I see, well here is your answer:

I wasn't around here as an official member during the 3 years I have been just looking at this site, and by the time I joined in February this year, I did not even see that Zxn updated Chigusa as well as Megumi until later.

I'm just saying that you have a choice between asking zxn about it and forgetting about it. Unless you just wanted to talk about Chigusa, which is also fine. Zxn clearly felt the same way or he wouldn't have made the character in the first place.

I have actually wanted to send zxn a PM asking about that and why he decided to do that, but since I have low social skills due to my asperger's syndrome I got really nervous while trying to put it in a way that doesn't make me like a jerk and have zxn yell at me over his characters.
