showing that she was capable of taking her fists even to the most famous of stars like Adrian. But before Reika could even think of throwing the girl, through her own booth table, she caught eye of the figure blocking the the ceiling lights above, as Adrian's own body would collide with Reika herself, forcing her to fall onto the hard floor gritting her teeth, with her face crushed, and laid flat on her left cheek against the floor.

"F-fuck!!!" she moaned out, for her scarred back from matches and scuffles from before always proved a little pain if hit in that area, along with the weight of having Adrian on top of her, Reika wouldn't let herself just stay down and take a one sided beating, as she would try to grasp her hands around the Cosplayers throat tightly...
