Cyber Saturday - Adrian Kytes (World Champion) vs. Alaina Sanders

Alaina knew this was big, by far and away the biggest match of her career. Avalanche 2019 she had faced Adrian for this same title, but that seemed to be dwarfed by this. Alaina felt she had won that match but screwy antics brought her down. Now she had to win otherwise this absolutely was going to be her last match. She was feeling..... she didn't know what. Excited? Nervous? Anxious? Determined?

All were true. Alaina only knew that she was going to step out there and give this match everything she had. She had no choice. She was going to beat Adrian and show everyone that she was a champion. She knew there were detractors who said she had too many chances and was just an "almost great" inside the ring. She heard a lot of noise when she won the Entropy title years ago and that reign shut everyone up. She was going to do it all over again, just with a bigger title. She slowly smiled as she adjusted the bottoms of her attire making sure it fit just right. Alaina checked herself out in the mirror and readied herself to be a champion... or to find a new career.

She stood out at the gorilla position taking deep breaths to calm herself but no matter what she tried her heart was racing. Instead of fighting it she was going to use all this energy, taking in the vibes of the crowd and trying to do all she could to turn it all on Adrian. Her music began to play and Alaina burst out into the arena, strutting confidently as the crowd roared at her appearance. She was all smiles and energy as she high fived fans on each side of the ramp during her walk down to the ring. She held her arms out and basked in the loud cheers of the crowd before striking a couple poses for them to show off her figure. After that was done Alaina climbed up onto the apron then through the ropes to take her place in the ring, doing a lap around the ring before settling in to her corner.

She couldn't wait for Adrian to come down. She was going to put on the match of a lifetime. She had no other choice.

"This is BULLSHIT!" Yelled the very angry giantess as she was denied entrance to her own place of work. Five security guards trying desperately not to get her wrath aimed directly at them while at the same time lead her away from the building "Dumb ass online poll shit. Why the hell do they get to decide where a girl can eat?"

It wasn't the first time Adrian had her back against the wall as champion, and it wasn't the first time she'd have to face her foe without any backup. She'd taken on Alaina and won over a year ago but the situation was different now. While at the time making this an Ambulance Match had seemed like a great idea with the champ's usual attitude towards the rulebook, there wasn't an easy way out this time. It wouldn't be enough to stun the amazon for a quick three count then get out of dodge, she'd have to beat her more decisively than that. With that pounding in the back of her mind, Adrian strapped the gold plated belt around her waist, slipped on her black faux-leather jacket and equally black shades as she prepared to make her entrance as champion, waiting for the Battle Cry as the lights dimmed across the arena.

With a deep breath as her music drowned out the jeering crowd, the Bullet Club commando stormed her way to the ring. By hook or by crook the best wrestler in AFW set out to add another notch to her championship reign, refusing to acknowledge Alaina at all as she stepped through the ropes and headed straight into one of the far corners, eyes hidden by the tinted lenses as she held her arms out wide, the champ was here and she wasn't leaving. Dropping back down to the canvas and removing her accessories showed a different side to Adrian. There was no longing last look at the champion, no smug smile or strut as the announcers went through their routine, just a silent laser guided focus on the amazon on the other side of the ring.

Alaina saw Adrian and the champ didn't have her usual bravado. Instead she seemed to have rediscovered her old focus. This was the Adrian that the amazon had first met years ago just after her Entropy title reign came to an end. Alaina pulled on the ropes and stretched, all while keeping a focused stare of her own zeroed in on Adrian. Alaina stepped towards the center of the ring, waiting for Adrian to come.

"You can't beat me this time. Without tricks and minions I will walk out with that title, and I won't be sent off to an early retirement." Alaina said as she stood tall glaring at Adrian. The amazon was not messing around at all, and she wanted more than anything to crush Adrian.

As soon as the ring bell rang Alaina wanted to rush straight at Adrian and lower her shoulder looking to spear her to the canvas all while smashing Adrian's face with a flurry of fists after taking her down to the mat!

Adrian tried her best to sprawl the spear as Alaina came charging in before the bell had stopped vibrating but the Amazon was able to overpower her and drive the champion straight down to the canvas. No time for technical chain grappling or speedy dodges, the challenger had launched straight into a full blown brawl from the word go.

The former cosplayer was still wincing from the takedown when the first fist smacked straight into her cheek, earning the challenger another pained reaction as she tried to bring up her arms to block the following shots, letting the fists rain down on her forearms while she tried to shift and roll the amazon over top and onto her back instead, letting Adrian give Alaina a little taste of her own medicine as she swung her forearm into the Amazon's head in retaliation.

Alaina was so focused on dishing out punishment that she hadn't really solidified her position and the ring-smart Adrian capitalized on this! Alaina's eyes widened in surprise as she was hammering down blows only to find herself rolling over and on her back! "Oomph!" Alaina groaned as it was her turn to take some hard shots to the head leaving her reeling! Instead of blocking the furious vengeful amazon reached up trying to grab Adrian by the hair and again roll the two over. Alaina was not playing nice at all, going full brawl mode in this as she wanted to be on top again this time to keep hold of Adrians hair while bashing her skull off the canvas!

From two of the more traditional pro-style wrestlers, more used to stand up work then slugging it out on the canvas, this match had started with a very brutal catfight, Adrian had barely managed to get her shot in before the Amazon went to a less-than-sporting strategy by yanking the champion over onto her back by her ponytail.

With no time to call foul or chastise Alaina over her hypocrisy for grabbing her hair, Adrian had the back of her head smashed into the canvas repeatedly, with each bounce adding a few more spots to her vision while the Amazon practiced her basketball skills with her skull. There was no pretence to a fair comeback from Adrian: the champ reached up to grab at the challenger's face, fumbling around before she could jab a thumb in Alaina's eye as a desperate ploy for some breathing room.

Alaina was bent on smashing Adrians head into the mat, so her opponents hand had a free shot towards the face of the amazon. As the thumb dug in Alaina shrieked in agony, letting go and rolling off Adrian. She rolled towards the ropes, one hand rubbing her face as her free hand reached for the ropes as she hoped to use them to help herself up to her feet. The opening of the match was a brutal slugfest and perhaps whomever ended up losing would need the ambulance after all......

Alaina felt as though medical attention or not there was no way she would end up in that thing, she had to do whatever it took to emerge victorious although right now she would settle on standing back up.

The two fighters went their separate ways as soon as they could, with Alaina rolling towards the ropes while Adrian crawled to the corner, trying to let the cobwebs shake out before she dared to climb back up to her feet again, the blurry outline of the ambulance in the distance serving as a grim reminder of what was to happen if she didn't bring her best tonight.

Spinning around to face the rising amazon on the ropes, Adrian took the initiative and sprinted towards the bigger woman, looking to grab hold of an arm as she leapt into the air and cleanly over the top, pulling the Amazon's arm harshly down over the top rope for a leaping arm breaker, letting the spring of the cables do the damage while she landed on the arena floor, rolling over and up to her knees with the momentum.

Things were going from bad to worse as Adrian kept picking the amazon apart! Alaina felt her arm grabbed and brought down hard over the top rope, letting out a howl of pain as her body dropped to the canvas! "Arrrrggghhhhhh!" Alaina groaned as she rolled under the ropes towards the outside. Adrian was out there and Alaina had to take the fight to her. She couldn't just get whittled down and have her career end like this....

Alaina tried to hobble closer to Adrian holding her shoulder with her free arm. As soon as she got close she was going to try to surprise Adrian with a fast jab right to her face hoping that Adrian didn't have any other tricks up her sleeve to unleash on the wounded amazon.
